Nice place to stay with good food. Though the prices are a tad high, the service is excellent and the availability of parking is a plus point.

Bad wifi, Dusty & Not a very Ambient Hotel. There is a good operations manager trying to improvise the place. Hopefully his efforts are materialised.

Good food and service at open roof top. Best for a peaceful dinner + beverage.Its owner is a Punjabi so there is a slight touch of North Indian flavour. Would suggest North Indian travellers to try here.

Good food which has nothing to complain. About rooms they are clean, towels are ok. But i am unable to understand why hot water is not available in any of the taps in the bathroom. Checked at1630hrs, 1800hrs,2100hrs and even next day morning at 0500hrs and 0630hrs. This compalint should be addressed. Parking needs proper arrangement. We are keeping the car where the security person has instructed, but after 3hrs they give a call to change the parking slot for no reason

They said room cant be given if online payment was done.He asked me to cancel the booking and can make payment directly now. I said I already made the payment and the cancellation date was over. If I cancel my booking now, I wont get the refund.The manager must have told positively. Finally they asked me to forward the voucher to their email Id.he said that payment was not credited to us from the online booking website. We will wait till evening. Otherwise you may to pay us. To that I replied what about the payment made in online. The staff said we will send a mail to website and you can followup with them.

Best hotel in Tirupur just located in easily accessible place near Big Bazaar. Room was properly cleaned and neat hygeine is maintained. Price wise little more that other hostels but it is worth. Room has all the essentials and room service was good.

Nice rooms recenable rate

First shocker is collecting advance from customer like the local lodges do in those old days. But hotel claims to be a star *** category.Secondly in reception person has committed for special rates for corporate bookings and i produced my company card and GST details,but while check they denied for silly reason tat they already entered the actual tariff in system which cant be changed. The price charged is too high for the service offered.Beware Strictly not preferred for Stay

Its a good stay but their restaurant name Saffron is the worst. The waiter in there has the worst attitude towards customer. He literally throwed my card after me making the payment due to his grudges against me. He dont even accept he made a mistake and he is in a arguing mood whereby not understanding customer needs. The manager is the worst because he dont even want to come and face the situation. So i suggest u better stay at MKM Rich which is far way better.

Finding the place was little tough

Overall it is a good experience. But couple free hotels should be more flexible like they can check the id in which they book room. Not from every1 who coming with us. Other than everything is nice

He also advised me to check out normally and otherwise reach out to them immediately.I saw the staff while going down. And told about the conversation that I had with the website helpdesk. He asked me to send the screenshot of bank payment sms. Hmm..I sent him.While I was checking out, another staff asked if payment is done. Hmmm.. Finally checked out.For hassle free stay, I would recommend the guest to call the hotel and confirm if online booking can be made.Coming to the review of hotel room, The room was clean and good. Another downside is hotwater was not coming. After informing the house keeping staff, they came and got the bucket from bathroom and returned with hot water.

Best in Restaurant, this restaurant also has rooftop restaurant which gives complete city view from this restaurant and has ample of parking space. Best in cleanliness, best in maintainance, lift maintenence. Must appreciate for everything from Watchman to Staffs. Ill provide 9/10 ❤️ Excellent.

Good location for reaching all means of transport. But no ventilation or views in windows. Interiors are renovated and okay for business stay.

The entrance of the hotel is not looking good but very professionaleverything is very professional neet and clean rooms all good branded bed bathroom and all fitting with proper functionality breakfast very good its old building the alterations is done very well.but bathroom 4 inch increased from floor. In night be careful when u going to bathroom otherwise u loose ur leg nails.my kind suggestions please convert area like that in to slanding way rest all good.

Good to access from all mode of transport and leis in main road. But no ventilation to rooms

We were at their bar in the early hours around 1230 pm. The was being opened and we were accommodated quickly. The AC was bit low since it was just started. The beer could have been more chilled. The waiters were hospitable and humble. Loved it.. their food is tasty and definitely worth the money.

This is renovated Hotel and now amenities are good. You get Complimentary breakfast. Bar and restaurant also available on the top floor of the building. Enough four wheeler parking facility is good in this Hotel. Rooms are really simple and good. Service is really good.

Cool stay

I stayed 3 night last week. this is very good place and room has good spaceService also very good. but foods are not serve to room . My only concern is when other function are going on ( Party/wedding/ect) it is disturbing to rooms near to wedding hall.Generally this is very good hotel to stay

One of the worst hotel in city of Coimbatore. Food is terribly bad. Customer care is disgusting. All the time (even at 11o clockat night) construction work is going on. You cant sit or sleep in peace. Its just the hotel for the ones who wants to change their clothes during the day. Its not for people who wants some peaces coupled with good food and customer care service. Not recommended.

It was good. Location was good. Staff were very good. Food is good. No complimentary services.

The facilities are nice and staff very cooperative. The rooms - washroom - linen are clean.As we didnt check the breakfast timings we were late and even though Mr.Guna restaurant manager and Ranjeet helped us with our breakfast and acted very good hosts. We would like to thank them.The only suggestion that we can give is that the room needs to be freshned with room freshner specially if it has hosted a smoking person. Secondly the reception services need some improvements. Like a person should be shown to the room. As we were here first time we werent aware of 2 wings and hence we took the wrong lift and wrong wing.Overall the stay was good.

I had been staying here for more than a week now. The hotel is located at a prime location and offers all the basic facilities like towels, Grooming kit, Breakfast. It also has a gym. I have been staying here from past 2 week, company paid accommodation I would say I had a fantastic time :)
