Overwhelming response , anytime you call them for service , theyll be at doorstep with 2 mins to fulfill the request.. Usually in some of the hotels they wont allow the Online delivery partner to deliver at doorstep... But here they were allowed and we got it at the doorstep... Visited Gayathri Hotels for a function.A/C hall with nearly 250 seats with clean environment.First floor has Dining hall non A/C with nearly 100 seats.best service with almost care.side of the hall there is a rest room available.

Happy About Everything, Except the Behaviour of the Receptionist. First Day I submitted both(mine n wifes) of our IDs n checked in. Next day at night while I entered hotel the receptionist is asking whos that Lady n Wheres her ID when i entered the Hotel. He couldve Checked the System n then asked me, instead he directly asked infront of everyone at Hotel. Very Disappointed with his behaviour.Very Bad 😞

Giving the rating based on the Hall that is been used for functions. The hall is good and neat which can accommodate 💯 ppl with A/C. The parking space is not that great for 4 wheelers but it can be adjusted if youre visiting in 2 wheeler. Over all its is good for small ceremony.

Good decent hotel to stay. Rooms require more cleanliness.The room our family stayed Room No 201 was filled with cigarette smell heavily throughout the night. Room attendant said that they will bring room spray. But never came even on reminding twice. Charging so much but not providing good atmosphere. Lot to improve.

Hotel has various options for food and drinks in closed and open atmosphere . Front desk and room service always on toes to support and facilitate as per our convinience..

I had a worst experience staying here. I took a delux room and found the AC leaking water making the floor with running water. The complain was attended only after 4 hours. The request for change of room was denied saying the hotel was full but later found to know that many rooms were available. The night stay was horrible. Next day no repair work was done and found people repairing only by 6pm when we entered the room. It took another one hour leaving us in a desparate position. We were not even able to relax a while. This a very bad example of hospitality.
