The dirtiest hospital I ever seen. An other proof here shows why people refuse to take medications from the government hospital. In side as well as the out side of the hospital is so dirty. I have shared some photos here. Please think twice before you take your pet here. In the photos shared you can see the table which is not cleaned after treating the pet, the blood, toilet, used injection, used hand gloves, dirty clothes etc., I took my pet out of the place without getting her treated in this hospital. Government should take serious action to correct all this mess. Totally I shared 13 photos but this people did something and it’s just showing 3 photos and that too it’s outside photos. In side photos were so worst which could prove how un clean they’re.

NO 1 veterinary hospital in the state with adequate basic infrastructure and treatment facilities with free of cost. Now Govt has provided sufficient technical staff and well equipped instruments.

The experience was excellent, Doctors and staffs are too good and friendly, and no bribe is allowed more over no fees at all collected...

Very nice government veterinary hospital. The staff is very attentive towards the patient. Very fast response. The hospital is also very nice they have different wards. They dont even take a single rupees. Very cooperative doctors.if u want to take ur pet to a hospital this is the best one I had a very nice experience.

My dog , Oliie had a cancerous tumor removed here , and during his 25 days of daily dressing and care , Dr.Basavaraj , Dr.pradeep, Dr.Neha and lakshmana provided delicate care to Oliie. Oliie loved the auto rides and the dressing performed. Administration of the injections and prescriptions of medicines where performed with at most care.

New and good doctors taking over has improved this place a lot

Government Veterinary Hospital at Queens road had been improving in different sectors for the treatment of animals. The only concern is the staff available there! They are not polite enough with the people who walk in for help. But a lot has been improved and hope to see the improvement in the coming days. The worst veterinary hospital ever. They use used syringes which is banned . They dont know any thing about animals . Only put injections and send away us . They DONT TREAT YOUR ANIMAL. The worst hospital for small animals in town. They just know to eat money and they don’t even have any experience in anything they just take money before treatment and make animal to wait which they don’t even deserve at all. And I kindly request the people never ever try to bring there pets to this hospital. Better pay 100 200 extra in private hospital and get it done there.

Dr Harish and his staffs are providing best service with polite way. The infra structure and the equipments are at the top working level. I surely recommend this if you are looking for one.

Do not consider this place for treating your pets. My dog had to be vaccinated and rabbit had to be treated as it was not keeping well. After vaccinating my dog, the doctor used the same syringe to give an injection to the rabbit. He didnt even change the needle. It all happened so quickly, that I couldnt even react or stop him from using the same.Also, If you have a pet rabbit, do not consider getting it treated in this place as they are inexperienced. According to the doctor, my rabbit had a fever and told not to worry about it as it will get better In a day or two. But it didnt. The health of my rabbit was deteriorating day by day. After I consulted another doctor, he told that it is a bacterial infection called snuffles which can be very lethal if not treated at the right time.Not only that, if you walk around the corridor, you will find used syringe needles lying all over the corridor and staircase. They do not maintain proper hygiene. I could see three to four used needles just thrown away near the stair case area.My personal recommendation is to avoid this place. Try for other alternatives. Let this place be a last option in case if you dont have anywhere else to go.

This Hospital is going out to be number one veterinary hospital in the city .The vets here are class. Vets here are whole heartedly dedicated to the veterinarian profession especially Dr .Pradeep sir and Dr azeemulla sir . They treated my dog which was suffering from severe life threatening disease called Babesi ..which had very low hemoglobin and platelet count.Immediately hospital team did blood transfusions and saved my pet.. Thanks to the hospital

I had been to the hospital for getting my cat spayed . I reached there by 9 :20 am and had to wait for the vet to arrive till 10: 41 am.In spite of all the delay and considering my cat being starved from midnight .I had to wait and the procedure only started at 11: 04 am.Dont ever take your pets here !My cat was just put on the floor with a newspaper after a surgery!!! And the vet was so busy that he couldnt even tell me whether he is using the nylon thread or the dissolvable one in the surgery or if I should still wait for the pain killers. My pet was left unattended.You can only get your pet to this place if you and your pet dont mind waiting for hours .Dont ever consider this place just for the sake of money!

I visited this hospital on recommendation as I had to spay my indie female dog. As compared to the other hospitals, this hospital quoted me 3500 for the operation. However, post surgery they expect you to get the dog for bandaging the wound which costed 200 per visit.I visited after the doc agreed to get her operated at 10 on a Sunday morning. They made us wait till 1:00 pm as one of their docs failed to show up. We ended up returning he by 4:00pm. They dont value your time so visit if this factor doesnt matter.Basis my understanding, they charge for the surgical items and not the service. I am not fulling agreeing to this though.I felt I was charged excess as I checked with the nearby hospital and they said it would cost 5000 and the following visits for 100 each.

A Veterinary Hospital of Colonial era with spacious ambience and poor facilities now. Fewer users of the facility has rendered this hospital what it has been these years. Some new construction is underway demolishing the century old buildings.

Good vets with experience. Now they even have a modern OT, even a scanner. Open through the day even during lockdown. But takes time, so be ready for that

The doctors are nice and cordial. We were asked to wait politely and were taken when our turn came. The diagnosis and the medication was explained so that minimum expenses are incurred. No fees/charges were collected. It remains open till 4 pm.

I went for my dog treatment timings is 9 but doctor came at 10 more than 12 of them Wr waiting for doctor and he is coming as his wish.. The way given treatment also very poor.. I recommend every one to go for Hebbal Vetenary their treatment was good ☺️

Worst experience everI took my little kitten here who was not keeping well and was badly sick and the doctor we usually consult was not available for 2days so took here in emergency.The nurse was soo harsh on my kitten while checking the temperature to clipping nails pathetic i was shocked to see a treatment like this the kitten became more sick after visiting here.The place is unhygienic i think humans might also fall sick after visiting here once badly maintained premises.They treat the pets on the old tables without cleaning it other pets blood stains medicine and they put ur pet on the same...🙄Overall it was worse the doctor was not even ready to check the kitten n just instructed the nurse to do everything i mean like seriously never took my pet here again even in emergency.Visited the old doctor at the clinic my pets doing fine now n recovering I wish i could give zero stars here.Take your pet here only if you dont want them back or dont love them cause they are never going to feel better.its worse.

I took my dog to hospital, as its govt hospital they should not charge any thing. But he is asking fees for injection, the doctor was Dr. H y harish, assistant director, he suggested to take dog soap & shampoo but he only is selling it. Actually it should be given freely. After argument he did not charge for injection, however he took rs 80/- for 2 tablets. Place is clear & neat, but doctors are doing business in govt name. Some action should be taken or a board should be put for charges & Bill should be given. Very bad experience.

In government hospitals the treatment is free but the doctors there are charging very much as private hospitals. And doctors will not give you any bill of payment and also they dont accept card payments they demand only cash. Which clearly shows that they are cheating people someone has to complain on this Ive already experienced this.

The place is really clean but the staff is in always in a hurry, they dont give you much attention.They said my kitten was serious but they just gave him an injection, they didnt tell us about the problem neither what was the injection for and sent us back. And my poor kitten died when we reached home. Please please take your pets to a hospital where they listen to your problem patiently and provide you with all the information.
