I had to wait 30 mins for the manager to come off his break just for a $35 refund even though I had the receipt and box from a same day purchase, on top of that you wanted my address and phone number... This serves as a threat

Great service from the manager there. She was very attentive to her customers and went to a lot of effort to help find the products I needed. Staff were quick to assist and willing to help figure everything out. Well recommended service.

Very happy with the selection of cables. Have an older rack switch with ps2 connections and Jaycar was help to help with all adaptions. Also had an issue with a faulty product that had to be returned. They refunded the money no questions asked. Also very friendly and knowledgeable team. Thank you

Barely gave me the time of day on the phone - essentially hung up saying go elsewhere while I was asking questions. Not impressed...

I think its a horrible shop to go into. Went to the entrance side of Harris Roads branch, was almost hit by the car coming from opposite direction swerving into my side of the road. The shop manager came to me and said I drove into the shop from the exit side too fast, resulting in a near miss collision, and they had security camera to prove my wrongdoing. I was sure that I entered into the shop from the side with the word entrance. Also, I looked for a USB Type-C to USB 3.0 adaptor which i found at least three in Jaycars online catalogue. The shop assistant kept looking at the manager who had just taught me a lesson and told me that there was none in the shop, and that he did not understand anything I talked about. When I confronted with the manager about what he had just said 10 minutes ago, he completely denied anything and said they had no security camera. I was horrified by the shocking standard of integrity of both of the staff. definitely will not go there anymore.

Bought an Action Camera that claims a 4 hour battery.Fully charged it lasts perhaps 15 mins.Utterly useless, this is the second item Ive had from Jaycar thats had this kind of problem.

Worst service I have ever had. Paid for an item 2 weeks ago for a xmas present only to find they had no stock. After multiple calls to staff members and the manager I am still waiting for a refund. First time I have used click and collect and hugely disappointed that jaycar has been unable to supply item or refund my money. Not good service at all... if you dont have a product dont take peoples money.
