Absolutely great service from Henry at the store in Sylvia Park - He really knows his stuff, and was very clear about stock and when the specialist items I needed for my photography/video production business would arrive. Highly recommended service.

Popped in today. We were the only two customers in the store, and there were two salesmen sitting by their computers doing really important stuff. Well, I can only assume it was important, because neither of them were interested in acknowledging our existence.It was pretty awesome. Really made us want to purchase from them.

When buying any Sony products this is a great place. They have limited options for phones but they have lot of other Sony products like camera, handy cam, Bluetooth speakers and big speakers.

Great store and Tony is incredibly helpful. An asset to the company and super helpful.

Went to this store for the second time today with someone else and spent a long time looking at the latest cameras. We were clearly talking about details and nuances between cameras. There was no one ae there most of the time, and he didnt even get off his chair to speak to us. Im disgusted by the lack of service. So we have left to buy a brand new Sony camera from another store. Looks like Sony missed out on $8000 worth if purchase today. I bet this happens a lot.

Had faulty headphones bought from the store, went in and got a replacement almost immediately. Great service!

Wish I could give negative rating, very bad after sale service. After escalating by their technicians that the soundbar is faulty I was asked to return the product for refund or exchange. Its been two weeks I have returned the product but still waiting for refund. Every time you ask they came up with some excuse or unreasonable questions...very disappointed, will never recommend sony product to any one...

It’s the third time that I have visited the store and have had the same terrible customer service experience. Today Feb 1, 2021, there was no one in the store but the two customer service reps were having their own chat and were not at all interested in serving or even asking me if they could help. I probably didn’t look important enough to them. Had the exact same terrible service on two other occasions. Terrible customer service. I would give a zero star if I could!!

Ive had 8 flagship Sony Xperia smart phones. Sony do not sell them here. Better off buying online from overseas as you get the full Sony line up.

James is amazing at this store!! Excellent product knowledge. Has gone an extra mile to assist us buying what is right for us. We have never experienced such kind of customer service ever before. Customer relationship management is impressive as well. We went to the store 4-5 times before to know about the product we are buying. Got quite upset with my visit to the store today. I dont know if this is their store policy or particular people interpreting it: I was given to understand that buying a full frame G-series lens is less rewarded by the store than buying an APS-C camera body (which costs less). Not to mention the consultants looked like they just wanted to get rid of me (after I made a purchase of course).I must say all times I went there before were awesome. I just discovered that experience much depends on the consultants you end up talking to. Ill probably be coming there in the future but Ill make sure I talk to James and co or just walk out and try my luck next time.

Awesome product & ranges with decent prices. But couple of staffs don’t know a thing about customer service and their own products. Expecting staffs would have great passions with Sony brand not in this store.

Retail Sony Store located in Sylvia Park. Its been here for a few years, I drop by here sometimes to see what Sony has to offer. They have a good range of noise-cancelling headphones here you can try.

Well presented retail store inticing products lots of variety of their goods.It was good trying out the speakers and also the headphones.Staff is knowledgeable which helps you as a consumer buy their products.Wheelchair accessible lots of room to get around.
