Staff is good. Service is good. Atm is there.i did not find it crowded.

CHEQUE WAS DEPOSITED IN DORP BOX ON 22/07/2021 BUT STILL NOT COME FOR CLEARING

Staff not very polite to customer.they think they are giving service out of their pocket.these HDFC Bank employees forget we customers pay extra for services so they get salary. quite disappointed.

I have accounts in ever major bank in India. But having account in this bank is by far the most disgusting experience one could get. While opening the account they put wrong address and my details not as per KYC documents given to them.I went to the branch to update my address but they said that it will take a month to update it !! A MONTH TO UPDATE an ADDRESS !! The lady at the counter named - Ms Shamika Madhye said come one more time to submit another for for mobile phones updation. I was stunned !! After a little argument she agreed to keep my other form with her and said that my address will be updated in two weeks.But it didnt happen even after two weeks. I had to raise complain online too their grievance redressal. Even after that the manager called me and said that it will take one more week. WTH !! Why such a long time to update the address ? Who does that ?They were still not serious / intrested about doing the needful. I kept calling to branch and eventually I had to say that if you dont do it by today. Then I shall file a legal complain again you tomorrow. Only then they update my address.Pathetic to say the least....

I’am trying from 3months to get appointment but there is no slot available to make booking for Aadhaar update; need support of your HDFC branch as it is really urgent and during such Covid 19 situation how can I get appointment and UIDAI updated as soon as possible…? Team assist...ASAP?

Vear bad staffs for new accounts opening. That doing romance in office time n inquiry about opening account say to tomorrow today is busy.So bad experience for privets sector bank.Bad service.

Very bad staff will make 1000 mistakes instead of making an apology for it some o the other staff will cover up for it.

Pathetic service I have ask to change my address and i have been told it will be done by 10 days but its been 20 days still address is not updated I have visited bank twice I have been told it will be done still there is no response customer service is also not responding I dont how many days it will take.

Excellent help & cooperation from Aadhar Seva Kendra related Bank staff. It was done systematically and quickly. Big thumbs up.Before coming to HDFC I had been to RBL Aadhar Seva centre in Mira road twice at an interval of 5 days. Both the times their systems were down. I think they wont work ever. And rudeness of staff was clear no no in banking. I guess RBL staff wont get proper training that they behave this way.

It is a very good bank.the staff here is very helpful.they answer peacefully all the questions we ask.our all queries can be resolved here.the bank is easily accessible.

Cashier Sonam treats customers very badly. They dont respect anyone. They talk rudely and pass comments & keep staring. Worst services.

HDFC bank is renowned private sector bank. But the service they provide is beyond imagination. I was not expecting this kind of pathetic service before opening account in hdfc. I went there multiple times to for a service (not for addhaar update - for which Im sure they will not do), everytime they first try to sell their investment product and if you dont want to listen they will not do your job. They will find pathetic excuse to harass customer. Just wondering how long they will survive if this kind of service they continue. Zero rating for the branch.

I was thr in branch last Saturday...u feel like r in fish market and u r been targeted by unqualified financial consultant to buy MF insurance,or loan etc as secure saving peoduct.u just give indication u hv some money.....no one talking bnkg, they will send u from one person to another with no solutions..branch has become meetg place for Crooks. They r fooling people by selling unsecured saving product.

Seriously bad bank. I went by cab from Vile Parle to this branch just to update my new phone number on Oct 5. I checked today and guess what , it is not yet updated!!! My online access is blocked again.

Nice staff...but the arrangements lack

This branch is in very bad condition.I have been associated with this bank for last 15 years with my NRO and NRE account. Staff were very friendly and co-operative till 2015. Now new staff and new branch manager but service is very poor and am thinking to close my long term association with this bankranch.Bijender Mishra

I have opened my current A/C with hdfc bank for my transaction by thinking that i will be happy with the services with i told by your bank but i am pissedwith all services from your side..i am gonna brief you about what is going on in your bank which make me sick n tired from your hdfc bank...here are some issues which i faced from this bank..1)i havent got any proper assistant.2)when ever i went to this bank rather then resolving my problem they always piched me for some other stuff.3)they forced me to open saving account as well by informing me that you will get all the benefit as soon as possible.4)manager of this branch pushed me forcefully to do investment of 25000rs bt i neglect it as by thinking my transaction is high and i m paying taxes why should i pay extra amount to HDFC bank..5)when i said i dont want to do it then i applied for credit card i applied for car loan..i asked for all paper which is required to get loan or credit card but then to also bygiving all paper my both credit card and loan got dissapproved..and when i went to bank they said you need to invest 25000rs to get approved of loan and credit card...

Hdfc bank overall has excellent customer service, but this branch sends out a totally different Experience
