I loved this place ... You can spend at least 2-3 hrs with your entire family. ... They have fun games for kids as well as adults... Moreover, games are rewarding.. Just collect tickets and then redeem those against your favourite gift items... If you are going to spend more money, go on Tuesday where they have half price for all games...

Most of the machines have no instructions. Malfunctions are common. Waste of money.

Disappointed, Timezone dont allow to recharge for less Rs 1500 on weekends. So you are forced to recharge on their terms to avoid disappointing your child.Is this fair business practice? Rs 1500 is not a small amount for many parents. Better avoid visiting on weekends.

Timezone should add some more interesting Games. And should keep good quality gifts.

Good place to play indoor games for kids and family...

Open today one of my favourite gaming zone. The games usually were fairly priced when I visited last couple of years ago. However was surprised to see that rates were pretty on upper side for most of the games. Also practically no discounts were available even on inaugural day.

I just came here and the minimum that you can recharge is here for 1000 rupees. While they have a 500 recharge option but u cant avail as it is a weekend. Really you are forced to buy a 1000 voucher. Really disappointing.

This the worst place I visited. The Manager was very arrogant.The story starts with me along with my family went to time zone yesterday on 13th July 2019 we all were excited to play the games. After playing few games my son ( he is big fan of football ) saw the game of picking the football with 3 jaws correctly to win it. We went and picked one football correctly till the arm goes to top (rest all step are automatic), but the jaws were faulty and the jaws opened due to weight of football. We brought this to the notice of the attendant of the machine. He initially went on denial so we said we will show you so we played one more time. This time too same thing happened. He agreed that there was fault in the jaws and he went to manager to brief this. On knowing this manager asked him not to contact us. We. Called him and asked he said talk to manager, we went to manager he came to the playing station and started denying things he also said we do not know anything no one can win it people try many times and still do not win. He accused us of telling false story. When we asked to check with his staff he said we are making story and you can go and complain to whomever. He was very arrogant and showed us the email address to complain. He was least bothered. Probably this show the owners are to involved in thus type of cheating. Probably thats how they make money as many people think they didnt won the game where as the machines are tweaked to make them loose the game.I am going to write to Timezone. Lets see what do they say. Will surely post my experience here.

Poor staff support, many machines out of order/have issues between game play. Smart staff required to keep up the good work

Its an amazing place for enjoyment...... Everyone should go to timezone at seasons Mall, Pune. I won a gift in balloon buster and they give me that gift without any chargesAnd this is the why I like timezone very much.

Is seasons open for all ages currently? Because I have friends that are below the age of 18 and the want to visit this mall . Their parents or guardians will not attend with us. Can you please tell me because they dont have vaccinations taken.
