Perfect for family based people looking out for Residental apartment. The building is clean maintained with 24x7 security. The building is provided with amenities like CCTV camera, garden, play area for kids, parking lot for 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler.

Nice housing complex. Sufficient parking for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Security also very good. Nice lift services. Kalsekar hospital, Bilal hospital, wedding grounds, a few restaurants and many general stores are also available nearby. The main problem is with people going to railway station, theres a lot of traffic on the road, road is congested at many locations, sometimes difficult to catch a rickshaw.

Highly Ventilated and well lit flats..Plaster work is below Average. Overall proximity to prime locations is good. Access to market schools,main road.

One of the best place to stay in mumbra. You can see whole mumbra from the top of the T20 building. Complex is specious and there is garden for children. Security is awesome and the best part is it is connected to old mumbai pune express way.The thing i didnt like is market is almost 15 minutes away schools are also away from it,But most importantly Hospital at walk able distance.Best place for food lovers as Dominos 🍕And many others food stalls are near by.From my side 4/5.
