This is a great Society and housing community.All Apartments are spacious & big.There is a large green cover surrounding it, as well as the Sanjay Gandhi National Park right opposite.People are warm-hearted and intermingling in nature.Lots of children who keep playing around in the evenings and weekends, bringing liveliness and adding buzz to the whole place.Really enjoy being a resident here.

Horrible view and road parking issues.. No place for kids to play. Just slum view if u see around..

There is no club house over here which is the major drawback and the same is pending from Developers.

In building no 3 I booked flat in 2017 after that they called me several times for payment but last couple of months all land-line of Vijay group are not in service no one is replying on mail this is serious concern.Those who booked flat in vijay enclave have any idea.. ...

Vijay Enclave is a prominent housing complex near Waghbeel naka, just off Ghodbunder Road in Thane.It has 3 buildings of nearly 20 storeys. The apartment block is well built and has got a few amenities like security, CC TV coverage and a small garden in front. It has ample space for parking vehicles. The complex is well maintained.Most importantly, it has all sorts of shops - medical, grocery, milk restaurants, sweet shops, etc. - located nearby. Also quite a few banks and AMT machines too are close by. Therefore the basic needs can be met easily.In my view, this is a good apartment complex on Ghodbunder road, for living permanently.
