Nice mall in pcmc area with too many options for shopping. They follow all covid protocols and make shopping feel safe.

The mall itself is quite nice, spacious and has lots of good brands available. But my one grouse is the loud music piped into all the stores... its too loud. At a mall there should be ambient music that is not intrusive..Otherwise the mall is clean and well organised.

Situated at heart of the city, place is very nice.. Arrangements for parking is sufficient.. variety of stores are there in mall..staffs are professional and supportive..Very often one can find offers from mall while shopping above a certain limits..The only thing is collecting Charges for parking is not acceptable.. it should be looked into by the concerned authority.. however this system prevails everywhere around the city and in all the malls and shopping places..

This place is very big i visit it quite a few times now and for me too suggest this mall over pavilion and sgs is because of-1. Its variety it has alot of shop i am sure you wont leave empty handed2.it is very much close to me3. All covid guidlines are followed4. Most important only people who have had both doses of vaccine are allowedThey dont allow anyone who hasnt had their both vaccin shots and it makes semse for the customers as it protect and ensures their security it. The parking facillity is very good my car was unharmed and i had easy way in and way out. I would sugeest you to visit their food court it has so many small cafes where you day would just pass just the experience of visitinf it is important

[COVID Time Review]The review and rating is for the current measures which WestEnd Mall is taking care after COVID-19 lockdown and once unlock started. It resumed its operations to support the dying business, which is great.Few great things to appreciate about:1. The proper sanitization is taken care across the mall. You can find sanitizers everywhere at the entrance of the outlets, near the escalators, entrance, exit, etc. Even the blowers in the washroom have been removed for the health safeguards.2. Most outlets are open and serving well. Found some billing issue with few though like H&M, may will get resolved soon.3. Food courts are still closed. Better be.4. IMAX theaters are also closed as per government rule.5. Not allowing people without -> mask, safe status at Aarogya Setu app and normal Body temperature👍🏼Apart from Covid time, this mall is still fine, as it is in a Prime location and has most loved brands all-available at one place. There some construction is also going on, so it may become much better and grand in the future.

This is one of my favourite mall in Pune, really positive atmosphere here and I got many great deals here on Apple products, SunglassHut, Shoes, Adidas and much more. Must visit mall. Everything is well maintained and I am happy on every visit here. Must visit if you want to satisfy your shopping appetite.

Mall is huge and well maintained in this Covid-19 Situation, screening are done on entering. Visited the mall for a meeting and it was a good experience. Caught these dino displays which is a nice attraction for kids. Parking is ample and its not too crowded.

Such a great mall to spend time. Game zone is there. All food brands involving mcd Belgium waffle all are there. The massajer in game zone is freaking amazing & so relaxing. For clothing shopping cosmetics shoes every brand is there.

Visited on Christmas eve. Though the Mall was Pretty crowded we were able to enjoy. Food court was as usual providing the best service inspite of the large crowd. You might find difficulties on the festival occasions in terms of getting a place to sit and eat!

Recently been to the mall after the revised unlock guidelines (Aug21). They are following strict rule of allowing only to those who have take two doses of COVID19 vaccines. If only one dose is taken, better stay at home and wait for your turn for second dose. Later, go shopping!

It is a big mall with many brands shop to fulfill requirements according to your taste and choices located in centre of Aundh near parihar chowk. Staffs are good and they have made sure to follow covid guidelines as entry allowed only to persons who are double vaccinated.

At the entrance you have to show your vaccination certificate. Thay are allowing people who are fully vaccinated. Mask is compulsory. All the employees wear mask and they have hand sanitizer near all escalators. Lots of shops are open and functioning such as Max, Pantaloons, Fbb, Biba, Mark and Spencers, Shoppers stop , Hamleys and lot more. Trial rooms are also open now in clothes store. Food court is also open. After 1. 5 year had a real life shopping experience and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Decent mall located in aundh..has almost all brands..food court could have been better..there should be some more restaurants. Though fly high is there...cine polis multiplex. One can spend a day with some shopping, movie followed by fine dine...oops may be dine out as they have limited fine dine option..overall good mall has activities on weekends..good décor. Popular mall located in prime location in camp. Everyday hangout place and always crowded.

Overall experience is good.Mall is near to hinjewadi and most of the big brands are available in mall.For kids, Hamleys store is also there.In food court you may easily find most of the popular outlets.Ambience is good.Mall is spacious too.

The mall has all the safety measures well installed. Right from the parking area, through the elevator to the things you want to shop. The parking will cost you ₹20 (non-refundable). The ambience was quite well maintained. The only active places at the food court were KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut (else all of them are closed). Dine-in is available as well. Rest all of the things you want shop for are all open at Westend !

In-house cinema theater, food court, 3 levels of shopping levels with hundreds of shops of almost every thing you need. Children gaming zone is also attractions here. Paid parking is kind of issue. More serious traffic jam issues on weekends may feel worth while. Must visit place.
