Visited here to buy Yamaha scooty. Joseph sir was professional and helpful. The process of buying and receiving the bike as promised happened on time.

Only bike dealer who was professional right from enquiry to delivery.Pros:1. Professional salespersons. Shiva promised me better than the market rate for the old vehicle on call and suggested us to visit the showroom same day. On visiting the showroom we were greeted by Mr Surya. He explained the details of scooter thoroughly and suggested us the model and colour options. He voluntarily asked me to do the test drive. This was a pleasant surprise because none of the other manufacturers is willing to provide a test drive.2. They do bike exchange and provide a proper delivery note for the old vehicle.3. There is a small kids play area inside the showroom.4. I wanted to check the vehicle before invoice. So, Surya took me to godown and gave me a couple of options to choose from. This is again a pleasant surprise.5. I was getting a weird sound from the front panel after a couple of days. So took the bike to the showroom and explained them the issue. They rectified the issue and by then my number plate had also come, fitted that too.6. From invoice to delivery of the vehicle it took only a couple of hours :)Cons:They have very limited bike parking and No car parking. Traffic police keep making rounds and tow the vehicles which are parked on the footpath . To be fair, Security keeps informing the customers where to Park so that it is not towed.Overall, If you want the experience of car showroom from a bike dealer then this is the place to go.

It was wonderful experience buying fz in this showroom. Right from moment we stepped into the showroom till the delivery of the bike Kushal helped us a lot. Its because of Kushal we brought the vehicle there. Great service!

This review ia after a month, An Amazing place to buy a Yamaha vehicle, no push like other showrooms.On my first visit I was greeted at entrance by Mr.Kushal, and he very politely asked me if I needed assistance and I said yes I was looking for the yamaha FZ and if it was available and he immediately told me to take a test drive first, and then he will explain the rest. After the test drive I was greeted by Mr. Surya Sir, and he gave me a clear explanation of the buying process, and then he did keep in touch as I got busy with work and my brothers marriage , and in my cousins marriage I came to know the one Mr.Joesph had help 2 of my cousins in getting there bikes from B.W. then after which me and my wife visited the showroom on 26th, and the whole staff got on to make it a smooth process and delivered the bike that very day. As the reviews of others and mine speak for themselves its one of the best showroom s in Bangalore to buy your yamaha vehicle so if your looking for one this is a one stop showroom. The only Con: here and has been for a long time is the service center, you can buy the bike from here but have to look out for a good service center A heart filled thanks to Mr.Kushal, Mr Surya Sir , Mr.Joesph, Mr. Gowda, the backend team and Mr.Arun for inspecting and delivering my FZ. All of them dedicatedly worked so hard till the delivery of the vehicle and also got my number plate with in 3 days . Worst service you cant expect, it. Full fraud services. Please check the spares. They use local products with genuine packing. So please aware of it. They just put a rough bill, as the customers are not aware of what theyve inserted.
