The place is beautiful and its huge ..This place is basically a bar and there are not many options available for food. So if you visit this place make sure you dont go there only for lunch or dinner...They have a good collection of booz, cocktail, mocktails and hukkah(sheesha).Drinks are reasonably priced. But food is overpriced. However, the taste of the food was good.Service was average, sometimes slow, sometimes on time and sometimes no show😑 so a 2nd or 3rd reminder was required. They have very amazing planned ambience with lights and greenery. Ambience is nice. Service was pretty slow & the waiter was not sure about the name of the dish. The tables, apparently had table top glasses, once upon a time, but now there were none, making it very difficult to keep anything on it, because it had deep carving all over the top. Cleanliness wasnt good at all. If you want nice ambience and awesome view do visit this place. We came to celebrate our marriage anniversary and we were very happy with the experience. Food was tasty,we had ordered chicken manchow soup, BBQ wings and chicken noodles, all things were super tasty. Only thing they can improve is service, which is bit slow but overall very nice place to visit.

A grade restaurant and bar. Located at Spot 18, Jagtap Dairy, PCMC area. This is first class restaurant. Excellent ambience. It has good views as it is located at roof top. Staff is curtious and polite. Large variety of food. Good for both families and friends. Also good for corporate people.

This is the most pathetic place i have ever been to.(1) Cold food served.(2) Untreated hard water is served as normal water. Also that would mean same water is used to cook food. Very unsafe in monsoon.(3) Untrained, uncoordinated, irritating and disturbing staff.(4) Basic things like tissue paper or napkin, spoons, fork, knife etc werent on the table. Even when food was served we were waiting for the tableware to be served so we could start having our cold meal.(5) Super empty restaurant. See snaps clicked.The staff wasnt sure what services they were supposed to provide. Initially they made us sit at 6 people table and when food was served we were asked to move because someone has booked the table after we were on the table. Not sure how that happened?!!! The entire restaurant was empty. But somehow they booked our seats...The manager with whom we spoke to was pathetic and had no concern to this issue. He just asked to carry on where we were seated. But different staff personnel came by to ask us to move to a different table several times. No coordinaton within the staff at all. They not only disturbed us, but irritated us to a level that we just left the restaurant without having our complete meal...The food servered was cold... Not sure if it was freshly cooked. No response to the requests we made for hot food... The drinks came after starters were over!!!The hard water they served wasnt treated and they either served bottled water or hard water only. We came to know about untreated hard water from the waitress... They didnt care to inform us that water was untreated and only when we asked her many questions she said so...That means they cook food in this untreated water for everyone irrespective... In monsoon season its so unsafe...The place was empty until 9pm on a Friday eve rightly so...

Visited This place with Girls groups So there was no entry fee Or any extra charge for Dance floor.This place is a hit amongst youngsters with a good view of the city from the roof top with a breeze of a cold air also Its famous for youngsters.Staff & Service :The waiters are clueless about the dishes in the menu card , Most of the Options were not available from the card they were so confused When we asked for what is even available Finally Found some options and ordered . We reminded the captain about our order for Half hr and they took more than 1 hr to bring the food And how great are they like everything was bought at the same time starters + main course that too very cold , Now the waiters Did not served the food just kept it and were lost somewhere So we started to serve our food our self Then found Only 1 Fork on the table We asked the captain to bring it they were not even bothered to bring spoons so we went to other table and got it finally . Great ambiance, nice setup...all 3 level are great...lil congested.food is avg. When I visited staff was new and heard that mgm is changed since couple big months so there was chaos. Staff is polite but not so experienced. The most I enjoyed is the Discotheque...it was free when I visited. Dance floor is neat and clear and having amole space with great disco lighting and DJ.

There is no obvious way to get up to the floor 18 degrees is on apart from using the lifts which are so busy it took us about 20 minutes. Finally you arrive and see a selection of layouts and styles in terms of decor. Some is internal and other are outside or covered outside so keeps it interesting. It has a dance floor area which is very popular so sometimes it will be restricted until others leave. We had a section on the top floor which was nice. Food and drink service was quick from a good size menu and the food was also tasty. Plenty to choose from. One negative is they have smoking areas which are always unpleasant to those who do not. Getting down to the ground on exit was again tedious due to wait for lift. Overall a good experience.

Wouldnt have even given one star. The worst place to be in Pune probably. What makes this worst is the management and the staff. Horrible. Such an irresponsible staff. They do not care about you having your order at time. They are busy giggling and gossiping meanwhile you sit and wait for them to finish. Also they charged Rs. 94 as service charge but trust me there was nothing called service. We kept waiting on them to serve but they were busy pushing and fighting amongst each other as to who should go serve because none of them wanted to. They didnt know how to serve too and spilled the food all over the table. You can see a glimpse in the pictures. We ordered beers for 171 and we got the ones of 257. We had clearly mentioned that we wanted the former but we were served the latter and charged forcefully. The management is unapologetic and we didnt even have an apology. The only thing great about this place is its interiors trust me its beautiful just like a tree house. I would surely ask you to visit this place but I just once. I wouldnt want to visit this place any further.Also also it has the worst DJ of whole in Pune. I have not seen a DJ with such a bad taste in music.

The restaurant & ambiance(8th floor) is awesome. Parking available for cars & two wheeler @Rs.40. Food quality is not best but okay. Rates are littlebit high for drinks(Alcohol/Non alcohol) & food but there is 50% cashback offers on bill when you book table via Dineout app(Offer may be seasonable).. There is dance floor but entry is free only for couples otherwise they will charge you Rs.1000 & above. Weekend music band & dance parties/events are also there every week/month.

Went for a family dinner to the place. It is nicely decorated and has a lovely ambiance. We ordered three starters Amritsari fish, Galouti kabab and chicken malai tikka which were really awesome. Drinks are good here. For the main course we ordered Bhuna Gosht which was a dissapointment as the thick gravy was full of tomato and had no taste. The mutton also was very hard . Price is a bit high and would have been justifiable if it would have matched the taste .

Wish I could give negative stars for this. Horrible Service. Unprofessional staff. And to top it all, Tasteless food. Even the tomato soup didnt have bread crumbs. Had to wait for 20 mins for water. DJ Ravi was also bad, the choice of songs is so bad. The only saving face is that they have a decent view.

I had 4 instances in one service when the plates were not clean and there was more than just dust on it..The water dispenser from where they serve is dirty.The need to do enhance the overall quality.
