Every building in Everest World is a good place to stay and Lavender is the most convenient to spot to. Its right opposite Everest World circle at Gate No. 04. Wadhwa developers have bought land from Everest and spoilt the views though. Parking any vehicle is also starting to become an issue here. Lavender buildings society is still good and capable enough to maintain the surroundings well.

Nice residential building in Thane kolshet better to stay than Ghodbandar area

I stay here,so this is the best place for me

Area is covered with complexes by big builders and local amenities are at distance of 1.5-2km like market, shops etc. Also water issue on every Wednesday from 10am-6pm

Peaceful and quiet place little away from dust and pollution of Mumbai City ,but few senior citizen residents of the apartments are pain for bachelors .
