Very Pathetic... Trying to take an appointment since last 15 days.. During this tine i tried to call at least 100 times.. Only once the attender lady picked up the phone.. Taken details and contact number.. Said we will call back.. Still no replies...What is this attitude for??? Just because you are best doctor?? Or something else???

Edit 1If you are just going to consult assistant doctor, first ask end time for Dr. Chopra. Come after that time.They will tell you to come at 7 without appointment. Later they would take all Dr. Chopras patient first. So even when you come 1st at 7:00 am, you will still be technically behind queue. Dont waste your time. I have noticed that number comes quicker when you come after Dr. Chopras timings. He will sit only till noon.version 1 : First of all, let me clarify that the medical advice by Dr. Arvind Chopra does work. The medicines were given depending on ailment after weighing all options. Interaction with main and subordinate doctors were quite pleasant and they diagnose thoroughly.However, the appointment scheduling system, wait times and clinic is pathetic. I believe they want to create hype, just like making a commodity look scarce would result in more people lusting for it.No doubt that appointment system works for those who are willing to shell out more, just like green channels.I believe if all these are fixed, this would save a lot of patrons time and this clinic would be a lot better.

The doctors are good and experienced the treatment was good as it did show results. But, the main doctor has no proper timings be it morning or after lunch or evening hes always making his patients wait.. and if u have tests to run before the check up then ur entire day is gone. They do take appointments. The Major issue here is waiting only cuz the doctor is good n treatment is effective people bare it.

The number of patients are more so there is que n waiting. U may find the first time tests to be expensive but they are done to ascertain ur problem. My mother is getting Dr Arvinds treatment for more than 2 years. There is no permanent cure for this disease but it can only be controlled with medicines.

My mother is RA/arthitis patient since 30+yrs. She is taking treatment/medicines under Dr.Chopra supervision since 28+ years.We have closely seen his journey as a doctor, visited his clinic whereever it was shifted within pune and finally its located to this Hermes doctor house. Paid/Paying consultation fee from 50 rs to current around 1200 rs.Pros :1. Relief from pain2. Case monitored by a expert and experienced doctor3. Every 3 months followup4. The increasing deformity in joints will be under control and you can do your daily chores independentlyCons :1. Expensive consultation and medicines2. First time visitors feels looted (but it will benefit in long run)3. Have to shell extra money for special appointments.4. Long waiting hours in OPD if you come without appointment.5. Not enough waiting or rest area for patients. Only limited chairs for seating only.6. Side effects will be there after long run (intensity depends on your health and lifestyle) like hairloss, BP, asthma, loss of appetitePersonal advice to new patients -RA is very cruel and very painful disease. Patient and his family suffers a lot if this is not diagnosed in time or in early stage. There is no reason why one gets affected by this disease and also there is no cure till date to remove it completely. Only option is that you can control it to current stage and make slight improvements without pain. Last stage option is surgery but it is again very expensive and painful too.Why to visit Dr Chopra -1. We have seen people(in there 20s of age) visiting his clinic who were not able to walk a single step and at last came again to this doctor after trying all other doctors in different parts of Maharashtra (i am not saying other doctors are bad) but if you want results you can definitely count on this doctor and to his prescribed medicines.2. Personal experience - My mother was 35 yr old when she got diagnosed with RA, she tried many doctors, ayurvedic medicines but no results instead arthritis went to next level at one stage she was not able to move even her wrist of her hand forget about standing up. Soon visited Dr Chopra for first time and continued medicines without any gap. Today she is 67+. She is fine doing all household and personal chores independently. Almost 30 years went well. Ofcourse as i said there are side effects like any other medicines. Now after 65+ years of her age she is facing asthma, BP, loss of tooths slowly but the side effects are under control as taking medicines from respective experts.Even Dr.Chopra knows about the side effects but that is the price you have to pay anyway to live.3.You just sit in his clinic and try to talk with other patients you will get to know real experiences and new stories everytime (My mom always do this as you have to wait long for your turn). I think those will be real reviews of this doctor.Best luck !

Not nice doctor because he has given my uncles son steriodical injection of one lakh rupees and many more medicine but that Injection started giving side-effects on kidney . So he was ill afterward he started ayurvedic medicine and cured it within2 months so my kindly request please dont go to such risky doctor

The worst doctor ever. He takes fees just to give an appointment closer to the date you ask. Whenever you call the reception she says the appointments are full and when you mention that youre ready to pay 2500 thats when they give you an appointment. Plus its too much expensive for the medicines. The main doctor barely visits you and checks up on you. I would not suggest going here at all. Also he suggests so many unnecessary tests which I showed another doctor and he said its totally unnecessary to do those for my disease. Please do not visit if you care for your hard earned money.

Never Visit This Clinic..... He dont cure your disease but just give you many pain killers in prescription and you will feel like you are cured now but its killing your kidneys from inside. Thug doctors. They do unwanted tests on first visit which costs approx 15 - 20 thousand which are not necessary for it. Please go to a doctor who can actually cure your disease and not just thug you and spoil your life.

Require deep pockets for the first time visit. Carry at least 15,000 Rs for the first visit. They require blood tests which are not even needed and which are told to do by the assistant doctor. And after you get the reports. The doctor will tell you to drink milk and meditate. And to have positive attitude which will help you cure your problem.

I am only giving him 1 star because google does not allow to rate below that. After standing 12 hrs in line and doing multiple tests in those 12 hrs, Dr Chopra said I dont have anything serious and I dont drink enough milk. Then he gave me another test. I walked out of there and never went back. When i consulted another doctor in Mumbai, they diagnosed me with Arthritis. I have been under medication since then and feeling better.

Went to this Dr few years back and I will have say that he doesnt have any empathy and patience for others. Absolutely arrogant, very expensive, long wait, lack of facilities in the clinic and one self absorbed Dr! my arthritis progressed by the time he figured out the right treatment for me. We as a family put our faith in him and continued for a year but pain was so bad that I gave up on myself...then my family booked another Dr and that was the best decision ever! He knows his importance and treats others poorly!

Looting to innocent patient coming across from Maharashtra.He will give you pain killers to suppress pain for arthritis patients.Appointment based Doctor, you will get extraaa attention only if you have taken appointment throwing extra penny on his face.Better to avoid Mr Chopra

Its just time and money consuming.very bad experience.pt is just overlooked by dr.there is no even evaluation of the patient.u should care about their passions and the trust.there is no separate toilets for ladies and gents..very poor hygiene is there .u even cant sit in hospital for longer time coz of faul smell and dirty place

Very good Dr. All the Dr and Arvind sir are best. I went in their hospital with my mom. Her arthritis was too high that she was not able see in light. We have taken medicine from sir and she is improving day by day.

They treat quite a rare decease, people generally end up getting wrong treatment for this for years together. Considering g this i feel they do quite a good job.They will make you do some tests, this is grey area for us patients, and we end up feeling cheated. I personally had done blood tests but was made to do this all over again. Again this is something we cant do anything g about, willing or other, necessary or otherwise we have to do it.Staff, and not the doctors per say, are is quite irritated all the time, this is spoils the decor of the place.

I gave 4 star for the treatment is given by Dr. here and 0 stars for worst management in hospital peasant need to not their name @ 10 PM in reception and again they have to come at 7 am in the morning, and our number came in 3 pm what is point to put name in @ night. people stay far from hospital this highly impossible to come 10 pm and again 7 am please do something for management

Dont bother going to the doctor. His assistants will see you and after waiting for 3-4 hours ask you to do some test which cost a bonb. And finally the doc may or may not see you. If you insist and create a scene he may oblige for a few non apologetic moments. They will ask you to go back in the evening, like wehave nothing else to do. My daughter in-law requested another day. Dr. Chopra asked her to go on FRIDAY assuring her he will see her with her reportThis morning after making calls and being told the doctor will see her, she went. The great doctor and his band of unethical tribe, lied. The doc WASNT even there. HE WAS IN BOMBAY. PLEASE DONT BOTHER TAKING AN APPOINTMENT AS ITS LIKE TRAFFIC RULLES. NO ONE CARES ABOUT RULES OR HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT.DR CHOPRA WHY BOTHER WITH APPOINTMENTS??

Dr Chopra is without doubt the best Rheumatologist on this planet. His knowledge, center setup, numerous research projects both national and international under various government bodies, awards and vast social services is unparalleled. My family has been under his treatment for decades and he is the best.There are some individuals who are purposefully writing negative and absolutely baseless reviews to misguide others.1. Dr Chopra sees about 100 or more patients a day. One cant expect him to sit and spend hours chatting with patients. Given his experience he comes to the point and of course will have assistant doctors to carry out the history before he sees the patient. Some patients find that so called rude as they expect him to spend ample time. Sorry i feel they need to get real.2. All payments be it 1 rupee or more is carried out in complete transparency. There is the provision of a credit card swipe machine as well as mobile wallet payments. This has been there for a long time. In fact i have seen patients that despite being offered the card machine insist and even argue to pay by cash. This accusation of patients being forced to only pay by cash is absolute rubbish.3. Where cost is concerned one needs to understand that when a patient comes for the fist time visit there will of course be more tests required than follow up patients. Also this is a private clinic and given the sophistication of the tests involved the fees will be higher as compared to government/aided hospitals/clinics. Personally i feel Dr Chopras fees are very reasonable compared to other private hospitals/clinics and a pittance compared to the clinics in Mumbai. Yet he provides at par and even greater quality of services as compared to those clinics. If some patients feel then they are welcome to get their tests carried out at government hospitals/clinics or wherever else it suits them. Knowing all this yet some patients complain just for the sake of it.Lastly i wish to request other honest patients to come out in support and give their honest feedback. We must put an end to these false and hateful reviews. Thank you !

Visited Dr.Chopra. His knowledge as a Doctor is very poor. I am a Doctor myself.He is a con artist. Will make one spend lot of money on diagnostics that are not required since he runs a Patho Lab, X Ray clinic etc.He should be shut down. On top of this, he does not give the patient time. He charges 1500 Rs as consultation fees and about 15,000 Rs for tests which are useless OR basin tests.

I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Initially went to other doctors.My first doc was so great; he would only utter one sentence in two minutes appointment. 1st time it was; lamba ilaj chalega. after that every time please continue treatmentBut this is the doctor whose treatment worked for me. Removed fear and encouraged me. Sir and other doctors are understanding and caring. They explained desease and treatment. Cleared doubts about side effects of steroids and other medicine. Staff is helpful.He is a very busy doctor so he cant give you hours. Thats why there are other consultant doctors in clinic.A piece of advice. Book your appointment well before time.

I called for follow up of my parents, whole day their assistants could not give an follow up appointment and when I just tried to call for new appointment, they took it, it means, this guy has made this as a business rather than taking care of patients, stay away. I wish I could select Zero stars here .. WORST place to go.. I dont recommend anyone... !!!! At the diagnostic center, unnecessary Tests are just taken to LOOT PEOPLE...and extract money for tests that are not at all necessary.How do they take : Sonography test when a patient has a problem with the knee.. and unnecessary x-rays for other parts when the patient says there is no problem in those areas. If yourll have extra money, sure carry on and spend your money here. !!! Its a complete rip-off. !!! I dont recommend Dr. Arvind Chopra ... ZERO RATINGS !!! I dont know how doctors can live a peaceful life after cheating people..
