Its simply beautiful. Colourful and very peaceful.Things are well maintained and best place to stay in big groups. Overall a very good experience.

A must stay for bachelors. proper sanitization on reception. mask on. taking all necessary precautions in covid time. neat and clean. staff cooperative and friendly. view and location is perfect. everything is in there what a traveller ask for. only thing I didnt like is common bathroom is on top floor. its clean but far.

The hostel is very near to pichola lake. overall very neat and colorful ambience. the only problem which we faced was the dorm was on 2nd floor and the washroom was on terrace crossing the cafe and common room which was really odd. Like everytime if u want to go to washroom u have to go to the 4th floor crossing the cafe and then cross the common room where in other hostliers are sitting. We informed the staff to help us in using a washroom which is attached to any dorm/room. We got access of the first floor ensuite dorm bt flush was not working and also there was no bucket. Finally we used the washroom of the ground floor which is outside the hostel premise. we booked the shared bathroom dorm bt didnt knew that in this case the washroom will be either 2 floor above the dorm on terrace or 2 floor below the dorm on ground floor.

Go Stops Udaipur is one of the best place for staying in Udaipur. Its very budget friendly and provides a beautiful view of Lake Pichola. Its a very beautiful and clean property. The terrace is lovely and there common area is filled with youngstersThe place has a good vibe.

This place was very nice ,the staff here are friendly...the quality of the food was not good...and one more thing i had to stay in the hotel for two nights... But due to some urgent work, I had to leave in the morning the next day, and did not refund my room rent for one day.

The stay was good with the marvellous view of city palace and most of known places are nearby. Fall in love with evening view of the place with the roof top of go stops. You have to just step outside and take a few steps for ghat and know restaurants.If you’re solo bagpackers you will find good company to have fun with and roam around.Even the property is well Sanitised.

Best place for a long stay.Friendly staff. One of the best rooftop any hotel ever have ! You would love to spend hours of time just sitting over there. Wifi connectivity was bit weak sometimes but still manageable. Strongly recommended!

It was really great time at the hostel. the staff is really great. they offer great food at the cafe. the dorms are comfy and nice. the common area is super lit. with all colorful sofas, balcony facing the gangour ghat. theres foosball table and music system. it is a good party mode place for teenagers and adults.

Stay was awesome in the GoStops, service and amenities was too good. and the ambiance was lit 🔥. Staff was friendly, and very helpful.In this property mostly group of friends stays and sometimes couples as well. Group can sit on the rooftop and enjoy that time, play indoor games like football and chess.

People who like to socialize will definitely enjoy it. If you are on solo trip you should stay there as the cost is also reasonable. The view is good from rooftop.

Friendly Staff , clean rooms & washrooms, and more over they have got amazing common space on 3rd floor. This place is just 200 m from Ambrai Ghat. So location is also good. One can also find a bike rent shop just near the GoStops. And since it is located in thin lanes of old udaipur , there might be slight difficulty in reaching there by car. But staff can help you to get there by car as well.

Everything was good about my stay at go-stops..top of all is the location of it at pichola lake from where everything is just on a walking distance including beautiful city palace and gangaur ghat.. eating places like jheel cafe, harigarh and ambrai restaurant and also market for some shopping.The view of lake and palace from terrace is damn beautiful in night. Time spent sitting at common space of hostel was also full of fun and relaxing. Hostel beds were clean and comfortable..bathroom was good but they should keep one bucket and mug also for indian travellers. Also behavior of hostel staff was really good. And best part is all this is affordable at such a good price. This is all what a backpacker want. Im again gonna book go-stops for my next visit to udaipur. Highly reccomandable.😊

My stay there was good. The beds and washroom were really clean and hygienic. The staff was helpful and polite. Also the common room was really trendy and youth oriented and had really good and positive vibes. But the atmosphere was not that social, and the price of food was also not justified. The view from the hostel was really beautiful though.

This hostel is near ambrai ghat..you can get cabs till chandpole and walk from there, or direct autos to the place. Its an amazing zostel, one of the best I would say. We booked a private room, which was a nice one with Rajasthani touch on the walls. The cafeteria and the seating space with the view is amazing. Also, there is fusball at the terrace just in case you wanna try.

Friendly place with great ambrai view

This place is not accessible by car. You need to get off your car and take an auto or walk to get to the hostel. It is not a pleasant walk, especially if youve got luggage with you. The staff is friendly and helpful. The guy at the reception helped us with our itinerary and gave some good suggestions.The single room is quite small with poor ventilation and natural lighting. It doesnt have an attached bathroom. The common bathrooms and toilets are clean.Their cafe has some good vegetarian options and I would recommend having breakfast from there if you want to save time and money on breakfast. The hostel is quite close to the major tourist spots in Udaipur.

I am writing this review because I really felt like sharing my lovely stay in this place. Ever since I visited and posted pictures of this place, a bunch of friends are asking me about this picturesque hostel and I have recommended a dozen to stay here!A very warm and hospitable place for a group of friends planning to chill out in Udaipur. The common area is the real cherry on the cake with every source of entertainment, engagement and social bonding. Even being a packed hostel at the time we visited, there was never any issue of hygienic in common areas like washroom, toilet and kitchen.Moreover, we really found the receptionist very welcoming, friendly and cheerful both the times I have visited this place and that really matters as a Chinese proverb says A man without a smiling face must not open a shop.

Just go and stop at goStop...!!Yes, goStop is one of the best place for solo traveller and ofcourse with friends,too.Very good ambience and clean rooms. Common washrooms are clean. They provide also hot water for 24*7.The guy on reception is very helpful. He suggested some good places for food and yes the day itinerary which help to cover most of the places in a sort time.You can make lots of memories in common area as their common area is superb.For Late night cravings they have small cafe with a good menu.They dont have parking for cars. But you can park your bike.

It was an amazing stay in Udaipur. The rooms are clean, the ambiance is very colourful and nice. all beds have individual charging sockets. The area is safe however cars cannot enter that area only bikes and autos are allowed. The Lake Pichola is just behind the stay. Luggage storage facility is also available after check out for a time period and the people over there are good. Keep up the good service.

Location is 10/10. Its located almost beside Lake Pichola, with all main restaurants and sights just walking distance away. The rooms are nicely decorated as well. The price point is very reasonable. Toilets could be bigger and slightly cleaner, but its pretty good for this print point. The bathroom mat was quite dirty though. In my opinion its one of the best places to stay in Udaipur. The ambience is pure bliss. Forms are very nice and bed are super comfy. The best part is the common area on the terrace which has a beautiful view of Lake pichola. You get to make new friends and spend time with them enjoying the view of Lake.The only downside is that due to being situated in the most crowded part of the city, connectivity is little bad.

Earlier stayed in Gostops Bir and loved my stay here at Udaipur as well.The brand colors gave a nice appeal to the entire property. Clean dorms & beds, a great & lit rooftop to chill during nights. All major attractions and ghats are in close vicinity to Gostops Udaipur. Thus easy to commute and travel in a budget-friendly manner.

This is the best hostel I have ever been, the staff is amazing, cheerful, and what to say about the view from the terrace, it is awesome! The services are great and the best part is the spicy Maggie they serve you, it is the the theeee best!Everything, the environment, the ambience, freedom and mostly the chirpy environment, it was just an amazing experience, we as a group has created many memories as well as find some more friends while staying here!

Booked for 2 days but extended it to another 4 days. It is the best hostel in udaipur. I was on a solo trip and had a lot of fun there. Interected with many new people. Staff are really very helpful. They planned a surprise for my birthday too. The most amazing part is the common area. Also they have a kitchen, one can cook and the outdoor sitting area with pop out colours is cool :) Thanks a ton!!

One of a kind experience. I am not someone who travels a lot, but this - this hostel and its environment inspired me to travel more. Friendly hostel beaming with social activities, and new friendships waiting to be formed. This place is a treasure for people with a strict budget. Economical, neat, safe - you name it, you got it. The terrace, oh my God the terrace. Beautiful. Strongly recommend this place.

Nice hostel . Roof top cafe and lake view..

I stayed 3 nights here, and the experience there was one of my best. Breakfast(egg, sandwich, toast, cereal, chai tea) included, fantastic rooftop where you can see the lake, cool atmosphere, nice staffs, I liked everything about it. I met great people in the hostel, and we all think Gostops Udaipur is super good and we enjoyed our company there, watched worldcup game on rooftop togeter. Also, there is large and well-equipped kitchen, you can cook your own meal. Located near the bridge, very convenient. The hostel offers various programs such as Yoga, cooking class, free tea time in afternoons. Some dormitories dont have wash room inside, so you need to go to the rooftop to take a shower or toilet.

Best experience in a hostel. The ambience is nice, staff is super helpful and friendly. We had to leave for jaisalmer in night and checkout was in the morning, so they also helped us keep our luggage till night, also said you can use common area till night 10 PM.

Place is good to stay, well developed roof top common sitting area. Neat and clean toilets. Except one thing Pantry which is not available like in other hostel small pantry is available for travelers.

Had amazing stay for 2 nights recently....Clean room. Cozy beds. And nice staff too...We have done check out early morning and brekfast timing was between 8 to 10 however the guy made breakfast for us on 7.15 am. And said that aap log bhuke travel karoge wo achha nahi laga such a caring ppl . Udaipur people are amazing. Ill surely give go-stops reference to my friends. Good luck. Best place to live at Udaipur. It is near to pichola lake. Most of the places are at walkable distance. Staff is too friendly. It has common area at terrace and it has different games.

Similar standards to other hostels we stayed in across Rajasthan. But considering it was the most expensive we stayed in we were expecting more. We arrived pretty early in the morning and they let us leave our bags, take showers and use the common area all day before check in. When we finally checked in we had to make our beds ourselves, something we never encountered in all our time in Asia. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Each bed has a private fan, light and 2 plugs as well as privacy curtains 2 pillows and a thick fleece blanket (which never gets washed so mine smelled like sweat from the previous user). The common kitchen is open all the time except during breakfast which is buffet style and not as impressive. The common area has a nice view and its a peaceful place to chill. No mosquitoes and breezy at night. Common showers are upstairs and they always have hot water. And theres always toilet paper available. Every morning we woke up to a puddle of water in the corridor which I slipped over and hit my hip. They cleaned up both mornings but not until after 10 (when breakfast is over) so everyone had to step over it already. Overall a nice stay

While the hostel itself and dorms are clean and nice, the staff was unprofessional. We were booked in for a week, with the plan to stay an extra week. When we arrived, they upgraded up to the dorms that have the bathroom in the room, rather than on the roof - great, thanks! However, when we extended, we were told we’d have to check out and check back in to the other room, or, pay the higher rate for the week. While I get this in principle, it’s pretty bad customer service. If you upgraded me, you can force me to move or pay more. You honor the upgrade you made, especially if I’m looking to pay for an additional 7 days.Had issues with the staff, particularly hanging out in dorm room’s common space, on more than one occasion. The most memorable was when they came to tell people it was check out time, and instead of leaving, stayed to make sure they’d check out quick, and used the time to have a little photo shoot. I find this so unprofessional as there are many others in the room that have paid for that to be there space. Same employee as the one that told me to pay more or change rooms.Again, hostel itself is nice, clean, well located. Short visits ideal though.

The hostel is very good located and near the lake. You can reach everything by walking.Also the rooftop is very nice and made a great athmosphere.In the Dorm room you have a curtan around your bed so you can have little bit privacy.We really enjoyed our stay.
