We do love the actual Indiabulls homes, love the location, and love the complex itself. The staff is very friendly and helpful ! The grounds are very well maintained and very pet friendly ! I have lived here for 2+ years and wouldnt choose any other apartment!

Indiabulls Thane is really awesome project. It has good amenities to live a happy life. Gymnasium, Indoor Games room,Yoga and Pilates area are also most factors to become it as best residential property in Mumbai.

Not worth buying, 2bhk approx 1.65 Crs in Phase1 and as per Maha RERA proposed date of completion 31/08/2023. Instead of blocking money for 5 yrs without much appreciation its worth to put money in some other ready,near completion projects or some other instruments. Even Government related instuments give guaranteed return of 8% but this project there wont be much appreciation.Also too high monthly/annual maintenance charges. Accordinlgy to me not worth investing here.

Regret investing in this project almost 2 years back in the pre launch phase and still no update on construction. extremely poor management by India bulls as they are cheating customers by miscommitment
