Absolutely pathetic, no proper water supply, no proper parking. Owner is a cheat of flat 1403, fake promises and will find ways to deduct money from your deposit. Desperate to sell the flat so finding ways to cheat people.

I stayed at 1403 and had a hard time, owner of the flat is a cheat and has not returned the total deposit amount t.. had water problems throughout the year and had regularly complained about this to the owner. She agreed to let me vacate the flat however at the time if returning the deposit didnt return the full amount. When I have asked she returned the part amount and blocked me on whatsapp. Absolutely disgusting and cheap role paid. Is extremely non cooperative.
