Reliable and very nice veterinary. Vets are very informative and understanding. They have a good collection of pet toys, treats and other accessories. Unlike other Cessna in Domlur this branch does not operate 24*7.Walk-ins are discouraged here. You have to make an appointment. Wish they were more reachable on phone for scheduling appointments and follow-ups

I am a first time per owner. Cessna has been one the best one-stop shop and we have had an amazing experience. D. R. Girish is very knowledgeable and truly offer suggestions that is practical, cost effective and backed by knowledge. His proactive advice have helped us from falling into potholes and be an effective parent for our puppy. This is not a place where they want to concentrate on draining your money, but truly add value and make right recommendations. We finished our grooming and were extremely satisfied with the service.

Ive been visiting this Cessna branch at least 5 times over the last several months now. Being a first time puppy parent Ive had my share of questions, concerns and issues.I adopted my pup from a family that wasnt taking great care of her. So she had some health problems. But the team at Cessna, especially Dr Girish, has been fantastic at looking after her and helping to reduce my fears as a first timer.The service, the organized efforts and keen interest is very comforting. If you are waiting around, they will proactively check if you are being served and looked after and how they can help. Even the grooming was very gentle. Ive heard stories where dogs dont like going to the vet. My puppy isnt one of them so far thanks to the folks here.

The fact that I drive from Whitefield to Sadashiva Nagar ought to be proof enough that I am happy to bring my pet for her treatment to Cessna. While i do find it a tad bit expensive, the quality of care is excellent. What was a missed diagnosis by another vet, was caught by Dr. Girish in just one visit, and i think ultimately saved our dogs life! The support staff is equally friendly and supportive. Keep up the good work!

Great doctors that spend good amount of time with each patient. They arent in a hurry. Appointment are scheduled with adequate.planning so wait time is also very short.

What I love about Cessna in Sadashivnagar is that, even though they are relatively newer compared to the Domlur center (where we used to go earlier), they are so efficient, professional, and like they have been around for years! The doctors (Dr. Girish) and every single person who work are amazingly sensitive, empathetic and super efficient. I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else!

We were saddened with the sudden disappearance of our cat Oscar on Christmas Eve. He came back by himself in the early hours of Christmas day badly injured and bleeding. He was given immediate care and attention by Dr. Swathi and team. The personal touch she gives to every case was amazing to watch and we were convinced that our cat was in real good hands. We had to rush to Cessna because our dog got bitten by a stray early in the morning. Very professional vets and high standards of hygiene is maintained. The vets are friendly and took good care of my pet.

Doctors are very kind and very attentive. But the medicine prescribed here is way too expensive .

We were a walk in. First pet for us. Got him the 45 days vaccinations and had his book made. Drs. were friendly and gave us good advise. Forgot to trim his nails so the 4 stars.

The doctors are amazing and I’d honestly rate them 10/5 ! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. One of my 4 dogs had an issue with his eye for more than a year which was diagnosed in a single visit to Cessna ! However , it’s the after care that I find very disappointing. Firstly , the process of connecting with the branch is quite challenging as they don’t respond to calls most of the time . It gets further annoying when you’re trying to reach out to them urgently . This happened a couple of months ago when my dog developed new symptoms few hours after consulting the doc and I needed to know if his prescription had to be changed . I simply couldn’t connect with the branch (during working hours) and I was attended to only the next day after several attempts. Emergency services are available only in Domlur, but if you need to follow up with your regular doc, you can’t count on them .Another frustrating thing is that they’d simply not respond to anything even if it’s just 5-10 mins post working hrs ! Like I was co ordinating an item pick up with one of their executives today who was extremely prompt and was replying to my msgs immediately without any delays while making the sale. I was facing an issue with the delivery boy and had called the Cessna executive to check the status at exactly 7.40pm , who simply cut my calls and failed to respond to my msg. The same executive was so prompt until 7.30pm ! I find this very disappointing and frustrating. This is the only reason I’d never consider Cessna as my go to place and have hence retained my old doctor to attend to all emergencies and regular follows ups , while Cessna will be my choice for diagnostics and treatments requiring advance care.

Today’s experience lost stars because my pet was prescribed medication which was very difficult to find. One was given after the appointment. Another given later when we returned to ask where to find the medicines as no one had them. Only then were we given one strip and told to dunzo the rest from indiranagar.Doctors should not prescribe such difficult to find medicines and expects us to go all around the city during a pandemic to find it. If your pharmacy doesn’t have it then please have courtesy to order it for later pickup. Thank you.

I visited first time in Cessna and it was a very good experience, Dr. R. Girish was very good and cooperative doctor, and was trying to understand each and every problems of my dog, good patience, gives adequate time with owner and dog. Highly unprofessional staff. They handled my shih tzu puppy very roughly and clumsily. By the time we came out, my puppy’s eyes were red.The staff (who were grooming him) spoke to me in a mockingly sarcastic tone. I could hear my puppy whining from 25 metres away.When I went there, they asked me to wait outside; they told me I am the reason my dog isn’t cooperating! The whole time, they kept reminding me of the favour they’re doing me by letting me stay around my hurt, crying, uncomfortable puppy.I recommend you not to go there, unless you want to listen to “no ma’am, shih tzus are dramatic”.

Never go back unhappy from Cessna. If you love your pet, then there is no other place you need to go for their health & well-being. We have a regular grooming ritual at Cessna Sadashivnagar. Probably the best bath our Husky has and it’s no surprise that she loves going back. Once she’s groomed she looks like a Princess. Amazing vetinary hospital! Very neat, organized and has all facilities. Doctors were extremely knowledgeable, didnt try to overcharge or just hand out unnecessary medication. They gave only what was necessary, after thorough examination, discussion and explanation to us. Dr. Amruth was really great, and had indepth knowledge. He took out the time to help us figure out how to have a balanced diet in homemade food, took time to listen to the history and identify issue. He was really very gentle and handled my baby very well. This is my go to place for any vetinary issues. Extremely professional and punctual. If you want to go just take appointment a day or two in advance bcz they strictly follow appointment schedules.

This place saved my pups life. He was in a bad shape, first we took him to Hebbal vet hospital on seeing the callousness of the attending Senior Dr we decided to go to Cessna. It is slightly costly for most people but the treatment that our fur babies receive here is unmatchable.

One of the best Vet clinic in north Bangalore. We visited for this place for Parvo.We had already lost a kitten for this disease and we wanted to save the other kitten.Our kitty came back to life, All thanks to the docs here!But I would really appreciate if reception manages the time well.

System and procedure is beautiful.Diagonisis ,treatment and follow up excellent. Staffs and doctors are providing valuable guidance and assistance .One suggestion : Sitting arrangement at ground floor should be comfortable if chairs are provided instead of iron stools for the waiting persons of the pets.

Horrible experience, dont ever walk in with your pet here. They ask for an appointment for walk-ins and when we call the call centre to book an appointment, there is no one to answer the call. The front office was so rude & the doctor available was free & would have checked my pet, but they didnt. I thought of slapping the front office guy, who was sitting like a goon there, but i was with my pet. Please get some good people and have some etiquette please.

Cessna Sadashivnagar branch is well equipped with great veterinary experts who have always gone above and beyond with very symptomatic diagnosis and related treatment/care for my dogs.Dr Girish has been my vet of choice and he’s been brilliant with treating my pets. His diagnosis is 💯 and very pragmatic. Dr Swathi was also super when I consulted with her a few times. Both of them are supremely helpful with setting things up in critical care especially...The hospital, although much smaller when compared to Domlur main branch, is still quite equipped for routine needs and treatments. All major cases are initially diagnosed and then referred to Domlur for further treatment with a very very well scripted case history in hand. The front desk staff is super friendly at Sadashivnagar and very responsive with appointments and scheduling.The branch is also equipped with a in-house pharmacy, Pet food, supplies, accessories and other grooming needs, including a grooming Center for pets. In all, my go to place for my pet needs. I trust them and don’t ever look beyond .

Though pricey, one can expect right kind of treatment.. Knowledgeable doctors.. but a very curt machine-like guy at reception.. Overall good experience.

To my understanding this hospital is way too expensive but it’s worth it. My pet had canine distemper she was treated well, yes she couldn’t survive but I will always be happy to hold her little longer in my arms and that happened due to Swati. Initially I thought she’s rude, scaring me and everything work out for our pet but later I realised maybe she was bitter but she stated truth on the very first day. I recommend this hospital more than anyplace in Bangalore, they’re trained affectionate and well equipped.

Went in complete lockdown & in emergency situation both at night. Very good doctors though in rush but you will get your queries answered.Having a veterinarian hospital which is 24*7 & which have very professional doctors is big advantages.They do track history of your pet via a portal which is bonus as we can go anytime & check reports/details out there.

I had a great experience here. Everyone here is caring towards the pets, and I was especially gratified after interacting with Dr Akshata Ubale and Dr Swathi Rao. They handled my two tiny adopted kittens with great care and calmed their fears very quickly. You can see that the entire Hospital staff and the store executives have been trained or recruited well. I always travel over 15 kms to Cessna because of the attention and time given to my pets during every appointment.

I am appalled at the abuse and mistreatment of my two dogs. I strongly recommend hiring staff that understand their job.

Dr. Girish is a great consultant for pets. Our German Shepard had a pleasant time with him and medicines prescribed are perfect and great diagnosis done too.

Im use to Domlur road CESSNA . have to visit this one, with an appointment done . when i arrived today itself , everybody was leaving to have lunch ... they asked me to come back in 2 hours ... what a pity? lack of respect of the life of my animal wich is on need ... i will never visit this one anymore ! its not at all professional from the vet clinic, not the level of cessna clinic anywhere else , in town .

The only veterinary hospital and vet that l completely trust. I know that my dog is in capable hands with Dr. Girish & the pleasant staff here. The place is spotlessly clean and nicely laid out with a well-stocked pet store. Theres an efficient pre-visit system in place - appointment fixing, confirmation etc. - and everything runs like clockwork.

They may be good for pets like dog , cat etc. But NEVER EVER take your birds to them. They do not know how to treat birds. They will kill it in consultation itself. THEY DO NOT have avian vets. It is a wrong advertisement.

We have a really good experience in Cessna everytime. We go to the sadashivnagar branch. The environment is very nice. Staff seems to love their job. They are kind and patient. Dr girish is brilliant. Havent had to look back post the first visit.

Folks in the hospital and reception were not eager to let us visit the hospital. I tried several times when 3 of my cats died last month and their response was pathetic. I surely know they it may be not their value but it was felt us and family.
