Smooth and pleasant buying experience. Sales person responded promptly to Test Drive request on the same day as made. He was honest and transparent to the pros and cons of the model I was interested in making the choice easier. Service at the showroom on the day of delivery was also prompt and I did not have to waste time waiting for anyone/anything.

Very good showroom, happy with overall purchase experience

Highly dissapointed with their service. Didnt even wash my car properly and never waxed it but was charged for it. Steering problem was never resolved especially when it has 10k on the ODO after 4 years and was also charged for a 4 years service package since it has beem 4 years. They charged that to diagnose and resolve any issues arising out of a 4 year old car and they couldnt resolve a simple steering hardness problem let alone fix some of your older cars, I doubt if they even service your older cars when you go to them for problems.When they couldnt solve a simple problem on a new car even though they charged you for a 4 year service, you think they can solve bigger problems on some older car? Hell No! ,My humble request is to not get your car serviced here. Get it serviced anywhere but here. A big No. It hurts when you pay close to rs.20000 and your car is still the same except for an oil change and spark plugs change and a belt change.Pathetic! Never coming in here again. Mediocre service people. Is this really a Volkswagen service centre??? My car looks exactly the same when I left it here for service.Deeply regret wasting my money. I could have gone to a farther service station.Thumbs down!!!
