Very bad experience with the process what they follow. Timely commitment was not followed. Deposit of DD they took 5 days to reflect into my account, this delayed my car delivery by 3 days.When they wanted to refund my money they took almost 12plus days to just initiate the refund.Installing EV charging KIT at my home they took 8 days, this as well was not taken care correctly. Also installing team billed me for 2 meters extra but after installing we had 8 meters excess which is completely waste.Please give customers real time information and do not commit the time if you dont know by when it can be done.

I bought Tata Harrier from key motors. The showroom people were friendly, especially the sales guy Mr Syed was very humble and cooperative. I would recommend key motors, Kanakapura Road for the best customer service showroom.

Bought my first car from this showroom last week.I had booked a tata altroz from this showroom.They provided an excellent and hazzle free delivery of my car. Executive Shanta Nayak was extremely friendly and cooperative and helped me get my car at an early date than mentioned.
