I wish I could give it a minus rating. The images on oyos website are totally deceiving. No cleanliness at room they dont even change the bedsheets and covers for days.Simply pathetic. No WiFi no proper room service no TV.

Location is just near to tirupur railway station.. room is okay okay.. I booked this with breakfast but hotel didnt have restaurant facility now.. so, this is not a good sign..

This Hotel costs me 1090 bucks for a classic room. Yes 1090 bucks! But this is the worst hotel I had ever stay in oyo hotels. I am attaching some photos so that you can understand my points. AC is flooding my room, so noisy that I had to shut it down. Bathroom is so strained, shower is hurting with its sharp speedy discharge. Floor is exfoliating its wardrobe, walls are not so behind from the floor, it is also releasing its plaster. The furnitures are expecting to go to a oven for their cremation and new life. Only south indian free channels are available in TV. I think these are enough for the review.

Travelled to Tiruppur to attend a concert and decided to stay over here. Check in was quick and efficient with very pleasant desk clerks. The room was spacious enough with 2 queen sized beds. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is especially nice with a large selection of hot and cold items including made to order omelets, and pastries from the Hotel Nstar Residency

I recently hosted my staff holiday party in one of the room located in this hotel. It was such a nice and welcoming space for our small team of 15, but it definitely has capacity for double that. Staff were super attentive to us from start to finish and made sure our time there was pleasant. Being a nonprofit we had to work with a fairly modest budget, and the events team accommodated us with ease. Ill definitely be back in the future for other events.

A very welcoming hotel, within walking distance of a lot of Odakkadu’s highlights. It is also near travel links such, as the bus or subway. It’s a popular spot in a vibrant part of the city, there are many restaurants nearby ranging in price, giving you the taste of local food. The hotel itself is unique and nice to look at, very clean with comfortable warm rooms. All of the hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our stay was made easy and great because of the hotel. Overall really recommend staying. Already one of my favourite cities in the world.

My husband and I have a wonderful two nights here on jan 4th weekend. All the staff are courteous and helpful. This was the perfect place for 2 peaceful days and the end of a weeklong road trip. I would recommend this Hotel for all travelers looking for a quiet getaway. The cook to order breakfast is enough to put this on the visit again list!

This hotel is bang opposite the railway station and if you get the room on higher floors you can enjoy the station view from the gallery. On the other side is one of the most important and busiest roads of the city.The staff is very good. Always smiling they never talk rude or misbehave. They are all for you. They helped me in whatever I asked them to.Only one small problem, is that they never gave room service properly. Room service department is little pr so to say. As such there is no restaurant in the hotel but still.But overall experience was very good.

This is the only OYO available in Tiruppur. The best part about this OYO is its location. It is situated right outside the railway station. The rooms are decent with an affordable stay options.They are very keen on getting feedbacks from customers and seemed poised to improve on their services.I have left the last star for my next visit. If they act on the feedbacks, they would have earned it.

The hotel was built with high paying clientel... But its not mentioned well. The rooms despite having more than needed furniture compare to other hotels in the same price range ... The same is well kept or mentioned properly.. or updated to current styles.. The bathrooms too say a sad story.. the fixtures are old and hard water has taken a toll on them.. and the management has not cleaned it or changed it.. The staff is not proactive.. Its cooperative and polite but not proactive. I truelty belive with very little invenment the management can turn the looks of the place around. And offer its clients more better experience.. Giving it 3 stars for its location and overall efforts of the staff to keep the place running despite all ods

Lady receptionist was rude. None of the Electrical points required for charging the mobiles were working in both the rooms booked. Hot water not available. Restrooms are badly maintained. Smell of cigarette smoke in rooms.The big advantage is that the rooms are close to Railway station.The male receptionist allowed us to stay an hour after the check out timing,which was helpful !

This place simply worked perfectly for my needs. I wanted: clean, modern, quiet, no hassle, crowd free, spacious room, fast internet, comfortable bed, sparkling bath room, hot coffee in the morning, good value and no nickel and diming. I got it all and Ill come back. All city hotels should be this good!

Located close to Railway station. Near by Bus stops are there. Location wise good. Hotel and its rooms are very nice. Bed and furniture are top quality. AC and fan are there. Bathroom room quite neat and clean. Warm and cold water for bath available. In some rooms tube light is not glowing, bathroom hooks and towel bars are not there. Poorly maintained bathroom window allows the mosquitoes to enter through it. No problem, mosquito repellant is available on demand. Some AC may not be so good. TV with cable connection is there. Poorly maintained lift makes some noise. Normally we used the lift. While vacating the the room we avoided the lift because we dont have sufficient time to reach out our next destination. Complimentary breakfast given at the restaurant in ground floor and found to be better than Aryabhavans near by. Office is at the basement. Staffs are polite and helping. No Bar so one can stay here without any fear with children and family. A Good Hotel.

Worst hotel for the price.. Non of the AC works in the AC rooms but have to pay for ac. If u really didnt have an other option go for it as its walkable from there train station.. Beds where clean though.. Might work for a short stay..Edit: after this review the manager returned part of the rent paid with an apology. Check before you book.

The staff are the best. They always remember us and they are the best “face” of the hotel. They make us always wanting to come back because they are so personable. Have been staying at the Hotel Nstar Heritage for the last 8 years. Won’t go anywhere else.

Very nice. Bed spreads still wet but taken care of right away. Didnt care for dividing wall in room. Patio was wonderful as was exercise room. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend

Nice hotel to stay with families,couples etc..room was clean and meet ..but food are not healthy...hotel facilities are ok..but their mess gave a poor response..its situated near by railway junction..better to had food outside..its not suitable for longtime stay.

Ac was not working, room was too hot. booked for an ac room, paid for it but had stay in a hot chamber. there was no towel in bathroom, i had to call reception for that. only positive was courteous reception staff and prime location. very near to tirupur railway station. hardly 50 meters.

The room was very clean and the woodwork throughout the hotel was beautiful! The game room and ice cream shop was very nice! Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet-it was the best one weve ever enjoyed! Thanks again, looking forward to our next visit!

Really bad place for the money paid. Every room is judged mainly with its facilities. Here the TV is not digital, toilet and bathroom is very much outdated, furniture provided in the room is too old, not clean enough to be called OYO property, AC was switched off at night by turning off the main control, plug points were so bad that I couldnt even charge my phone, deal was inclusive of breakfast which I thought would be good but we were given coupons to a restaurant that gave us very minimal choices..... Only good thing is its location which is just outside the railway station

Worst service, people will not respond even afer call. Hot water facility is also only within timings. Windows r open type,no lock nothing. Iron grills can be opened like door. anybody from outside can enter easily . i said to put lock but they dint provide. Room cleaning will not be done till 6.30pm. A/c remotes r nt working,

It was a really good stay, service, staff, staff behaviour price, location , check-in process everything was smooth. For a 2* hotel it was really good. I have given 4*s because of faucet in washroom was not working properly and washroom needs some fixing.

Staff are very friendly. Cleanliness of the room. You can smell.The still air in the room as soon as you enter. This could be improved. Room dustbins filled by the previous occupants were cleaned, but could see few garbage in the room and bath room. Breakfast serving is clubbed with a restaurant. Their cleanliness and service there is a scope for improvement.

The room is just near the Tirupur railway station. Room is not so good as shown in pictures in Oyo its a mid-range and cleanliness is good. Ac Is provided and also free wifi. Staffs are good and helpful. Also got a hotel below. Parking is provided for car. TV is good with nice channel lists. Restroom was clean. No people disturbed during the stay. Bed was soft and had a clean bedspread.

Extremely horrible, terrible hotel. Worstest ever hotel lived in room 304. Planning for consumer court. Pls do not ever go to this hotel. Hotel staffs say this is how rooms will be you will have to mandatory bear all difficulties in this hotel. Very shocked to hear this from staff. Mr owner pls share your E mail. Hotel is just 1min walk from 2nd entrance (2nd platform) of Tiruppur railway station. Google map shown wrong direction. Coming to hotel, booked through Oyo at around 700rs, price ok.Check in 12pm to check out 11am timings which generally I dont like. Wash room and water facility not good. Breakfast has limited choice and not so great. AC ok. Overall, if you have no choice or tight budget you can try.

Jet spray was broken spraying all over bathroom when used. Toilet seat was broken. No exhaust fan in bathroom. There was no fan regulator and overall no air circulation in room and so smell in the room
