5 stars to the staff at Switch Start service centre at Yelahanka for servicing my 6 months old Vespa, and making my already beautiful scooter better. They were diligent not only with the routine tasks of the service, but managed to fix all issues (albeit minor ones) the scooter had, and went above and beyond what is normally done, making sure all parts were thoroughly cleaned and greased. Special shout out to Mr Mohammed, the mechanic, and Mr Hemanth and Mr Chetan for their professionalism. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and truly appreciate all their help.

One of the worst service centre.. They cheat customers easily and spare parts they remove..and they cheat in sale price.. Estimation will be different and finally they charge something else.. One of the worst service centre in yelahanka new town.. Dont buy or dont give for service also.and they charge for spare parts and next time when u come for service they will only tell u like that spare part is not good..and this is not good like that and all. Which they have fixed it within 2 months only it will become old and wont work properly.. Please avoid this and be careful when u are giving scooty there..

They are not worried about customers and servicing. We had purchased APRILIA SR 160 and within first 6 to 9 months the battery gets dropped and self start is not happening, and when we approach for service and repair they take vehicle for 7 to 10 days and nothing happens. When you bring back vehicle again same issues when escalated no proper response from supervisor or service mens...Completely disappointing and we dont recommend this dealer for purchase and servicing, very very bad response and service....

Good handling of customers and even the best suggestions

I had visited many other Vespa showrooms in Bangalore before I came across this one. I must tell you that the showroom is very inviting as well as the staffs were very cordial. I spoke with Mr. Manoj and Mam Shanmathi. Me being technically challenged they patiently described me the features and genuinely helped us in narrowing down to the final buy. They took care of all the special requirements in terms of accessories and personalisation.I would recommend this showroom to anyone who is willing to buy a Vespa / Aprillia in Bangalore.

Worst services done here they response so late. the service manager he told me to give a delivery in 45 min they deliver after one and half hour they did not work on the time and all service team workers have no experience waste of time

We have left the vehicle for service on March last year before lock down on that time they broken the brake rod behind the handle while servicing the vehicle after that lock down happen,,after we have raised the complaint in the respected dealership but the response was pathetic I didn’t expected such serving we called the servicing team for hell out of time but they didn’t respond to whom we need to concern? Before taking a delivery please check u r vehicles..

Worst service center, no professional response, no dignity. Spare parts cost to high compared to other aprilia service centers. This franchise is spoiling the name of Aprilia and vespa. Staff over there is very irresponsible. I rather give my vehicle to some local mechanic than to these mechanic😡😡😡
