Given Vivo Mobile for repair in the month of July 2020 As back camera is not in alignment not taking pictures where as selfie cam is working perfectly. The technician couldnt find the solution first asked me to change the Mother board when I insisted its a minor defects in IC/Chip then he said may b software issue.They assured me that they will contact in a week but no call from the service center in between full lockdown in the state.After unlock 4 when I approached the service center I can see my mobile was not repair its in ideal conditions and no one is responsible person available to give proper answer one marketing person was there he assured that my issues will be settled in 2-3 days time and still awaiting for ther call.since two months passed my mobile was not repair by vivo service center in Port Blair.

Why you guys are spoiling vivo name.vivo is one of the best mobile in country but you guys are not taking care of customer...
