At the time of flat booking staff calls you 4 times a day. But when you cancel your booking since then they dont even reply. Not even a single reply. Pathetic. Worst in serving customers. Its been 2 months now still no reply. No one receives call and doesnt even reply to emails and messages.

If The option available for 0 Star I put it, beacause Raunak group has not liable to single star also. Raunak is puruly non professional builder.After possession there is lot of created by builder, high maintenance charges, monopoly create by Raunak group for every service like water, etc.Need to fight with builder for basic amenities also.

So you book a flat in March 2020. You pay the registration fees and than due to some reason you cancel the booking. Since than multiple emails and phone calls and your almost 8 lakhs is stuck with promises of refund. Pathetic

No business ethics!! I have booked my flat in 2019 in one of their project and very less progress has been done due to Covid 19 excuse. Now they have relaunched same project for less price per unit and I am bearing loss of approximately Rs 5 lacs because they keep changing base prices. Ideally if we book early then we should have advantage in terms of price. I did request them to reduce my flat price and it seems sales person is not in mood to help. Be careful with their sweet words. First they will push you to register flat and ensure to bind you in sales agreement. I am feeling cheated and frustrated due their price changing tactics.

Just thought that I should let everyone know what a great experience I had with the Raunak Group. The team is enthusiastic and polite, it was a pleasure to work with them to get our flat in Thane. Thank you for all the coordination, we love our new apartment.

Horrible HR department, they do not value your service. HR Department will share requirement saying its on high priority, however, would delay the process for months. Head of Human resource is extremely rude. Would never refer any of the known once to work for them.

I want to thank the Raunak Group for putting in a hundred percent effort to make this happen. They deliver the best quality with an extremely professional approach. I & my wife are very happy with this gorgeous flat in The Unnathi Woods Thane that was delivered to us.

A very unprofessional Organisation with no Values & Ethics for Others hard earned money , Executives lures with Initial Down payment & assures to get back in 15 days if not processed , but its 15month the down payment hasnt been refunded . Worst experience for my 1st house. I had bought my 1st house and we had booked furnished flats from past 3 months my emi are getting cut but no update on furniture and now they are saying its sold out. And giving negligible amt has different where as furniture value is way high and not cooperative staff. Worst experience never buy a flat from raunak all employees have no knowledge and not helpful. I have very worst experience the sale person is very immature and not have complete knowledge about the project.In first two meeting they told me they have floor rise after 18th floor then later they told me we have floor rise from 9th floor. I want know is this intentional or you dont have knowledge about the project.Secondly when you explain the product details to customers then only you have to told we have different unit with different price but it was not told and when I finalize the unit then suddenly told this is bigger one and again increased the price. So do you think that customer is fool at least these thing should be told very initially when you explain the project to customer

After booking flat we are just getting disappointed while booking they mentioned us clearly free car parking for each flat now they said you need to pay extra money while taking possession. Got a good deal right at the location I was seeking to buy a flat. Their offered apartments have the best floor plans comparatively to other projects in the vicinity and the quality of construction (although still under-construction) is quite satisfactory. If they can handover as promised, Ill happily write a new review about them again.

Unnathi Woods township is by far the best in Thane with contemporary amenities offered by the builder that was never available in Thane. I would suggest property seekers in Thane to visit this township if you are planning to invest in one and Im sure it wont disappoint.

Very poor sector 2 maintenance team, since last 10 day they are not able to solve the WC leakage problem all wrong commitment are given from mr yogesh and harshal, even the passage lights problem they are not able to resolve every time they excuse and want maintenance payment ontime. please check twice while booking the flat in raunak city kalyan dont trust on there words .
