I own a Duster which is of course a very good vehicle. I found the service team at Mysore Road also very prompt and efficient.  I was having some issues with the air conditioning system which was caused by some rats who stuck debris into the ac compartment. I visited the service centre  and was promptly greeted by Dayananda. He took immediate action and promptly remedied the problem and within half a day handed over the car. Many thanks to Dayananda and the entire service team.

I am facing the problem of Malfunction in kwid (the vehicle does not start) and I have repeatedly given the car for sorting out the issue (atleast 5 times to resolve the same issue) but the problem is still persisting.Either the service team is technically not compitent to resolve the issue or the kwid vehicle is scrap!Disappointed with the service team ....Owing to pathetic experience Will never ever buy a Renault vehicle ....

While purchasing a car we have many expectations most of the basic things were good.. But while delivering if I compare to my relatives getting 💐 or sweet box from the showrooms or the once in a lifetime photos, this one was way under expectations. Giving corona as a reason, please even our neighbours just bought a new car and they got all these inspite of corona. Can do better in these aspects. Hope after sales service wont be full of reasons and no work.

The showroom is maintained well, clean and tidy. But the most annoying experience was to wait 4 and half hours even after we had finalised everything and only booking was to be done. They need to speed up things and not make customers wait all day long.

Too expensive, can service premium cars at that price, also extensive waiting. If your tyre has a puncture they will ask you to change the tyre, they go by this logic.

I am a Renault user for the past 8 years. This service center experience was the worst ever. The quality of work done here is of very poor quality. Plus no fumigation service offered here which is very basic nowadays. Word of caution, if at all you have to use this service center , make sure to verify everything is in order. They tend to conceal their mistakes and when you return they will blame it all on you.

I am Melwyn and I actually bought my Renault Triber bearing regsiteration KA41MC7571 from Trident Showroom in Sarjapura. But since I stay in Kengeri and hence I had my first service from Renault Trident Showroom in Mysuru Road. During both my visits to the service center; once for first service and secondly for a minor complaint regarding my fuel indicator. Mr Dayanand, the service manager was extremely efficient and delivered the vehicle at the promised time. My car service was attended by Mr. Dayanand. As I was dropped my car without prior appointment & already many jobs were scheduled. Mr. Dayanand informed me that car will be given on next day, but as was supposed to travel next day to my native about 650kms for some emergency, I requested him to get the servicing done & delivered same day itself. He told he will try. But I received call from Mr. Dayanand, my car was getting serviced & will be handovered in the evening & by 5.30pm to get my car. As informed by him my car was ready & Due toheavey traffic, I reached the service center by 7.15pm, Mr Dayanand was promptly waited for me & addressed all the concerns raised by me. Myself Vinod car no duster ka04mb0796...had given for service and it was delivered on time. I had developed some ac issues too which was immediately attended the next day. My car was attended by Dayanand and he did a pretty awesome job. Overall am pretty impressed with the service and customer engagement.

So slow dealing that youll get 10 years old waiting for everything, arrogant communication. Before payments they call you like your girlfriend after everything is done they dont even answer your calls, unsatisfied 0.1 stars not even 1.

Very poor service by the executives. Without checking the damage they will blindly give u estimate which is far more compare to others in the market.

I always compare the experience, service quality and customer service with Marutis Kalyani. Trident Renaults has improved their customer experience a lot but lot to catch up. Renault can focus on free door pick up n drop, same day delivery, water wash, transparent with spare parts issue etc.

Due break down of Renault kwid I have visited Mysore road Renault service.I have been advised by Mr Somshekar (service advisor)who is technically very well trained.He explained cost and delivery time and ader to the time.I really appreciate Mr Somshekar (service advisor) for his prompt service and dedication to customer.Once again thank you for your help.

I feel very sad to say this but I had a worse experience in servicing my vehicle in Mysore road renault showroom. My duster was given for a normal service on 7/12/2020 when it was given and complaints were noted by Mr Vinay then approximate estimate was given as 27k on the next day they called and said about some issues and raised estimation to 56k then 60k then 75k as a result I cancelled my service and told them to give my vehicle back as in the same condition I had given but they told me basic service is done, alternater is spoiled so vehicle is unable to start u have to toe the vehicle if u need .what kind of maintenance is this a customer is giving vehicle to service in running condition and getting it back by towing it felt really ashamed to know such people do exist , I will never ever visit showroom again in my life and tell my friends too the same . I m pretty sure my mail doesnt make any difference but I dont even care I just wanted you people know have some ethics in business making money is good but this is day light robbery at last I paid 19700 for the service they did and took back my vehicle by towing it.

Visited for service of my Renault Captur. Mr.Sunil is very approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Had an issue of turbo lag in second gear that was fixed with a software update. Need to work on social as of current situation. Internally I felt less santization. Rest service was handled properly. Still see that link missing you get message as service eng is assigned but when you go there you need to wait fir service engineer to be assigned.

Hi got my car serviced . Person who helped me was dayanand. He was very helpful. Thank you for the service. Very customer friendly environment.But the bad things is they told me that ac compressor is damaged and they were charging me 7 k for that. But got to checked outside and they just refilled the gas, its more than 3 months now and its completely working fine.Dont just trust the guys who face cutomer. They are always nice to you

The service center is good for persons having money lot in packet. Posters what they are displayed only for show not implemented even u ask. No any suggestion from them to do like this just say this will be cost for the repair yes or no if yes they change the part and give u. Its a nice showroom offered by Renault franchisee, Trident Auto. The service here is very good. The staff take good care of you. Also, the post visit follow ups are too good. They follow up over phone and via text messages also. The paperwork is done smoothly and hasslefree. I was offered service by Chandrashekar, who is sales manager and it was very nice. Branch manager also follows up and helps with queries and concerns.

Usually you have to typically wait. Sometimes the wait is 15 min to 30 min.. also Renault is more focused on making money on service. They suggest you to spend on 101 things. If you ask them.. can I wait for few more days? Can vehicle run? Then they say.. yeah.. no problem you can get it changed in next service. I dont see the customer service factor but see more of selling services.. not sure if the service coordinator has target!!?

Visited for my Renault service query has a very good customer lounge and service.However would suggest the management to provide a prepared Coffee and Tea rather than machine which is very distaste.Dont do a service just for the sake of ticking the checklist

Mysore Road Renault showroom sales people do not have any manners on how to talk or behave with customers. They provide no details on any car specifications or accessories. I believe as a novice buyer, we have all rights to know the details and compare between different brands. But they expect you to know everything and assume they are the best knowledgeable people. They do not have any basic human manners. Shameful when your doing customer service but dont have human manners or hospitality.
