They see all kinds of pets - dogs, cats and birds. Very well organized. Appointment booking is through app which is good enough to maintain all records of your pet. Good parking space and as clean as one can expect.😡 Completely commercialized like Apollo. You cannot of a personalized care expectation with a specific family doctor kind of approach here. Every time its a new doc ( though you can choose) you see and also there is no way to reach out to the doc directly. You just have to use the app to post any questions etc. Wait time sometimes can be very long even though you book a slot in app.

Unfortunately, my 7 months husky was infected with the deadly Parvo virus last week (maybe due to vaccination failure). We brought our puppy to Cessna lifeline. They diagnosed Parvo virus. It was a meltdown for me. But with their 24/7 care my puppy made a recovery within a week. They are very responsive and provide constant update on everything. This virus is like a curse, there is no medicine. With supportive treatment and care your dog will break this curse in no time. Though it is expensive, I heartily recommend Cessna Lifeline. At the end of the day our dear little angles are important than money.Thank you and take of your pets!

Our streetie Rambini was hit by a car on 2nd September.We admitted her to Cessna Lifeline Domlur, when we found she was unable to stand and dragging herself on her front legs. From the time she was admitted at Cessna, we experienced nothing but the highest standards of care. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pawan, Dr. Ramesh and Dr. Nisha.We chose the option of surgery (Hemilaminectomy + fenestration at L2-L3) despite the risks and now firmly believe that it was the excellent operative and post-operative care that hastened Rambinis recovery.All treatment records were updated online and Dr. Nisha was always patient in answering our many queries, as were Dr. Pawan and Dr. Ramesh.Starting 14 September, Rambini began to slowly move around the house and go outside to relieve herself. She is now able to get in and out of the car and walk in the garden.We will remain eternally grateful to Dr. Pawan and his team for their care and compassion for our beloved dog, who has now been adopted by a person on our street.The level of care, compassion and professionalism across the entire hospital staff has made me decide that my three other dogs will also go only to Cessna for their treatment :)

My 10-year-old golden retriever had a bloody discharge from the ear for a year. We visited at least 10 pet clinics and hospitals. None of them diagnosed him correctly, instead flooded him with unwanted antibiotics. One person went to the extent of saying my pet should be on antibiotics lifelong. Luckily we found Cessna Hospital on time. They made the right diagnosis of a tumour in his ear. They took very good care of him from day 1, until his complete recovery which was 3 months post-surgery. I cant thank the doctors enough for saving my pet and keeping him healthy. I recommend this hospital to every pet parent

This is the only place in Bangalore for mainly dogs of all breeds, expert treatment. 2 of my Indies had their leg bones split into two as puppies by dog haters but Cessna healed them completely.. its a pleasant experience overall.

Hospital with good facilities and staffs. Best suited when you have emergency cases. Doctor is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is any cases post 8pm will be considered as Emergency and you will be charged 700Rs extra! Its too much.. Average earning people cant afford treatment here for sure. One small suggestion, they should pay attention to very bad smell in surgery room and front desk area. And charge emergency fee based on the nature of the treatment or condition of the dog. Mild fever is also considered as Emergency means its ridiculous sometimes

Very very happy with the service.My cat was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the nose last year. Many vet clinics that Id visited did not have any options for him and basically implied that he would die soon. Herbal medications and nutritional supplements were all that they offered.I finally visited Cessna. From the first visit I could see how professional the doctors were. They adviced a blood test and scan to check if the growth was internal.Fortunately it wasnt and they recommended curative surgery which was done last week. The surgeons were able to remove the growth and reconstruct his nose well.We had to go in for follow ups the next 2-3 days where they took due care of his post surgical antibiotics and nutritional care.The wound is healing well and if everything goes as planned we go to remove the stitches this week.So as you can see, a condition that was deemed untreatable was easily done so at Cessna by capable, professional and friendly doctors.I am beyond overjoyed that my kitty will live to see a few more years with me :)The facility is also large with lots of waiting areas, consultation rooms, etc.The dedicated online pet portal gives me access to all his medical treatments and plans and prescriptions.If I have any complaint it would be about the fees. Be warned, it is very expensive. The surgery, scan, aftercare etc put me back by around 50k which is not insignificant. So my only suggestion would be go reduce the costs a little hehe.Otherwise, I totally recommend Cessna clinic as the best one stop clinic for your pet.

Ive heard good reviews of this place from people. But they own cats or dogs. I own hamsters and I wasnt happy at all with the treatment. There isnt anyone whos specialised in hamster treatment/diagnosis. Other than that, the hospital service, reception, cleanliness was really good.

I had checked for Dr Ramesh at the reception, but was told he isnt available and I have to meet another senior doctor Dr Soma, but both info was incorrect.Finally Dr Ramesh had to check on my pet as Dr Soma wasnt sure. But Dr Soma, instead of giving a wrong diagnosis immediately called Dr Ramesh, hats off to her for not trying to second guess the issue she wasnt sure of.Dr Ramesh was quick and very courteous in his diagnosis.

I had a great experience with my new born Kittens. All the doctors are very kind to your pet. We can always write to them via Email for any doubts and I love the response time too. The pet portal they provide is also loaded with features, comes very handy at times. Highly recommend for a highly professional care.

Our Coco needed eye surgery. The appointment was made in record time, and we were able to leave him there for the next few days for after care. We trust the doctors and carers who were professional and caring. They sent a video of Coco everyday which was very reassuring. It was not always easy to get through and speak to someone when I wanted to. Also, signing up on their site has been a problem. Hoping it will be sorted out soon.

I always had very good experience and can’t stop coming because it’s one of the best I can think for my baby. I felt disappointed today as they have made a decision for one parent can take pet to meet doctor or anything. A dog is attached to both someone who can handle a heavy dog n someone mentally. They literally didn’t allow my mom to go upstairs as they have made one parent rule. And Buzzoo couldn’t stay, crying endlessly because who like hospital? Terrible experience, kindly allow if someone is requesting because it might be necessary for them.

Pure looters.. Pure looters.. This place is typically a commercial organization for money. The moment you go there with the smallest of issue. They will create fear factor to the pet parent by exaggerating the issue and will give 1000 tests to do. I bet you take the most healthy pet there and simply pretend.. They will give you 10k bill. Will never visit there..

Government hospital staff is much better than this place

I took my cat who had severe gingivitis here. The doctor had a casual look and told me that my only option was to keep applying some gel and other nonsensical medicines. They specifically told me that tooth extraction is not going to help at all although other vets might recommend it.Their medicines did not help even a bit. Long story short, I finally got his tooth extraction done from another vet and my cat can finally eat and lead a healthy life. If I had listened to these money minded people, my cat would still be suffering. Their only goal is to make money, even at the cost of your pets health.

Very systematic, clean and timely service for pets clinical needs.Good support for first time pet parents.All check-up records are available online for quick reference. Booking an appointment online is a bit problematic, however, walk-ins are hassle free. Highly recommend.

Good doctors and neat place. This place gives the confidence that your pet will be treated well and the treatment is good too. Only drawback is that you are not allowed to be with your pet while they do some medical procedures at times when you really need to.

I have been taking my pet to Cessna Domlur for 2 years now and recently visited Bengalore as I have been in my hometown for a year due to COVID-19. I always like the way pets are treated at Cessna and especially at the pet spa. Wonderful job in making the pets feel comfortable at bath. I would love to give 5 stars but had to remove one with a recent experience with the consultation process after the bath. My pets name was not called and was removed from the display and I had to inform about it twice at the reception that the name was missing. Keep up the good work.

Cessna has been my saviour for the last 13 years. Ever since I got my first pet in 2007, I have been going to the doctors in Cessna. The doctors are professional, perhaps over the years I have interacted with most of them and hence have a degree of comfort. Overall i feel that most of doctors and all of the staff are very good with animals. They genuinely love animals. Also they are open to allowing parents follow the protocol which best suits the pet family.Their 24*7 availability has been of great help , a few times when I have had to rush my pet at 3 am. They are super busy and so sometimes the wait time is long. I would seriously recommend booking an appointment online, budgeting a wait time of 20 min beyond your appointment 😊 - which may be irritating when you are waiting but works the other way when the doctor gives extra time to your pet.If its not urgent, then avoid weekends and Mondays.

Cessna = Comfort, Peace of Mind. We had admitted our pets and rescues several times at Cessna, and never once have we faced any concern with respect to the quality of care and treatment they provide. They have a robust and timely update mechanism through which they share the pet patients progress and is extremely transparent when it comes to billing. It definitely is expensive in comparison to other alternatives, but if you do not wish to compromise on healthcare, then this is the place.

Overall experience has been very good. Doctors are excellent and caring. Some staff members however are lax about personal hygiene and distance during these covid times which is surprising. This includes people at the checkout desk, reception and cleaning staff.

Absolutely disgusting. If you love your pet , never ever visit this Hospital.We took our pet for vomiting issues . They told us to wait outside. We waited they did some blood test & they cleaned the ears on their own.God knows what they did ? Her hearing is totally gone. Secondly , We informed he doctor at board , that ,she is partially blind so take care .Immediately, Just to be a hero , The Doctor started pressing her eyes without our permission.Before we could stop him he pressed multiple times .By the time we returned back home (2 hours ) paying a good hefty bill .We observed she was disoriented totally.Well, to cut the story short now … our pet is totally blind & totally deaf. It is been now more than 7 days.Do not visit this hospital ever. Inhuman doctors . No empathy. No kindness exists.No star they deserve. But then u cannot post without giving a star.

Worst hospital ever , my dog was well and good until we decided to take him to Cessna hospital for reducing weight but we lost him. just after first day of swimming he stopped walking, He stayed for 3 months and died. Well If you care for your precious one and love them please dont take them to Cessna I request you

My 6 month old shih tzu got an infection and the local vet in our area said that hell be receiving drips morning and evening. I saw no difference in him getting better, instead he was getting worse. After getting his drips, all he used to do was sleep all day and had zero activities. This made us take him to Cessna and get his infection treated. He was looking better within half a day. We got him admitted and saw him getting better day by day. Got his scanning done for the good and found out that hes a special puppy who might be able to survive for too long like other dogs because of defects in his kidneys and stones in gall bladder. I dont think we would have found out if not taken him to Cessna.I would like to thank Dr. Nisha and Dr. Rajan for helping out sky and giving him the right treatment. They not only do the required treatment but also explain you the pets problem and how they are going to fix it. Thank you so much Cessna for making sky feel better within the span of two days and let us take him back home. Thank you so much!

Do not take you pet to Domlur Cessna, not trustable at all.. They don;t even let you be with the pet on the 2nd floor when test are done and you are asked to wait outside so you never get to know what happens inside (reasons pets hate to go to the vet)... Worst place I have ever taken my pet to.. They promise to call back once the test results are out but that never happens and the best part is you dont have a direct contact number to call back.. it goes through the IVR that never connects.. they only can give a hefty bill.. even before treatment they let you know this is the amount (8K for a general check up with unnecessary tests recommended). The vets are not experienced at all I know more than them just by researching.. all the issues I raised he had no solid answer.. Its been more than 9 days I am yet to receive the blood test reports that was to be send by mail. They only try to increase bill by adding in unnecessary medicines... a ticks medicines prescribed was costing 2500 ... I would not recommend this

I took Bruno yesterday. They treated him with utmost care and professionalism. I was explained of his condition in a simple manner, I like how the reports, his treatments are available and updated readily.Bruno is a inpatient at Cessna now and he is in such good care. Sunil has been extremely helpful to us, he handles the pet with care and love.

Dear Cessna Staff and Lakshman,I am grateful to all of you for the help today. The Pet Nest had destroyed my fur baby, and he was so traumatized.You gave him such a better experience. I am definitely not going anywhere else, neither calling people home for grooming.

We had booked a trimming session for our dog. However, the receptionist said we booked it for washing. He even claimed he’ll let me hear the voice recording of the conversation. Additionally, he decidedly told me that even after giving sedation, they will not be doing it as I told him it was just a wash. After being forced to create a scene, things were done.Make sure you double and triple check with the on phone receptionist.

Take your animal here if you want to kill it. Me being a 16 year old knows more about animals and English than they know. I took my husky here and for 3 days he was fine, and on the fourth day he had bleeding in his lungs. Right when we walk on top(after they made us wait for 5minutes) they started cpr. They charged up 60k and killed him.

I dont know how their service is for dogs but I can surely recommend you not to go here if you have a pet cat. Please dont take your cat to Cessna!I took my cat to Cessna to get him neutered and my experience has been so terrible post that. Cats are supposed to wear an e collar after getting neutered/spayed to prevent them from licking that area and the e collar that they gave me was made for adult rabbits which I found out 3 days later. My cat was so uncomfortable in that collar until I got it changed. They also gave me pain killer medication for two days which is supposedly used for treating joint pain in aged dogs and can cause kidney issues in cats which I also found out later as well, and gave no sort of ointment for my cat for the healing process.I ended up taking him to Precise Pet Clinic later on and they told me that the normal neutering process doesnt even need to be done in a way that requires stitches the way Cessna did it. The vet at Precise Pet Clinic was very helpful and gave me the right medicines and ointment and it is only post that, that my cat started feeling better.Cessna has no empathy towards pets with horrible service.

We have taken our cats there for over 5 years now. Dr. Girish is one of the best vets for cats that we have come across in our 3 decades as cat parents. The clinic support staff is also very helpful and professional but its the quality of medical care and personal attention that scores very high for us.

The doctors are gem over here. Especially doctor Bharathan and doctor Ramesh. Doctor Ramesh did a critical surgery on one of our guineapigs. She survived. Bharathan is a very calm and patient doctor who loves treating animals and handles them with gentle care. Always extends his extra help and advice. The staff lacks empathy for pets and have no concern for the pets discomfort. This of course is usually not a problem for them as they take your pets away for treatment and youre not allowed in the room.Id personally stay away from hi-tech chains like this and go to a vet who I know will provide transparency in treatment and empathy for the patient, both qualities that Cessna is massively short on.

I had a very bad experience. They have given my pet PCR test report after my dog died.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BIRDSThey say they have avian veterinarian but when I took my baby bird she was not an avian vet and she treated it very badly. Dont ever take your birds to this hospital and the information she gave will be available if you google it. Time waste and money waste.They take your pet away and they dont care how your pet feels. The doctor here tied my pet legs with bandage with lack of knowledge she had and they dont have empathy for pets. My bird suffered a lot after this.

Some of the doctors are fantastic. But the rest of them really need supervision. They messed up a surgery dressing and its only because I knew someone connected with the hospital that the leg was saved.

I’ve always had a horrible experience with Cessna. Since the clinic is open 24/7 if there is any emergency at night we rush there with our pet (left with no choice).But unfortunately I feel the staff present there at night highly lacks knowledge.Whenever I’ve been there they are always unable to diagnose. And secondly the moment I start there medicines my dogs condition has always worsened.For X-Ray, blood test reports also you have to literally call them so many times and then they’ll send you the report.I’m surprised to see so many good reviews. It’s a very hyped clinic for sure.

Do doctors really respond in emergency situation over a phone? A big NO if there is an emergency situation they always say will call back and they never return!My question is during an emergency period we call them to suggest us a first aid that can be done by us. But they always say bring the pet, doctors are buy!Not happy with the call assistance from hospital.Better to Move to small clinics who provided assistance over the phone.Happy that Dr.suma is always kind enough who treats the pet really good! So we prefer her for for seeking a help! But at times when she is not available we prefer other doctors to provide assistance over phone which this hospital has always busy !!

This is a good hospital. The doctors are one of the best and they always provide best advice. Specially doctor Aditi is very dedicated and helpful. We always visit her for my beagle pup. Although the remaining support staff is not that great. They are not professional , polite and helpful.

Facilities are good but they dont allow you to stay with your pet when the do a scan or an X-ray. The pet gets stressed out and thats not good.

My pets health started worsening suddenly at midnight and I tried contacting multiple vets. Nobody picked. I sent a message to cessna via the google message feature and you wont believe they replied within 10 mins and told me theyre open and I can get my pet. They checked my pet and gave him appropriate medications. The hospital is very clean and the doctors are kind and great. Thanks to cessna for saving my pets life and being there during emergency situations :)

I have been visiting Cessna for 7 years. They had saved my infant cat after a fall. But loyalty is slavery as it seems with them. The new crop of doctors lack knowledge. I can do better diagnosis if I research on google. They never get to the root cause and have an aversion to testing or ruling out diseases. It might be good for dogs but doctors there seriously dont know how to handle a cat or treat them.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR CATSOur 3 month old kitten developed a rash under his diaper while under Cessnas care. The doctors were absolutely clueless about this despite claiming that regular checkup is done on the animals under their care. The kitten passed away as this caused severe pain and complications on top of the infection he was already fighting.Whats worse is that my contacts from the Bangalore cat rescue circles informed me that Cessna is well aware of the diaper related rash issue in cats since similar problems had been noted in previous cases. Despite prior experiences, Cessna showcased HIGH LEVEL OF NEGLIGENCE.They might have tried to cut some cost by not changing the diaper often, all while charging a bomb. More appalling is the fact that the doctors failed to notice the big rash while caring for the kitten. Disgusting!

Although the doctors and other services provided are good, there is not much support provided by the helping staff when we need to carry our aged dog. The response time is slow.
