Only thing you feel price is less as compared to others but no use they are not professionalAfter paying 3600 my avenger 220 service charge...oil leake I have noticed....he said he dont have time go to other place to fixSame issue noticed my dio service time also...just done oil change and water service...after telling also he couldnt I identify spark plug issue and other issue ..he will do just oil change and water service and give thats allcant find issue in the bike...only money minded person

I had given my TVs scooty zest here for a same problem two times, yet the problem is not resolved but they charge it around Rs.500 each time.Its like they rectified the problem of scooty start up (starter motor issue) then after 2-3 days later same problem arises. (Resolves temporarily)

Costly compared to other servicing showrooms

Always very good service done by technicians and Management person is very friendly and guide us about the vehicle service. Value for money. I definitely recommend this is the best place for 2 wheeler service.

Very experienced personnals when compared to the Service Centers. Proper service will be done. Charges are bit high as compared to market. Cards are being accepted these days along with digital payments.

Well probably i was lucky to visit a day for servicing when they had less vehicle. Else getting a slot would had been by looking at the number of bikes i see everyday. They did pretty good work with my two wheeler. No sound. I wont mind visiting again.

Getting service done from last 2 years regularly. Experienced mechanic and attend to all the requests. If any parts replaced, it will be shown to you and explained on the changes done.Recently handle was shaking, stopped in between and mechanic had it fixed immediately. No charges asked.Same day delivery, give in the morning and collect the bike by evening.

I think the charge is little more. When given for servicing, owner complaint of things which he already said in previous servicing. I asked, whether last time these things were not taken care, and should all these be done servicing every three months. He started giving reasons which were beyond my expectations to excuse. I didnt give for servicing and came back.But I should agree the workers who tell you what the real issue to be addressed.

I visited them as my bike had petrol leakage problem. They were patient enough to hear me out completely and immediately assign an engineer to work on it as i was in an urgency. The assigned engineer was skilful and experienced. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and quote an approximate price. They repaired it immediately on the spot and the entire process till the billing was over in 3 minutes. True professionals indeed.

Very bad service of bikes. So many good reviews here but he is just looting money. Recently went to this service station after reading so many great reviews but absolutely disappointed. While giving for service, i had told them to change engine oil. They charged for engine oil but did not change engine oil at all. After 2 months /500km of riding, engine got seized due to lack of engine oil. When i went there with bill, he argued that its not their fault and its engines fault. 6k additional expense because they didnt change engine oil. They charge more but just do external service. Nothing done internallyThose who given good reviews, please change your ratings and help people from being looted.

Rates are very Reasonable... What needs to be done is well known by the faculty....servicing is done in limited bikes per day... Overall the best and genuine place for repair and service of bikes.

Service WAS good so as the price. Now a days service is not upto mark and price is increased. Doubt with some internal parts replacement as we can not verify. Staffs are good.

He do awesome servicing of bikes but charge heavily .... Labour charge is 550 Rs. Rest are different.. but excellent job they will do....My bike 17 year old but still good pick up and mileage

Not good like before.. Worst service.. My bike is yamaha FZ and it looks same before and after service.. I was keep on going to showroom to fix some problems after service.. They have charged 1500 rs (no parts change) which includes 690 for labour alone which is too high and not worthable. Dont give bike service here.

Manager of the bike zone dont know how to talk also he dont understand problem. It seems he is not efficient to manage.I think either they should try to change him or consider to provide him training first

Service is very worst worst worst.They completely damaged my vehicle.none of the Problems are not fixed. very poor cleaning of vehicles. Half of the petrol is not there after service. Rough handling of vehicles by mechanics. very very very worst . do not go for it.Look for better service centre instead of wasting your money here and prevent your vehicle damage...

They were doing good service of bikes with reasonable rates earlier. Now its just pathetic. Changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. Recent service experience is very bad. They now charge more and service is also not upto the mark. I took my bike again twice since they didnt do it properly. Still there is problem in bike. Avoid this place

A trustworthy garage for bike servicing of any make. I was going here since 4years. They may not give you at most attention but does some neat repair.

I had given it 5 stars nearly 2 years ago. Now removing 5 stars and giving 1 star. That is the least I can give. They were good when I gave 2 years back. It was OK even a year back. But has become very bad. They changed the disk pads on my bike and they went bad within 3 months. Break oil started leaking and has almost gone. And lot of such small issues with sounds from back break etc. Even without oil change it costed Rs.1800. Never going back to them gain.

Im not satisfied with the service they have done. It feels like they have just water washed and gave it back. I had given my Activa and scooty Pep+ for service twice. They wont attend the problems we have mentioned and each and every time it was attended only after delivery. Suggest not to waste your time and money.

I would say the garage is reliable...They fix visible things atleast unlike authorized service centres, who just change oil and give a wash and then charge heavy for problems that shouldnt even occur with regular servicr...Since its multi brand, they are best for common bikes like activa splendor pulsar etc.For sports bikes, they may not be able to engine works

I gave my bike pulsar 150 for service. Service is really good and they asked me for 590 for normal service. But its too costly for other issues. For normal bike service this would be the best one I prefer.

Not recommend this service..They charged more..U know 590rs was labour charge their.If you go to oil service the minimum charge 900rs..For oil change go to local mechanic he will charge 50rs n if you bring oil appr 300rs total u can done below 500rs

I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150, after getting two times bad experience from service done by khivraj bajaj, I searched for some private bike service station, believe me, Castrol Bike Point did a great job of service and I am fully satisfied with them. They also showed me the wear and tear of parts after service so that you are sure it is not replaced just like that. Really great service

Cbz is better than other service points For all bikes. I serviced my pulsar from most bajaj authorized services but the cbz is one of the trusted service. I recently moved to Bangalore from Pune and I got my two years old FZ-16 here. I wanted to put my bike for servicing and stated searching nearest Yamaha servicing center close to my accommodation in Kormangala. Surprisingly all the service center had bad reviews on the net, except Castrol Bike Zone, 13km away from my accommodation. You may find me mad to travel such distance to a village to put my bike for servicing, but it was worth. Very happy with there service. I hope they open a workshop some were nearer. One star less for being so far away in a village.

Service done was good for my cbz xtreme. They have good mechs, they tell u the problems in details and also tell which is doable and not. way better than hero service centers. bill was 1200 with oil change and other minor replacements.
