The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting andaman and Nicobar island (port blair) .Overall, I had a great experience. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect even the food facilities was lovely, and the way they serve us food was honestly a sweet gesture.Highly recommended.

He shouted on us like we r not his customers as he was not able fulfilled his commitment, he called police saying if we will raise our voice he threatened my family that we cant catch our flight. second stale food, bad service, untidy rooms

My family and I visited andaman in the month of march 2021 and stayed for 3 days in portblair, in hotel seagull.Our stay there was very pleasant. The room service is quick and the staffs are well mannered. The rooms are not that big but are very clean and have enough space to accomodate the luggage .The beds are small, good for two people only. They have rooftop dinning arrangement with the beautiful view of portblair city and some part of the sea. The food served was delicious and the best part is you can customize your food according to your taste,the cook is very cooperative in that matter. The location is not very far from the destinations planned in the trip. I would definitely suggest everyone to stay there while visiting Andaman.

This Property is located at the Anarkali circle in Andaman Town, right in the middle of the city ( 10 -15 mins drive from the airport), although a budget hotel but the service was second to none . Rooftop has an open - air dining area with an excellent view of the jetty and the waterfront, buffet food served generously , also with some music to go along with it , seating arrangements are also adequate. The management was warm and friendly, room service is also available on call. One can also visit the junction and explore places like the nearby markets ,shops , & temples in the evening. Packed breakfast facility is available if you have an early morning flight or ferry to nearby locations like Havelock/Neil.

The hotel is located on sort of a hill top giving a far sea view which is generally described as Sea view HotelThe rooms are very compact with dirty linen. The bathrooms are also very tiny. Wash basin area is so small that their is no place even to stand, shoulders barely fit in the area.THERE WERE ANTS IN THE ROOM. upon calling the staff they were so casual that instead of taking some action they started justifying the presence of ants. Later a very big cockroach was also found roaming in the room. (all photos are attached for reference). THE STAFF WAS NOT AT ALL APOLOGETIC, NOT AT ALL BOTHERED TO MAKE THE GUEST COMFORTABLE, NO SERVICE RECOVERY. WHAT A SHAME!Its a hotel having staff who are least bothered for customer satisfaction, their wellness in the room.I DONT WANT TO TAKE NAMES BUT ALL OF THEM ARE IN COMPETITION OF BEING WORSE THAN EACH OTHER.

Hotel location is near delanipur petrol pump. Airtel signal is very poor here. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was very helpful and cooperative.

The rooms are too small, especially if you are coming from Havelock or Neil, do not go for this hotel. It is located in a residential area which is not that great. The staff is average, not bad but just about average. The food is not great, breakfast menu is very limited and the view from top floor is not that great. Also, it is far from main city and market, so you have to either walk all the way or wait for an transport. Overall, it was a bad decision for me to stay here.

Rooms are neat but small. Bath room had leaking water from geyser. Lift did not work, difficult with baggage and for elders. Stair case was also small. Hotel in mid of the town and only view from rooms is next building under construction.Terrace restaurant was ok. Nice view of the sea and the small port. Food was tasty (they make on order and hence you need to wait). Can try the nearby restaurant dhal roti for ok tasty food also.

Extremely poorly maintained hotel. The rooms are infested with rodents. The one and only worst experience and a very unpleasant stay in Andaman. We were forced to sit in the lobby through the night as there were rats roaming on the bed at midnight and no alternate room was available. Do not make a mistake of choosing this hotel for your stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. On 14th July and On 17th July.The hallway and the staircase was stinking with a dirty smell.The rooms are too small with a broken flooring.The WiFi receptivity is very poor in all the rooms even though they had a router for each floor.But the quantity of items in breakfast was very less and not so good in quality also. The bread was so dry., the Jam and butter was watery.The locality of the hotel and the pathway to the hotel is also not so good.. Not a pleasant place to spend a holiday.

Hotel is located at the beautiful location from where we can see the harbour of the Port Blair......in the morning the scenic view from the restaurant of the hotel seagull is what I am missing the most......the rooms are bit tiny and not spacious....but the service of the hotel is very good and the food available there is very tasty and delicious......one must consider it for their overnight stay at Port Blair .

Newly opened good interior hotel but located in residential area with added feature of Hancock awakening you and make you feel attached to the ground with cow shot smell.

Good views and infrastructure but what really stands out is the service and staff.Excellent accomodations and food.

One of the worst place to stay.. We informed our travel operator we would not want this hotel.. And he insisted that we stay here its very good, though the pictures said otherwise. The food here is very bad.. Rooms are small and either the A/C or the lights in the bathroom dont work. To top it you have cocroaches running all over the place. Dinning table you can pretty much see what the last person eat here before you. If you call the help desk this lady is a thud she will just say we will get back to you and vanish.. The place has a bar at the end of the street so in the evening you cannot come walking to the hotel with your family as people sit out and drink. If you are a Vodafone user no way you will get any reception here. Only Airtel and BSNL works for calls only data is very slow. Please dont choose this hotel I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. I was at this location on 17th March 2019.
