The prices they mention online are not what they say when you reach there. Had a very bad experience. On reaching their hotel they had increases the price, had to go to another hotel with my parents who are senior citizens.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The suite was comfy and neat. It has all the amenities you would need. A good gym , pool, arcade. Food was great. We had a buffet system and there were variety of dishes available. Room service was prompt. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall a lovely stay.

Stayed here from 20th to 23rd Jun.Hot water was restricted to a couple of hours in the morning 6 to 11 am and similar hours in the evening. Air conditioning was set to a fixed 26 felt apparently, felt a bit warm in the middle of the night tho.Rooms were neat and clean while breakfast seemed a bit light on options and spread.Room service was prompt and food was goodConsidering the hit from the pandemic there is an expected fall is service standard.4 star overall though can do better!

When you are more concerned about saving money than your reputation, this is the kind of service you provide. Housekeeping services at lemon tree are below substandard.Hot water is only provided between 6-11am and 6-11pm, between that you have to ask for a bucket of water, and the staff and management needs extra instructions (called them 3 times) to understand that a mug is technically required with a bucket.Body lotions, body wash & shower gels come in bottles that are not refilled, even after informing them they will take an hour or so for refilling. No soap is provided. Yes, NO SOAP.No toothbrush, shower cap, disposable razor. You will see dirt collections and hair at the edges of the bed, room corner, bathroom.The food is average, better stuff can be prepared by amateur cooks at a dhaba. Highly doubt how sanitary the place is.Everything is chargeable, including spoons and plates.AC doesnt work.Theres really nothing about the place that says 5 star.

Bookings.com has a new way of cheating customers. Please beware. They provide day rooms from 9am to 6pm and they say it can be booked for an additional fee an when you book, you end up paying more than what you paid for the room. In my case I paid 2514 rs and booked the room. The ticket that came to me was from makemytrip and it clearly said it is for the entire night. Then when we arrived exhausted at the hotel, they charged us 3080 more for the room.That was the booking part.We ordered food in the room and the food was mediocre at best and over priced for what we ordered.When checking out, there was no one to take our luggage and we had to bring them down ourselfs.Their mission was written in the basement whereWe parked the vehicle. It said they goal is to become the best. I seriously doubt they are on the right path.During our journey we stayed at Lemon tree at Amritsar too and there too we felt unwelcome. Too sad to see the brand going south

Excellent stay with full of comfort. Courteous staff. Excellent precuationery measures were taken during this covid situation. Bathrooms were fresh and clean, Linen were nicely washed. The other branch of lemon tree in Pune, Viman Nagar is amazing.... U find little difficult in the parking... But the hotel is nice, and u feel very relaxed at this viman Nagar lemon tree hotel.

House keep service is very poor we have to remind them many if we want something...tea kettle was found very dirty and after giving replacement nothing was impoved...we ordered 3 No. Of masala papad and they charged 1100 and after arguments they given discount of 300 still I feel charges is very high...they list bothered to provide menu card after so many reminder...even whilecheck out again we deminded for Menu card but they didnt provide us...I strongly recommending do not book this hotel...my experience was horrible...

4 star Business hotel near Pune Railway station in Agarkar Nagar. Situated in the heart of the city it is a famous hotel for a quick stay nearby. People travelling far who have stop in Pune search for a good decent hotel with good price on pocket. So this is the one recommended and near to station and Bus stand. Dhole Patil Road also is near to this place, Wadia college is just 10 minutes away, Sadhu Vaswani Mission is also 200 - 300 meters from this place.GPO is near too from here.

Room 315. Had the best time and the people have been extremely kind. Ashish Singh who works in security was extremely kind and very joyful. Rin was in housekeeping was extremely nice as well.

Located just near Pune station, this property offers spacious rooms. And a stunning view of Pune station during night time, if one is allocated a room facing the station.Manned by courteous staff, though professionalism is an area of improvement. The breakfast spread during Covid times is huge. I am told that they have cut down on the items.The in room dining is encouraged during these times, but it is pretty expensive. So is laundry.

Rooms are average, everything like the ice cubes the cutlery is chargeable which is usually free in most of the five star hotels. The food menu is very limited and taste is ok even hot water is for limited time like only in the morning and I booked the room for 2 guest and we had only 1towel and i booked it for birthday but there was no decoration nothing which is bit disappointing so my stay was not worth the price.

Very poor service. Poor cleanliness. During lockdown only rooms are available and room service is very poor. There were some insects in the room at night, it was very horrible experience. It is such an expensive hotel compared to others but very poor service. Not worth. I immediately shifted to The Central Park Hotel next morning, that hotel is nearby and much better that this one.

This is by far one of the WORST hotel experiences, I have ever had.The a/c in the room was just blowing hot air and coupled with the fact that the windows are sealed and do not open and facing the direct sun the glass gets heated, it was very difficult to say in the least.I reported this issue 3 times to the hotel staff. Nothing much was done.The lights in the area near the lift waiting areas on the floor was not working so it was very dark in that area.The payment machine was not working and the hotel only had one, go figure.The food served was not upto a good quality of standard one would expect from a high rated hotel (4/5)To pay a 4 star or 5 star price and eventually get such poor service really reflects badly.I would suggest anyone to look for an alternative for the same high cost for the room.All in all a very bad experience.

Didnt liked it.. room was good.. but there were on room facilities available.. no room slippers.. dental kit.. we had to call for everything..Also the worst part was the lunch.. they couldnt attend any one properly.everyone had to wait for lunch for atleast 40 mins.. also they were not well coordinated at all.. we asked them was rice Onions sweets but the waiter didnt return only.. so it was a worst experience!! 👎Alsooooo they didnt switched on Ac in the citrus hall.. where we had our lunch... It was VERY SUFFOCATING! 😷

The worst hotel ever seen, hotel dont have a enough staff, after check in I found someones innerwear hang in the bathroom and they are placing banners about their cleaning and safety.You can control or change the cooling of AC in the room as that will work at fix temperature.Socking thing was that I got a rent bill for the cutlery and plates I asked in the room.No direct connection to the parking you have to go all the way out and back side of hotel to go into the basement for your vehicle.Hospital staff and manager is totally rude they dont even bother to listen your complain and forget about solving it.Front desk people dont even know how to give the access key of the room, and manager is putting blame on us rather than guiding to make it easy.I am a routine traveller for business purpose and used to stay accross india in different hotels.This was the worst experience I ever had and that from the known group Lemon tree.

I have a mixed feelings towards my stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Pune. I found it overpriced, less in amenities considering the price they charge. Though the hotel is nearby Pune Railway Station & MSRTC Bus depot, very easily accessible and parking also available, other good thing is their service is not bad, their housekeeping team and Citrus cafe staff being their best part. We booked executive room with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. There is no wide range of selections available. Its very limited but whatever provided are good. Here quality of food can compensate the less options available. Room was ok ok but very disappointed with toilet. Almost all fittings were in damaged state and not in proper working condition. We paid 4973 Rs. for one night stay which is expensive considering the services & amenities provided and also much good options are available with less price.

I booked 1 night stay for family from MMT paid 2 k and hotel ask extra 3 k, felt cheated by MMT, second lot of smell in basement and corridor,No one pays much attention to your complaints or guide you, lack of staff, not worthy of money I paid.

Stayed in the hotel over the weekend and was highly disappointed by the experience i had. There were lot of issues with the AC, fridge and hot water in the room. On complaining, the technician was send multiple times but the AC could not be repaired during the entire stay. The bathroom had hot water only during the morning hours and for rest of the day it was a little more than the normal temperature. The fridge had cooling issue. Even on being replaced it didnt work. I have requested for a room change but they didnt accept it. The room service was very good and quick but apart from not even an average experience from a good brand. Hope they get better in the future

We stayed here for one day. Checked in at 2.00. Food was quite good. Centralised AC was around 26 which was same as the outside temperature. Service was good.

Great central location, right opposite the railway station. Rooms are small, but comfortable, and the bathrooms and linen were clean. Only downside - minibar was not functional, and TV didnt work and only one towel provided in the room for two guests. We ordered drinks through room service, but the server didnt give us the opener because he said he had only one opener -seriously?

To start with, we stayed at the hotel for four nights. We choose to go with business room which included breakfast lunch or dinner. The room size is okay for a two adults. If someone is planning a stay with family then u will feel a bit congested. The rooms were neat and clean though natural ventilation is not available and because of COVID the AC temperature needs to be as per specifications. At times it felt a bit hot and claustrophobic. Staff was courteous and prompt in service. The best part of the hotel was its Breakfast. It was really yummy and beautifully presented. Dinner / Lunch was okay. On the last day we requested for a delayed checkout but was denied BE WELL PREPARED as the hotel was around 20 percent occupancy and still they denied late checkout. The hotel doesnt offers Lunch on the check out day nor on the check in day. (As many travel sites claim early check in and late check-out permitted). Overall it was a satisfactory stay. Special mention for the catering manager She was very courteous and always ready to help
