I have visited to manipal opd several times for consultation blood test servise here is very good staffs all are very cooperative

Worst Hospital, Money minded. Dr. Anand Muller and his junior, Dr. Santosh are good approachable but always push you hastily for surgery without explaining things properly. May be due to manipals push to complete targets. Always take second opinion. In my case took the second opinion with Dr. Prasanna Venkatesh, NU hospital and came out without surgery for my father. Not recommend Manipal doctors.

I had visited the hospital after being prescribed physiotherapy by my orthopedic for lower back pain. I was seeing Mr. Kenneth here, and he is by far the therapist i have come across.His sessions lasted just 10 minutes a day, out of which he would rub on my affected area in a circular motion with his palm for 5 minutes, and then ask me to do exercises at home for the remaining time. My pain worsened in just 2 sessions for his so called treatment. I stopped right after the 2 sessions as it was not worth my time and money.On a side note, I was traveling 15 kms which was a 45 minutes ride, waited for the physiotherapist for 15 minutes, only to finish in 10 minutes.Physiotherapy is 600 per session and 150 for patient registration. A total waste of money.

Good for overall health check. The gynecologist was very good.

Being in health care should make better planning in terms of appointment and asking elderly patient to visit without requirement. Took 3 appointments and all the three times had to wait for couple of hrs...if this is std than appointment should be given on staggered basis so that it is safe for hospital employees and elderly patients who visits.

I have been trying to enquire in phone on PCR Testing. A lady answered and disconnected the call Twice. And then I was able to reach them and the customer service was fine.

I got covaxin jab here. Everything is maintained systematically, i was asked to show booking sms and then paid the amount. Within 5 minutes i got my turn for the inoculation. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes before going home. I received my certificate within 1 hour.

I am done with annual health check and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the hospital staff.

My review for the second time. I approached the hospital for the final COVID certificate of my wife today morning. Politely the lady personnel at the vaccination centre of this hospital advised me to come after 11.30 am. Accordingly when I went at 11.40 am and met that lady, she spoke to one gentleman, Mr. Bharat and directed me to meet him. Beyond anyone’s imagination, Mr. Bharat helped me out and more than expected provided me a printout of the certificate. God bless him and may the team MNSH produce many more dedicated staff to be friendly and helpful. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Bharat and the lady personnel who helped me out politely.

Did health check today, service was very good and there were instructions on the next steps and hospitality was good

Worst experience with Covid vaccination.You get vaccinated but your details will not be stored in cowin portal and hospital records.Later after multiple chaseups with hospitals they say your details has not been uploaded.I got vaccinated at 5th july 2021 but i didnt receive certificate till 2days. Later when i called multiple times they say my records have not uploaded in portal and after so many calls and chaseups my details has been uploaded today 8th july. But there billing department is terrific. We cannot see the speed how our money deducts from our account. And these people ask me to adjust with 5th dated bill and 8th july date certificate. Highly professional people!

Had a dog bite. Anti rabies Injection was done in 15 minutes and out. Good quick response in CoVid times.

Changing to 3 star as they didnt give Bill and told that it will be sent on email. I still didnt get it and helpline numbers are not helping.Five star for the Covid vaccination process. Came at 10 and took token. Waited an hour for our turn and then was surprised to see the smooth process of vaccination. Stand in line of 3/4 with social distance marked on the floor, do verification ane billing. Then take the vaccine. Hardly 10 min work. Kudos Manipal

Today we as a family of senior citizens from age 65 to 90 visited the hospital for Covid vaccine. Wonderful arrangements. Right from receiving us by Ms.Indrani at the entrance up to sending us off by male staff at observation hall, all staff were very courteous and smiling. The doctor administering the vaccine made us very comfortable. Very good arrangement by the hospital. Thanks.

We havent been to this hospital. But Manipal Northside Hospital, Malleswaram were the only hospital as far as I know who got Covaxin Vaccine (May 1) when theres shortage/no stick available anywhere. My dads second shot was pending for long and we were worried. A friend informed us about this initiative organised by Manipal Northside in a community hall and they were focusing on senior citizens whose second shot was pending. Everything was well organised. Thanks to them my dad got his second shot.

Mrs. kalpana was very helpful with assisting the senior citizens in their vaccination schedule. The entire procedure was handled seamlessly without crowding the senior citizens and being mindful of their wait timing

We visited the hospital for dental consultation, root canal, capping and extraction. The dentist is very kind and explains the procedures in detail. Answers all the queries and doubts patiently. The waiting area is a bit congested , also no parking available , we parked the car with great difficulty on the main road.

Went for a RT PCR test. They have taken 900 rs for the PPE kit. But I asked the doctor/nurse to check my temperature and waited for 15 minutes. Clearly noticed they have not changed the PPE kit after my test increasing the probability of negative patients get converted to positive. Please dont make your business when people are really under trouble and trust you people. Hope you will not continue this for next patients. Very very very disappointed.

Today 27th Mar 2021, I visited for annual Health checkup.Service is not good as expected or compared to other hospitals- No parking facility- staff come after 8am even for Healthcheckup. Many hospitals starts early due to fasting required .- Long waiting queue. Annual health check members are combined in general queue- quality of food and place to eat is not hygienic.Summary is not recommended for annual health check in Manipal Hospital, Malleswaram especially.

We had been here for a regular health checkup. Mrs. Geetha was the co-ordinator and was there with us throughout the check-up. She ensured that all the tests included in our package were covered. All the reports were delivered to us within 3 hours. The entire staff is very good over here and are very co-operative. Thank you for the excellent service!!

I visited Manipal Northside Hospital Malleswaram on April 1st to get my 1st dose of covid vaccination. The healthcare workers were very supportive in terms of ensuring the entire vaccination area is clean and sanitized, explaining the procedures, documentation, and taking care of each step, pre and post vaccination. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Manipal Northside for covid vaccination and was 100% satisfied. Great team and great care.

Today took covid vaccination along with family members at Manipal hospital, the experience was good and well organised and helpful.

I had an complete health check and everything went timely.

Terrible and the people will never guide you properly regarding billing and appointment. Its really causes frustration for initial visit of the patients. Money makers. Lab test is fine. Usually here some doctors have to learn how to speak and communicate with nervous patients should not tell their negativity directly. At least you have to create positive vibes among the patients... never ever scare them for money.

I live right next to the hospital. In fact we share the same compound wall. Ive been treated there many times too in the past.Is absolutely impossible to be good neighbours with the hospital.Its a nightmare in fact.They use natural chains to load and unload oxygen cylinders. The noise that it makes is simply terrible. This happens multiple times in a day for a couple of hours.Next, since they became a covid hospital they use specialized gas/oxygen cylinders that they open to release the pressure. The sudden noise that it makes is enough to give a healthy person a heart attack. This is done throughout the day for a couple of hours. They do this even at 1 in the night or 4 in the morning. So sleeping becomes difficult.We have complained many times but they dont care. I pity the poor patients whose wards are right next to this.Next, people gather randomly and state taking on loud voices at all times of the day. They drink coffee etc. And leave their cups right there.There is a severe infestation of bandicoots because they dont keep the place clean. Even the hospital waste like dressings etc is just placed in open buckets.Please do not go to this hospital if you want to get healthy

Manipal northside have been a second family to me.. I used to take my dad there for his health issues and have always had great experience and the friendly staffs there are the best assests for them.. Now my entire family prefers manipal northside for any checkups or treatments.. My delivery and entire routine checkup and vaccince for my kid etc was done there and the way they explain ur issues and the way they listen to your concerns are commendable.

Unable to book the Vaccination. for 45+ 2nd dose and 18 + firs dost. they have very very limited slots by the time we login the slots gets full. Not sure what is happening

Dr. Basavaraj Kuntoji is great doctor, me and my wife were admitted in this hospital with high fever and covid treatment. I got excellent treatment and was taken care very well. Everything is ethical and genuine from treatment to charges to Insurance processing. One can trust hospital management

Very nice service provided by the staff(kalpana) very obliging.

Quite a disorganized outfit. The hospital itself on 11th cross is a good outfit, but the OPD is not only disorganized, they don’t seem to know their processes. They do not have the patient’s best interests at heart, and are more interested in filling out forms than getting things done. The Manipal App is horrible, and doesn’t work. I’d suggest avoid OPD at all costs.

Worst experience .I lost my son in this hospital bcoz of wrong diagnosis and negligence.

My mother was patient of Dr. Ayyappan Nair, Orthopedic Surgeon. He operated on my mothers shoulder on 25th Dec2020. He is a fabulous doctor. First an foremost his cheerful disposition complemented with his subject and medical knowledge + experience made my mother very comfortable. My mother who generally does not go to any doctor inspite of her serious conditions was totally inspired and was full of positive energy due to the way Dr. Ayyappan handled her. He made her very comfortable. Dr. Vikas, Dr. Hari too did very good job.The hospital is really very good. MNSH is good because of staff like Ms. Indrani and Ms. Hema. They are real assets and wonderful persons. They helped the operation go seamless.I personally feel staffs like Ms. Indrani and Ms. Hema are true assets to Manipal NS Hospital. Their seamless coordination to ensure that the patients do not face hurdles is remarkable.Previously when my father was admitted for more than a month, Dr. Arun Raykar, Dr. Hemanth, Dr. Nagesh all did very good job and ensured that my father returned back to his home after a month long pneumonia happily even with tracheotomy.Thank you Ms. Indrani, Ms. Hema, Dr. Ayyappan, Dr. Vikas, Dr. Hari, Dr. Arun Raykar, Dr. Nagesh, Dr. Hemanth.Thank you MNSH and its Management.

Recently, we had multiple visit to this hospital and I would say it is not great experience. For every visit they charge 150 rupees from patient for doctors PPE kit ?? I think its an extortion, continuously visited their hospital for 3 days and I was charged for PPE plus consultation charges !! Reception and other staff are rude ...lacks empathy towards patient, very commercial !!

I am a working professional at a digital company, did want to share my experience about visiting Manipal Hospital for regular health check up and It came to my surprise that the faculty at the hospital are not only money drivers but irresponsible too.I booked an appointment at 4 PM the previous evening and cancelled the days plan to allot all my day for the health check up. Travelling is main concern to this place as it is located at one of the prime place in Bangalore.The next morning, I set myself up not eating much and keeping my body in tone for check up and I receive a call from them by noon. And here they say, your appointment is cancelled, come tomorrow without any intimation. This has caused inconvenience for the third time in three weeks consequently.People with hope are discouraged at Manipal Hospital as the rude behaviour of the faculty has caused lot of inconvenience so to speak.Shame on a health care that has no value for money, time and people. I have visited several times before for my mothers recovery but not once have i found the ambience and support to revive with good health. I suggest the higher foundation grounds to look into better the hospital atmosphere. Highly disappointed with the Manipal Hospital Service. Will never recommend anyone to visit.

Jst took appointment 2days back for consultant doctor at 11...but the doctor did not come at time she came at 12 jst waiting for 1hr....they ll charge PPE kit form everyone and use same PPE full day

Definitely 5 star from my side – my experience and observation from 9 AM to 3 PM is the hospital is filled with courteous staff, they are very organised and excellent co-ordination between the staffs had helped me get through the various tests and doc visits without any hurdle or chasing them. Staffs of each department have been very hospitable. All the facilities were very neatly maintained. Doctors explained my health status and were kind enough to answer my queries. Overall a very good experience and would recommend others in my circle to consider Manipal Northside for any health checkup.

Never go to this hospital for helth checks..up to 4pm you will not get reports. And hospital refused to give reports in my hand unless doctor appointment is completed. I never seen such a force to see doctor. And I left my reports with hospital and came back. Lack of coordination between front desk and lab assistant. Limited staff doing lot of things. They never give attention what you are telling. Even after repeated requests to give my reports they told me will not give you must see doctor. I suggest not to go this hospital for medical tests. Best service, especially the doctors, the ward people, nurses, sisters, maids.My parent(dad and mom) were admitted here coz of Covid-19 and they were totally happy about the way they were getting treated here.These hospital ppl literally made my parents believe that they can be back to normal stage.The tests were done repeatedly, and the doctors, results of these tests were on time almost 95% of the times.I am very grateful for all the ppl over here. Went for regular medical checkups.Hospital is hygienic and staff is professional. Everything was good, Doctors suggestions are well informative.However,appointment management will be the point that has to be dealt in more better and efficient way.

Right from making appointment online till the final consultation with doctor everything was great. The staff was very good. Ms Geetha guided all the way through the checkup. I would suggest this place again for the master health checkup.

All tests done quickly with no delays. Inspite of all test done i was informed to repeat few tests which can b avoided. Overall service good.

Staff and doctors lack common sense. There is no sense of time. Lab technicians doesn’t know what they are doing. Proper procedures are not followed. The hospital is only interested in money.The management need to grow some balls and ask the doctors and staff to do their job properly.Unless they correct the way they operate, I recommend going to a local lab for regular checkup.
