Absolutely horrible experience. We had agreed on sending the car for servicing at 11am morning. Started receiving non stop calls from 8am. The number of calls made throughout the service was never ending and torturous. Could not sit through even a single meeting because of the number of calls we were getting from the service centre every 10 minutes! No coordination amongst the service members and managers.The final amount on bill was twice of what was given as estimate before the servicing! And this was after multiple reassurances that very minimal servicing was needed for our car and yet we ended up paying 10k! Would not recommend this service center to anyone.

I have done the regular car service for my hyundai creta here. Free pick-up and drop and real time update on whatsapp there.

I got my Verna from this place. Was helped by Raghu who had been following up with me and make sure all my doubts are verified. Best part is whole team worked hard to make it a wonderful experience. Hoping they keep up the great spirit in future as well.

Nice experience over here. I was in Bangalore and my car was due for service . So this service centre was near to my relatives house. Went and handed over the car and explained to the staff about my concerns . They delivered the car to me by sorting out all the problems , and the main thing was they updated me on regular basis what they did and what they are going to do by sending images .Chennakeshwarlu is the man who took care of my vehicle and he is amazing .Keep the good work guys .

Prabir Sarkar is experienced guy and well trained guy..Prabir Sarkar is not from Karnataka but still he was speaking kannada very fluently..I loved this 😍😍

Nice service station for Hyundai cars. All the staff, executives and the manager at this service point are very courteous, patient, co operative and obliging in nature. The service quality is highly appreciated. Spare/accessories section needs to be improved. It is easier to approach. Compared to other Hyundai service centres this is very fine place. No cheating business here. There is transperency in the working attitude of the service staff.

I bought the car in March. I gave it for 1st service on May 9th. Since then there has been a noise while braking the car. Also, there is a noise on the back wheel while racing the vehicle. These issues were not there when I got the new car. I understand that you guys have followed up with me to get the car back to service, but during the pandemic situation it is difficult to get the car. Why these things are not checked before delivering the vehicle to your customers.

I drive hyundai i10 AT.I went Advaith, Avalahalli to get my car silencer repair. They attended and i was told to replace the silencer. As it was on very urgent to get it repaired I asked to replace it asap. they checked the stock of the spare and said its available in central warehouse, Nelmangala and I was told that if i pay 4000 as advance they will get the spare in 48 hours andI paid. After 24 hours they called me and informed that it will take 15 days. After 10 days of payment they said they are not sure when the part will come. So i waited 20 days. I lost the trust on them and went to Lakshmi Hyundai whitefield. They also checked the stock and said its available in central warehouse, Nelmangala. They asked me to pay a token advance of 1000 so that they will get it done in 24 hrs. as they said with in 24 hrs they got the silencer and fixed it and went back to advaith to ask for refund. By the way advaith hyundai took another 8 days on continuous follow up to refund my 4000. They pushed me to get my car serviced there to compensate my deposit. I straight away rejected. They stand only on false commitments.

Excellent service,Chiranjeevi was my vehicle supervisor.Staff is very nice and they will explain everything very clearly. They try to avoid unnecessary spendings when compared with other service centers.Manager Mr.Bharat is the manager for service and he is a very nice person and he inspected many times while service going on.Overall i very much recommend this place.I am coming here from RR Nagar to this place to service my vehicle just because of staff behaviour, the way they explain and ofcourse the way they do service.

I got my car serviced two weeks back, I was very happy with the sevice provided by Chiranjeevi & his team. Chiranjeevi kept me informed about the service at each step and had shared the videos which I found very helpful as I knew exactly whats going on with my vehicle. I would specially like to mention an incident which I faced last week when my car broke down near Budigere due to weak battery. Recently I went to Advaith Hyundai Service Center, Avalahalli for my I20 car service. Due to lockdown, CAR was parked more than 2 months and car brakes were not work. Thought to get service as it is almost 1 year completed.This experience was very good as Service Center, Avalahalli team as they are having good experienced staff, specially Chiranjeevi and Bharath Shetty.Bharath Shetty Manager has explained me the required services which cannot skip and what are things can be avoided to save money.While Car in service, Chiranjeevi Service associate was providing updates and sharing photos on whtsapp like changing oil, replacing spare parts etc. One spare part was out of stock and he ordered this parts immediately. And were give updates until part is not replaced. Overall very good experience with service center.
