Very decent workshop in BSK 3rd stage. The chief mechanic and owner Ravi is very knowledgeable and diagnosed issues correctly. The service charges are reasonable and turn around time is fast.

Never ever trust these buffoons, inkay pass naushikhiye mechanic jo vehicle banate nahi bigadhte hai....dnt trust them at all, all good reviews are paid one, I got to know from internals. I trusted those reviews and gave them my skoda which I regret it a lot, engine voice has been increased like tractors, they use duplicate materials. dont ever trust them at all. Be Aware, I will attach my skoda engine voice video and the Engine oil symbol which was still coming after servicing.

None of the service centre are not feasible to recitfy my problem for oil leak. 1) Cherish Motors 2) Nithya Motors 3) The Mechanics Nagarbhavi. No one from Pitstop to assist me. I have taken holiday on 13th June and visited The Mechanics Nagarbhavi and waited for 1 hours and no one ready to speak with me. I told that I have appointment with you but still they only told to wait for one hour between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. Finally I got one service center(Auto Care) on the way which they clearly ask me to come at 3 PM for inspection and do lift will be free during that time. I went there at 2:50 PM and they put my vehicle in lift and after lifting up they identified there is a oil leakage from crankshaft and removed clutch box (only inspection labour will be Rd.1,000) and shown me the oil leakage and they also inspected clutch plate, loading plate and release bearing. Then they asked my opinion on replacing the all with complete labour charge. Now my vehicle is ready on 17th June and they given free checkup after 3,000 KMS. PITSTOP is not good for big work. Capable to do only minor work like oil change, painting,etc which any one can do.

If you break down in the road and if you call they will tell worker’s are busy tomorrow morning they will send
