Poor Service and small portionsI was told that this was an excellent restaurant so off we went to find it - off the main road, we actually took a round a bout which took longer than the return.The restaurant itself is 3 floors up, so not sure if the exercise is meant to increase the appetite.We went around 9pm and that place was rather empty, only two tables in use. Our waiter was inexperienced and had to go ask the chef questions about the dishes - as it was not busy, I would have thought the chef would come out and respond, but even management was lethargic.My food portion was rather small, so much that my host wanted to order another meal for me. The food was acceptable, nothing to fuss about.The ambience was nice - a bit on the dark side, but a good feel to it.
