Please dont sell the faulty product. I bought Note 10 in June 2021 for my wife. Right from starting the screen had flickering issue especially while watching videos on FB. Also phone gets switched off overnight even having full battery. I came to the store couple of times you took the phone and returned me back saying it had tested and no fault at all. Why would I drive to your store all the way from Henderson if phone has no issue. That too when I work 6 days a week.FYI It is my second purchase from your store. My first purchase was in Dec 2020 Poco X3 which is working fine. So I am not raising the issue for nothing.If Model Note 10 has got functionality issue please accept it and replace it with something similar product. I dont expect any refund from you.Just to let you know my wife works in public healthcare for high need Clients. And it had happened once when someone was trying to call her regarding some urgent issue and her phone had got switched off which she was not aware of. This may cause some serious issue. I do have documentary proof for the same.Hope you guys would sort this for me.ThanksShirish
Went on Sat to Mi Store in Sylvia Park Mall, wow, amazing place, looking at it, I want it all. Anyway complete my main focus to visit then look around at everything. Its an amazing store. Go visit thenm and find out for yourselves and be amazed.
The store is like any small electronics store in China or Korea. Full of low priced goodies and the staff is fully masked but friendly. The Anzac weekend deals were surreal.
Really terrible service from online store. Got an error message saying that there was a problem with my online order and to contact them. Website says they are open on Saturday and Sunday, but phone rings for 30 seconds then cuts you off. Apparently (so the staff in the store tell me) online store is closed on weekends, but theres no answerphone message to tell you this, they just cut you off. Emails are unanswered. Money has gone from my account and no one is interested in sorting out my order. I would highly suggest that you avoid ordering from this online store. Youll just lose your money.
Not even deserve one star bought mix 3 phone form them in 2019 after 11 months it stop working so I took it back and they said it water damaged so I took a part to confirm so found no water water damaged inside if it was water damage the terminal inside the motherboard will turn pink they think customers dont know anything.You
Just purchased my Xiaomi rice cooker from the store this morning. The staff in store was friendly and quick to process through my purchase. The store looks amazing as it is bright and clean. I have visited a couple of times prior and had always been tempted to try Xiaomis ecosystem and now I can start with this Rice cooker.P.S. Kelvin from Xiaomis customer service team is extremely helpful and friendly. I have not experienced such quick responses and follow-up with any other company. Just from our interactions through email, I can definitely recommend Xiaomi to anyone looking for great service accompanied with great products.

Bought a couple of products, very happy with all of them, staff has always been attentive and knowledgeable. My favorite is the recent H6 cordless vacuum: almost half price of Dyson but has more than 90% of the performance. Will kee coming back
Have heard good things about Xiaomi products before but have never bought anything from them until this week. Have to say our first experience was awful. We recently moved into a new house and wanted to get a security camera. After some research, we decided to go with the Mi home security camera 360 1080p. After following the instructions and after endless attempts on both my partners Android phone and my Iphone, the camera would not connect to the app. My partner took it back to the Xiaomi store today and was told the camera we had is a different product to the one on the box as it has a gold rim around the lens hence is a Chinese model (made especially for use in China) and the product did not match the serial number on the box. She then went on to say she was happy to open all the other boxes to show that all the other ones does not have a gold rim around the camera lens (so.. as in implying we may of swapped the camera ourselves..?) Basically, the manufacturer in China packaged the wrong product (the Chinese model) instead of the overseas model into the wrong box and we were just extremely unlucky to happened to be given this one (out of ALL the other ones). Instead of just swapping for another box (as clearly its a manufacturing fault) or even giving us a store credit/refund, my partner was told by the stores person she couldnt do NEITHER and they will open an investigation to find out what happened and so in the meantime, we are stuck with a camera (NOT made for use in NZ) that we cant use while we wait to hear back from them and god knows how long this will take. I find this absolutely absurd and unheard of. Will be looking at taking this up to consumer protection*UPDATE*: Review changed from 1 star to 3 stars. They contacted us a few days after I left this review to go in and pick up a replacement camera (which is what they should have done the first time around when my partner went back to the store to raise the issue but was turned away with no resolution whatsoever)

Great Price to Performance Products. Have brought many of their products Redmi note 3, Redmi 4x, Mi 8, Mi bands and Mi TVs and am satisfied with every purchase! I managed to get a $5 powerbank as well after they were almost sold out instantly I managed to get one after someone took it out of their cart. For all you guys complaining you didnt get what you wanted you cant blame the store for that, Yes the stores website immediately went down but if you waited a few minutes it came back up and if you didnt get something then, then you just needed to wait a bit more. Lots of people were taking items out of Thier cart and half an our later all of my friends managed to have power banks. If you wanted something you just had to wait a bit.

Rung up their phone line to ask about one of their products. Got some girl who had no clue as to even which product i was talking about, had no interest in helping at all, then didnt even have the courtesy to offer trying to find out from another staff member or anything. Awful. Buy your Xiaomi products from overseas, its cheaper. Pbtech have great service normally but have put careless people in charge of service in this store.

Extremely disappointed...I purchased the F2 Pro for 899 on 9th August..just before lockdown..I bought this phone as I was looking for a good camera phone..no doubt camera is good however phone is very Heavy...bulky..I did not realised when I saw the dummy but when I started clicking pics my hands gets tired n feel uncomfortable.I called them in 2 days to exchange or refund but they refused saying that the box is open..I informed I have not used the phone n its just 2 days but after so many emails they agreed to refund after deducting 20 percent restocking fee...Its unacceptable to deduct that kind of money as phone was not even a week old.Now I realised the value of brand as they do best after customer service.Just take the example of Samsung that how they accept if there is any issue with phones n they refund fully as customer n brand is more important to them.I have not even got a call from senior manager to help me.Now I have decided to keep the phone as I do not want to pay high restocking fee but I m not happy with this brand.No value for the customers and customer satisfaction.

Getting a replacement for the faulty TS Anti Blue Ray Computer Glasses. Took a while to complete as the store assistant tried to fix it first then after she was satisfied that it couldnt be fixed (already told her that) she asked for proof of purchase which we unfortunately no longer keep. So we had to show her the card transaction instead. In the end she replaced the faulty glasses but the whole thing took a lot longer than we would expect from other retailers. Lesson learnt: always keep their paper receipts!
Extremely disappointed, purchased two Mi Home Security Camera 360° last year, just over one year and both of them stopped working, went back to the shop and advised they cannot be fixed, and asked us to buy new one with bit discount, how could the product be only last a year? Will never buy Mi products ever again
Beware! If you are going to get your Xiaomi m365s front or rear tyre+tube replacement serviced at the offical Mi store then you must bring your own spare tyre & tube because they are going to charge you a service fee over $100! Plus, I have brought my spare tyre & tube to the store, along the m365 e-scooter + the front punctured tube & tyre (broken Nut due to difficult removal), and I have to pay a hefty fee of $69 & takes a week to fix!Even without the broken nut you still have to pay $69 for the tyre & tube replacement as long as you brought your own spare tyre & tube, and if you dont then you will have to pay beyond $100 since they have to order another one gosh! At least they did a good job on replacing the tyre, tube & broken nut hehe!
Went there to buy a cell phone, the sales girl is very nice and patient . I was confused about which one I wanna buy, she explained lots of useful info and helped me choose the model with a reasonable price. After I purchased the phone, she gave me her business card with the store contact on it, said if I got any other questions I can contact that number. Bad customer service, bad logistics. when i ordered the H6 they told me will be arrived in 1-2 weeks, now 2 weeks gone, they told me last week will be in store this today, when i called up their customer service told me not sure when it will be arrived and said they are head office not sure what store person said and not taking responsibility of what they said..... what da joke. cheap and bad. will never ever shop there again.
Staff there are not professional and knowledgeable at all. My suggestion to them is they need a have basic products training before serving customers. Also they provide customers very limit after sale service.My family brought scooters two weeks again. Service issues, we still can not have a convincing reply regarding the report to us . Although we sent emails to their service department, unfortunately no have any satisfactory answers so far. We have to call them, those phone calls can not help.They sound like have a technician. However, when we asked we need have communication with their technician about the report they gave to us, their reply is we are not allow to have talk with him at all ( it is their policy??!! ). I just doubting if they have technician there.What you should do? call the store again and again. They will reply you on behalf of the technicianIn conclusion , if you already purchased their items, you need good luck. Otherwise you need be aware of the extra cost for every a new products you purchased even within two weeks.If you plan to purchase their products, please check with them carefully about their after sale services. Zero star the max I can rate ! very poor products. We brought two scooters from the store last for only two weeks. Ask for service they reply it caused by us they not cover it at all. I recommend people buy it with care!! Don’t make yourself regret

Located inside Sylvia Park Shopping Mall,. Its the first Mi shop in NZ, and carries a range of Mi products not normally seem in NZ. Mi makes a eclectic range of products phones/electric scooters/smart home products/bags/ robot vacuum cleaners.... Range is still small hopefully over time will expand to cover entire range of Mi products.Good to have a change in electronic market with a new comer.
Great great shop to browse. Staffs are welcoming and friendly. And more they are very persistent so that making sales is part of their job. Although if you are needing help with anything they know well about their stuffs. Prices are fantastically cheap, but quality is much much cool. Thanks Mi.
Went to get my e-scooter repaired. They couldn’t find me on the system and it took a while to determine they had enter my info incorrectly. Repairs had a quick turnaround, but because technician wasn’t there on a weekend I couldn’t get the advice I needed. Lack of communication about other questions I had despite having emailed the store.It shouldn’t take a full hour of labour and the associated cost to fix a faulty break system or flat tyre.

Spent 2.5hrs in the first day queue. Scooters very popular. Not many pakehas in the queue as the Mi brand is not well known in NZ. If they keep selling good products at great prices it wont take too long for that to change.
I went into the store excited to buy myself the new Mi 9 SE. I have been waiting for it and watching some reviews on the internet so I was well aware of its specs. One of your staff assisted me checking the phone out and she started an argument how the SE doesnt have fingerprint scanner and that I should buy the Mi 9 instead if I want this. I had to show her the specs on your website to prove her she was wrong, the worst thing is that she truly believed this. Imagine how many other customers are wrongfully led by this person. Intrigued, I asked her What can you tell me about this phone? and all she could say was that its pretty fast and has 128GB. I was disappointed and decided not to buy and instead will go to PB Tech because I dont want you to make money that you do not deserve. Train your staff with basic product knowledge, please!
Waste of time. Went online to buy the advertised vacuum. Sale didnt begin until 1:03pm. Then the site crashed and displayed we are sorry page from PBTech. Hm, I thought I was buying from Mi Store? :) Reloaded a few times, then the product page said available in-store only. Oh well, not going to Auckland from the South Island.
It was amazing to have the first Mi store opened in New Zealand. The Grand Opening on Saturday was absolutely crazy, the queue was all the way from the store entrance to the Westpac Bank. The store staff organised the queue very well to make sure everyone is safe while waiting in the queue. It was lucky that I bought the scooter with free power bank.
Bought myself a Xiaomi phone at a fraction of Samsung/Apple. Very pleased with it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to return headphones as they were faulty and staff refused to tell me when they were coming back in stock or offer a refund. Wouldnt make eye contact when speaking to me. Would never go back here. Overall experience was rude and unhelpful

Bought a M365 scooter for my travels to and fro from my house to work. Only in the month the scooter broke in numerous parts.They only provide an exchange or a refund 2 weeks in. In common sense how would you know a scooter would break in that time nor rectify any problems that would occur afterwards?- Tyres broke 3 times. Once in the original tyre, once with the replacement tyre and agian with the spoke physically breaking off. They quoted a total $240 for both tyre replacements. Their tyres on site cost $60 dollars.- The rear tyre guard that had the clip broke off as well.- The accelerometer would get stuck on continuous accerleration making it extremely dangerous when stopping at pedestrian crossings.- The speed drastically decreased to 12km/hr 3 weeks in.Addressing my concerns with the scooter to the staff they said they would look into it for technical issues.What hurt the most was the customer service to have it assessed for technical errors they thought I wanted it repaired. I wanted a refund.They didnt address this as a fault of the scooter however more on me. Knowing the quote on the price of the scooter ( $ 800 ) I would never do anything extreme or dangerous.It has purely been a mode to get me to and fro work.The final slap in the face was before I would get my refund I had to pay for the repairs of their poor quality scooter. $240 dollars. What warranty would cover it from breaking agian? What assurance would have to ride this?Had I known of my consumer rights for their product I would fought for small claims act however thankfully it was on laybuy and the repair cost of $240 dollars was a small price to pay in learning to never touch their products agian.If anyone is looking into purchasing their products know full well of your consumer rights, their refund & warranty policies.May my mistake in trusting such a company for others to learn from and be cautious of their products.Purchase it at your own risk as I certainly will not go there agian.
I purchased an M365 scooter about six months ago Since then the scooter has been running well. Two weeks ago a key part of the folding latch mechanism snapped in two causing me to come off the scooter at a high pace. This was completely unexpected and clearly a faulty part. In the two weeks since this Ive contacted Xiaomi several times for find a reliable replacement. Xiaomi has be totally unresponsive sending back template emails that clearly have not read even the first sentence of my emails to them. they have made it clear that they want nothing to do with me. The scooter is good, but if you want any sort of warranty sevice Xiaomi is not the company to use as they do not stand behind their product.

Bought brand new cell Mi Mix and Edmond told me that they do not have technical support department. so the shop in Sylvia Park is only for sales. wanted to direct me to PB Tech; pay and pay , wait and wait. a total waste of time. finally, i have to use third party app to 1) send basic message, 2) taking photo because the original is not working properly. :( :( :(
I went to the grand opening in the morning at 10am but the queue was already insanely long, however, the staff has organised it quite well. I couldnt bare to wait hours so just left and checked the online sale at 1pm. Luckily, Ive got what I want.Here is some little tips:1. register your account beforehand2. get you credit card/bank account detail ready3. go to the site and login a few minutes before the sale starts4. open the product page/s in a new tab/s and order them in priority5. remember this keyboard shortcut - cmd+r on Mac / ctrl+r on Windows6. when the sale starts, use the shortcut to keep refreshing the page until you see the Add to cart button and click it7. checkout right awayAnd if you missed out, just go back and check again later, if the buyer didnt complete the order in 30 minutes, the system will automatically removed the item from the cart, so it will be available again.Good luck.
