Some body stolen my SD CARD in i20 , I given for service before lockdown, I didnt use car for one month due to lockdown, after that I saw missing sd card which is used for maps, I asked manager about stolen sd card ,he said we cant find now, even cc camera will have backup for only one week he said, such a negligence service center, be carefull befor giving service to this showroom. Dont get fooled by top review in Google.

After reading some good reviews about this place, I came here with positive hope for Replacing Clutch Plate Bcoz Car has Poor performance (No Instant Pickup). After Clutch Replacement I dont see any change in the performance, It takes huge time to overtake an auto. Even the Clutch Pedal experience is also same and gear shifting too Hard. It raises question - weather Clutch plate has been replaced or not. Not sure how they got these good Ratings...

The rear door shuts with a metallic noise. This is a brand new Grand i10 Nios which is 7 months old. I took it to the Service center, some tape was wrapped around the inner latch, noise reduced a little, after 4 days same noise while shutting the rear door has started again. Poor QA standards from Hyundai and no checks from Showroom. The car was purchased during lockdown and has hardly done 1700 Kms till date. I am now afraid what all issues might come up in the future. Mind you, this is a new car with very less usage within city limits. Service center not of much help.Update: I revisted the service center on 4th March, Dilip, Kiran and Suprith took care of the door noise that was troubling me. Very good experience and service delivered was top notch. Kudos!!

Pathetic service, I have a new i20 and gave it for routine servicing to these guys... but after paying around 12k for servicing I have faced issues like AC not working, battery low etc.. these things were working fine before given to servicing .. so this service centre is run by some unprofessional and not trained technicians... I happened to coordinate with Mr Mohan - a service manager , who can promise you the best service but then fails to deliver even 10% of his promised service. This my personal experience , I don’t want to see someone else should face the same issue.. so choose a different service centre, there are very few good service centres around the city.It does not even deserve one star...

I had my engine heating up problem and was facing issues while accelerating the car.Suprith here diagnosed the internal coolant leakage problem very quickly and arranged the part and service in time. Top notch customer obsession and service I must say. Truly impressed.

I have i 20 sports car, all of a sudden steering started making noise and brought it to sarjapura service center where Mr. Dileep diagnosed and rectified it by changing the motor.My other issue was with the AC blower which was making lot of sound/noise, cooling was quite less too. Again Mr. Dileep adviced me to go for AC overhauling which I agreed and he got the work done promptly.I am satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

Dear Advaith - you mention and charge 500/- as Fastag charges. do you take 200/- as service fee because 100/- is the joining fee and 200/- is the default amount. Also shouldnt your team tell the break up of all the charges you line up in the quotation. Does the customer has right to know- what and where is the money being spent on ? where is Transparency ?

New showroom. Not much crowded. Their workshop area is really small. One negative timing about service is that there is no water wash done on vehicles. Waiting area for the customers is decent enough. Could improve a lot as they have sufficient space.

Best place to buy a Hyundai car. Got my Xcent delivered on time. The experience was completely hassle free. Thanks to the entire team at Sarjapura branch. Special thanks to Mr. Yeswanth and Mr. Ajay for their personal touch to each of the interactions I had with them.

People are leat bouthered if we are soft and smooth ...they are taking more than 10 days toget one small wire from Chennai....where they collected money 10 days back...

Update as on 18/11/2020:I gave the car 2nd time here only impressed by cleaning from 1st time and convinient for me to access.This time car was handled by service advisor Mr. Suprith. He did a wonderful job of checking every minute detail of issues and recommendations on when each component needs a change in future. As usual car cleaning is superb and pretty detailed.30/12/2019:Edit: I dropped a note to customer care as requested below. But, there was no response even after couple of followups29/12/2019:Unsatisfactory service -Service advisor Mr. Dileep attended the xcent diesel version early morning (5th paid service).What is good:Cleanliness of the car is amazing. These guys did a wonderful job! 3 stars goes for this.What is not good:- Right turn indicator had a lose contact and was not working. Not fixed in the service despite driving the car for 5 kms for a trial run?? If they really drove 5 kms for trial run, they should have noticed this problem.- AC filter cover was left broken after filter was replaced.- Tyre rotation was not done which is mandatory as part of service. Had to raise a complaint to get this done again.- Rear seat was removed from mounts (Probably foor cleaning) but was not fixed back.- A bolt on fuel filter assembly was missed after replacing fuel filter. This caused vibrating sounds near the engine until a bolt was fixed outside for an additional cost(was out of town to call the service guys)- Dileep who is the service advisor was not even available at the time post service of the vehicle.They charged labor additionally for fuel filter replacement and ac filter outside PMS cost (Which according to Hyundai care ahould be part of PMS). Despite charging extra, they did a very poor job. Other than car cleaning not sure what else they really did in PMS after experiencing the problems faced after service.

Was good experience buying a Creta car from this showroom, while all process its was very much support provided by my dealer name Majnu.

Excellent service, very genuine and unlike other service centers where for every issue they recommend replacing parts, here I have observed that they get the repairs done wherever possible which is a good thing. Thanks to Kiran, the manager for giving us this genuine option!!

Dont even go anywhere near this showroom. These people dont know how to run a business and how to treat a repeat customer.Booked a CRETA with them. On the booking slip, they mentioned 4 to 6 weeks as waiting period. They also said, they will under promise and over deliver, they are a new show room blah blah. I followed-up with them every week and at the end of 6 weeks, when I asked them for delivery date they wanted full payment and said car is coming next week. I refused to pay unless they give me in writing the date by which they will deliver. They went quite after this. When I contacted Sales manager (Ajay), he spoke with an attitude of I dont have any option other than waiting. At the end of 3 months, I felt they have no intention to deliver the car. Their story is simple, except the colour and model you booked everything else is available. I dont know how they mentioned 4 to 6 weeks at the time of booking!When I decided to cancel my booking, these shameless people wanted to keep cancellation charges even after failing to give me a delivery date 3 months after my booking. Over the last 3 months, I also contacted their customer care. They never responded to my feedback or complaints. I dont know how these people are running a business.AVIOD if you are thinking of going there. Pray to God if you have already booked!

No professionalism. Booked car for test drive and when i came they didnt had it.Later finally booked Venue car in june. Sneha told it will be alloted on 7th aug and delivered by 13th aug. Aug has passed and car is not delivered. Even in sept there is no guarantee that the car will be alloted and delivered. I cancelled the booking due to false promise. Highly unprofessional staff as they do not apologize and are more eager to cancel.
