Very bad service, night shift receptionist is very bad talking and roud talking he don’t knw to manage customers pls change him dear owner he don’t knw to behave customers pls first sent him school to learn general knowledge

The receptionist are sooo rude, the price in oyo is little low so I just gone there directly without booking in oyo but that guy is so rude and talk with some kide hater within him. He didnt lower the price so I just asked that the price oyo is little low shall I book on it but he said we have closed the deals with oyo so you do whatever you want or wherever you complaint that doesnt matter me. They may have the things new but trust me just go with NSTAR hotel its around 300m from there I totally recommend that.

I wish i could give negative stars and then I would have given 1000 negative stars. the hotel is not at all like the pictures . no facilities in hotel. hotel doesnt provide you drinking water or breakfast or cleanliness or lift for staying at 3rd floor or mirror in bathroom or clean walls or bed linen or black out curtains. these are just to mention in booking with no existence in reality and since it is an oyo hotel everything in this hotel. this is the worst property i have ever been to. and since my arrival was at 3.15am in night, i was forced to live in such unhygenic, non sanitized, damp and amenities less hotel. book this hotel if you want to enjoy the old generation Rs.20/- lodge. moreover a reasonable compensation for making me suffer whole night. i myself know how i have spent the night struggling with stinges, fowl smells, noises and mosquitoes. truly an unforgettable horrible experience

Receptionist says first pay the amount then check in otherwise not check in .but i am told i will pay at the time of check out please allow, but he did not accept . the time is 00:10 hrs what can i do for.i dont think what.room not clean.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. Quite unhygienic though and sheets were not changed before us checking in. In close proximity to the railway station. Wifi doesnt work and the hotel is quite hard to find initially as there are no billboards or signs outside the hotel. Situated besides New Everest Hotel. Not worth the money considering the facilities offered.
