The place is in the centre of the city. The ambiance is great but the place lacks amenities. The restaurant is also good but does not match the expectations of a 4 star hotel.

Kind of a basic hotel, cant really count this as a star hotel. Lot of parking space, breakfast is decent. Reception wasnt very pleasant, gave a room with bad view despite the request. Outside food delivery needs to be collected at main gate, quite a nuisance but thats applicable in all hotels these days so acceptable. Room service pretty slow,need to call them 2-3 times for any help. Go for a better hotel if you get it for a similar price.

Very poor service.I can literally start counting negative points why I would never visit this place nor recommend it to anybody ever!!!1. When i called to inquire n know the room tarrif, the person said he will not say on phone but answer only on whatsapp. I messaged him 3 times on whatsapp but no reply.( you can see the screenshot of the conversation to see)I thought they might be busy and hence this so i booked thru make my trip.But alas, i should have understood by this bogus attitudez2. Food was no way near up to the mark.Sandwiches we orderd were just half grilled.3. The room was smelling bad on our arrival, despite requesting 3 times nobody came with a room freshner, finally we had to use our deo n perfume to hide the bad smell.4. Toiletries were incomplete and bodywash wasnt provided. After calling two times, a guy came and refilled.5. Despite informing in advance, the extra bed wasnt provided till late night.5. TV channel wasnt working, after calling the reception thrice, they said “the person is on the way”, and it took him almost 45 minutes to come and correct the problem.6. The person sitting on reception were not so friendly or werenot answering as if they like to do their job, basically uou dont fee welcomed at such a property.7. Swimmingpool was nonfunctional for almost half day.8. Parking over there is a mess. No management nor any sense in staff to make the parking of guest cars proerly. So if you want to take your car out, you need to stand at reception and ask them to call guests and wait for them to take their car out inorder to take ur car out. Its a mess!!!And like i read in other reviews, i also felt that it is no way near upto Regenta group hotel nor a 4 star property.And though they, respond to everybody that we’ll improve our service n all but they are not because it seems they dont care or they dont want to improve. So even if you guys reply to me anything i m not trusting u guys so keep your apology to urself and use it infront of other guests as you’ll need that badly.Still many other points i have forgottorn may be but all n all a very bad experience and would never visit nor recommend to anybody.

We stayed here for one night. It was wonderful stay. Nice food also amazing services. Room size is huge. Rooms were neat and clean. Pool side is good for sitting. Special thanks to Mr. Siddharth bhai he is excellent person. We will definitely come again and recommend to everyone.

Room are neat, clean, tidy.Linen are fesh and clean.Bathroom had all the necessary items and was clean. Rooms were large and space was big.Food is good and breakfast was also liked.Staff and housekeeper were friendly.

Well, its not 4* at all. They do not give a water bottle as it is mandatory. Room service do not change the bedsheet at all even after you complain. Do not go for food at all food its the worst, breakfast was horrible, good that we did not opt for dinner option its a trap. It also looks like most of it google and other reviews are fake. I am not sure what kind of people liked the food or this hotel. Better to choose any 3* hotel near to Lake Pichola than this 4* trap. I do not recommend this hotel at for any sort of booking. I Suggest not to choose Room with breakfast Please Do Breakfast at any other place instead of doing here.They dont have any standards according to the Regenta Group.

Extremely bad service. Rude receptionist. washroom was locked for an hour, we had to wait for an hour to check in even we arrived at hotel at 11 pm. Unhygienic rooms, they do not have any customer service, any manners to talk. rooms are not same as shown in the picture, they are far different and small and dirty. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, they are fraud. To Manager Pratik Moradiya- need to upgrade your staff and teach them some hospitality manners and please give rooms as shown in the picture.This is fraud.

Well.... theres both good and bad...bad first : The service is kinda slow and not upto the mark. The dinning experience was not so great to be honest. It never felt like you are having something extravagant after paying good amount of money....it was subtle and lo-fi...the pool was is a leisure if there are 5-8 people...more would be a mess.. Also the surroundings i.e. the area in proximity to the property was too remote and poor..but if neglected the view beyond that would startle you, nights especially...The stay/rooms are good with sufficient amenities and the hotels infrastructure is also commendable...of you are looking for a stay with activities and adventure maybe its not your cup of tea...but for those who wanna spend time with their loved ones and who wish to have solitude and rest its the best place you would think of .. Enjoy and Have a safe stay.💥

Really beautiful stay with my parents for there anniversary.Staff was really helpful and Mohit was really a super manager ,helping in the beautiful setup for the dinner for parents.It was my first visit to Udaipur and it was really memorable , because of the awesome team .Dharmendra,also made sure we were served well.Overall great team who will take good care of you .

Staff and service was great, property has a quirky look and character to it. It was a good experience with very able hands in kitchen. Would recommend it to solo and couple travelers. I would not recommend it to be kids friendly as it has a lot of stairs and corners. But definitely a fun place to stay for singles and couples.Great budget hotel

Main positive for this hotel is it is pet friendly. Rooms are huge. Food is excellent, room service is good and staff is cooperative. Negative point is geyser they only on for 2 hours in a day, location is not great.

Oneof the fraud hotel in udaipur. I stay their for two days in January 21 with my family . Booked my room nd paid them online at hotel reception . But they said we still not received your amount , so for that I paid them in cash as they promise to refund it in 7 days . Its more than 6 month now they dont pick up my cal nd they dont reply .

It was a very nice experience. The rooms are very spacious and the staff members are very good. I had a discussion with Mr Pratik while booking and it was very helpful. They also organised lunch and dinners after the prescribed times were over, very nice staff. Mr Makhan Gurjar and Ma Srishti were also very helpful. I recommend staying here, it’s location is ideal and nearby all places of interest.

This is not 4star at all...Food is worst..bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty and hotel staff doesnt even change them.. there is no facility of hot water in hotel and the room key got discharged very soon... worst experience ever

The perfect hotel seeing the price point.You get to see the lake view from roof top and hotel build is quite royal.Rooms are spacious with AC provided, though TV was not working in our case 🤭.Complimentary breakfast provided was too good and dining hall interior looks good.Overall the best deal in Udaipur for a night stay.Heavily recommended.

The newly built has been a life saver when finding a good pet friendly property became a fight for us in Udaipur.They rooms are spacious, the staff is warm and helpful.We were 3 adults traveling with a pug puppy.

And the best part very very pathetic manager mr prateek.The property can be made a lot better if the management put up a good manager who knows how to handle guests and build healthy relationships.Not recommended to anyone.Considering the 4 star rating for this property. It should be a negative one star ideally.The staff doesnt respond promptly, they would just listen and nod along and do nothing.You need to beg for toiletries for getting it delivered to your room. Hygiene condition is also poor.Rooms are good but as those are not well maintained, its not worth four stars.Despite of all the issues, if the staff is good or manager understands the issue, we can call this constructive feedback mechanism.But on the top mr prateek would talk to you very politely and nicely until and unless he gets the payment for the booking. Once we have made the payment suddenly the way he behaves changes.He is not at all cooperative.Management should really look into this matter and take a good decision by hiring someone more experienced manager with good skill set.

The manager argued for some time at the check-in regarding covid rules, he asked for a covid negative certificate which wasn’t required as per the government rules. Then he realized he doesn’t know the rules properly and allowed to check-in when he was proven wrong.They provided accommodation which needed repair. There was a leakage problem in the bathroom, by saying that We are providing you the best RoomAfter a hectic journey, you seriously don’t expect this kind of service. Its really disappointing to see how these kinds of hotels running are running.If the upper management is seeing this review and care about their customers kindly take action against the manager otherwise you can ignore this review.Edited(In reply to your response): Please dont act like you are the only hotel that is following the government rules, My parents went to two other hotels earlier, one in Jodhpur and the other in mount Abu. There wasnt any issue related to the Covid certificate.All I am saying is follow the proper guidelines, the bad review is not because you were asking for a covid certificate, its because you were asking for a covid certificate from the wrong people, follow the rules given by the government, dont create your own rules and then take governments name (Said by one of your managers: that the guidelines are from the government itself we guys cant do anything).Your Team simply did not know the guidelines from the government, now you are trying to cover this by showing concern for the safety measures of the customers. The guidelines clearly says that the people coming from Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat needs the covid certificate for check-in, not from other states. Are you trying to say that you are going above and beyond the government guidelines for the safety of the customers? and then sayits government guidelines we have to follow this. This was really a foolish act from your Team.

Excellent and mind blowing stay with both professional and courteous behavior.I had an issue with my alloted room and they not even changed the room but gave me an even upper class room .Breakfast was great . All in all best hotel to stay in Udaipur.Would like to mention great behavior of the reception gals who were not only polite but also dedicated towards their work.All your needs will be at a call difference with very professional behavior of all the staff.Also it is at a upper level so you could have a view of all udaipur from there and also very close to sajjan garh fort.You could have a view of both fate sagar lake and lake pichola from there. very few of udaipur hotels have this view.Completely satisfied will give even more stars if there is option. I am going to stay there only on my next trio to udaipur.Go for lake view room else u can have it all from top too.Have not clicked much pics still i could add some to show the spacious rooms.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 days. overall experience was just an average. does not qualify for 4 star.The dining staff is good and courteous. Food quality and breakfast is good.While reaching to udaipur it was the last flight of the day @7 :15 pm. There is no one in the airport after 7:30 pm. Getting a cab is next to impossible at this hour. Requested hotel for arranging a pick-up facility... But they denied to provide it.So guys who so ever is traveling at night time..ensure that cab is already booked or some arrangements are done.The hotel is located 8 - 10 km away from City area so its a good place to stay where one wants to stay away from City.Overall the hotel is okay. The service is fairly good.
