Do not deliver in time and had my study material shipped back to college. We are all at home, however as per status mentioned as door is closed. For sure someone or other is at home always. Very poor service and this is the reason why people prefer private service instead of government services. Please use enthusiastic and honest people.

Staff at dighi post office are lazy n of no use ..my consignment has been delivered by sbi on the 07th of sept and today is the 20th but the parcel is still not delivered...good for nothing ..just have filled government places to take free salary..of the taxes that we pay...

Many times important parcels delayed or not delivered. Sometimes because of prior intimation by the sender, received the packet by visiting the post office after waiting for weeks.Once went there for Aadhar registration, as it is supposedly a permanent aadhaar centre for registration, but informed by the staff there that they dont do registration. Either aadhaar site is lying or he lied, but not interested in wasting anymore time with this PO.

Speed post is always great but not helping and understanding staff.

Though speed post facility mentioned till 4pm, this post office accepts speed post only till 1pm.

Good experience! Employees are helping if you be nice to them. I wanted to update my number in aadhaar card and they did it in 5 minutes

Dighi post office post men’s are so irritating they put their mobile number switch off and all, very very irritating staff they are managing. How India can grow if they will be working like this, they are simply taking Everyone parcel and don’t think that they should deliver it or atleast give call and inform. Postmaster of Dighi should look into such matter. They should improve on these things.

I am getting updates about my parcel on SMS, the postman neither called me on my mobile , neither attempted to deliver the parcel. The parcel was returned back. This is very poor service.

The q for aadhar is unruly or rather non existent. Ppl even barge in without consideration for a small kid. But having said that the official stationed today helped us out and got the aadhar application done for our kid. Hope ppl understand the importance of queueing up.

Deserves only 1 star but giving 2 because of unavailability of Post office in Dighi. Long Queues and very slow service.The contact number available on the internet is out of service. Indian government should seriously make some efforts to make Post office services quick and hassle free. Please apply #Digital_India concept herein.

Good government postal service. Only it is located at army area. So you cant drive with four wheeler.

Dighi Camp post office in CSD camp military area. SBI ATM is available. Parking is available on the opposite direction in ground. Sufficient parking area.

They are corrupt as they give false phone nos. not reachable and too much delay even in speed post delivery, works like a typical government office not ready to take responsibility of their work.

Its inside the gate of military campus, hence hard to get exact locationon moving vehicle. you need to park the vehicle in open ground between mhaske vasti & broder road organization campus, its in Bombay Sappers/BEG compound but still you can enter in the high security area :)

Lazy staff! i went saturday 4:30 pm for pickup my delivery they said come monday morning but according to ruled time table mon to sat open 9am To 5pm! i hate goverment older lazy staffs! specially older women total careless abt they r there to do job not timepass and ignore ppls!

Small in area , beside the army unit TB 2 . I once visited while taking my passport . They have strict timing for collection of Posts between 9 am to 11 am . Because the post master after that leaves the Post office for Post Delivery.

Now dighi-camp post office is Shifted from army school to BEG campus
