When we read the reviews we also thought we be charged unnecessarily. However when we visited the branch we found the lady was very sweet and charged nothing extra. Very jovial, professional and spoke very well.

Genesis Tout and Travel does not deserve even one star but google forces me to give a star in order to write a review. The women who is owner is theif. Receiving money from the western union is always free. But In this place, the owner is a big cheater and cheated me every time with cutting 200 rupees from my money as a service charge or whatever they call It which is illegal. Genesis Tour and Travel is not a faithful service and I am sure no one likes to be cheated even for a small amount. I never recommend this place

Location is not clear. They charged 4% extra for cash stating Govt taxes and didnt even give a receipt on asking for it. Western Union shout take note of this scam. This is not acceptable.
