Very disappointing. Not worth the price. Terrible communication from the leasing office. I called over a week ago and my call was NEVER returned. The only time they want to talk is when its about money or the legal parameters of my service dog. When I did speak to the property manager Jamie, I practically had to yell because she kept cutting me off and talking over me. She also took it upon herself to call my roommate’s manager at another Graystar property and say she was going against standing operating procedures and she should be watched carefully because she might become a problem. Very disappointed. The pools have been undergoing maintenance since moving in a month ago, and the hot tub is as cold as the pool. Bugs in the apartments, no ac in one of the bedrooms. Vents were black and walls were dirty. Not “luxury” at all.
Pretty awesome apartments. Pretty quiet. Pretty clean. Security walks around to keep the property safe. Maintenance staff is top notch and super respectful.
The rep chelsey at San Valiente was phenomenal! My husband and I didn’t make an appointment which was our mistake as we did show up when it was busy. Chelsey was very attentive to our needs as well as the other people around and was able to accommodate us and squeeze us in to see a unit. She’s made us feel right at home even though the apartment is for our son.
Went to go check out these apartments and I had such great service from Chelsea. She was super friendly and even showed me around the place. Ask for her when checking this place out and you won’t be disappointed in the awesome customer service she has for you.
I was very pleased with the interaction I had with Chelsea when inquiring about an apartment at this location. She was very informative and was able to answer any of the questions I had. I loved her friendly and inviting attitude. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that’s interested in living here.
I’m don’t normally do reviews. My wife and I are looking for an apartment for our son. However the woman I spoke with named chelsey, I was pleasantly surprised. She was patient with me with all of my questions, and was very kind and helpful. You don’t get many people with great customer service anymore. So when she asked for a review I was more then willing. Both my wife and I were very pleased.
Greystar is looking for trouble. If they want some! They can come get some. I can given em plenty. Dont be fooled by Jaime, The manager who is anything but. Andrea who screws up all work orders, Diana who is as fake as a 3 dollar bill and now Marissa who is turning into a greystar pro herself! Like I said, COME AND GET SOME GREYSTAR.
Joseph was the most amazing maintenance tech! Had a issue and he was here in 5 minutes! Such amazing service! Called within 60 seconds of my request.
Chelsea was very polite and knowledgeable. when she was unsure of something she got back right away with the correct answers.
San Valiente has a great staff that support and provides constant support to their tenants. My bathroom flush broke down early morning on a weekend and a lot of water was getting wasted. I reached out to the leasing office and within a matter of minutes John came to our rescue. Not only did he replace the faulty part, but also upgraded the supporting parts so that the flush can work for a long time. Couldnt be more happier.
Joe Jared and Jamie were excellent! They came by and totally fixed the problem with my water and dryer in like 20 minutes. Perfect service!

San Valiente has come a long way since I first moved here in 20219. Maintenance use to be super slow but now I can truly say it’s getting better. However, My rating of 5/5 is for the workers onsite. Most of them have gone above and beyond to really make San valiente feels like family and when they’re called to work these people have always made my experiences here a 10/10 by doing more then they were assigned to do. They even help find my dog when he went missing. So thank Jared, Joseph, and Robert I definitely appreciate your services. I hope that San Valiente continue to have workers like you guys because you guys are definitely an asset to why San Valiente is amazing now.
My a/c unit was leaking water and maintenance, Joseph did a fast and professional job.
John the maintenance supervisor came out quickly in 118 degree weather to repair my garage door. It wasn’t exactly an emergency, however, he came immediately and went into the scorching garage and quickly repaired it.
We really want to appreciate Diana Huerta for her pleasing personality, easy to approach and excellent management when we brought her an issue. She has paid lot of attention to the issue, provided options and had the flexibility to give time to our needs at various stages of the day. Members such as these are truly the difference in deciding to continue in this apartment. Truly enjoyed the recent interactions with her and would like to talk to her in future disillusions !
Amazing staff, always there if you need assistance. Very friendly as well. The neighbors are kind, respectful and full of diversity. The pool is nice as well. Also shout out to Valeeta for helping us all the way through with the move in process
Joe and Jared were awesome maintenance guys. Our AC died at 830 pm they brought us a portable by 845. They were at the apartment firts thing in the morning! You guys were great! Thank you!
Weve been here for over 2 years. Great place and the new management had been the best since weve been here. The maintenance supervisor John has excellent customer service he goes above and beyond to help. He even saw me at my car today and noticed my air was low in my tire. He went to get his air compressor and filled it, Thanks John and keep up the good work!
Beautiful apartments, nice pool, gym, and landscapes. They even have a service that takes your garbage out to the dumpster for you. One thing I noticed is maintenance does take a while to come and fix something that is broken, but it is a big complex and hasn’t been that big of a deal. I would recommend San Valiente to a friend.
Ive lived at San Valiente for almost 5 months now and have loved it! They are constantly putting effort towards making the community cleaner, nicer, and more family friendly. The managers of the complex are always updating and communicating with residents about what’s happening in the area.
I moved in Feb 2021, so far this place has been amazing. The office staff and maintenance staff are on point. The experience so far so good. If your debating to move here just do it, its so quiet at night i feel safe with our security team on site. You can rely on the staff to get things done on timely manner. Big bonus they bring in food trucks from time to time. Love it! Lol. Thank you!
Horrible this maintenance here at GREYSTAR MANAGEMENT San valiente apartments. Very rude people and taking longer to fix very small job. Property too many problems too many people around who do not live here and the management does nothing! I see homeless people wondering around our property and no resolve from this property management. I dont like.
Best apartments complex I’ve lived :) been here only for 6 months and so far no complaints . Only thing I dislike is when the landscapers do maintenance and everything goes into our balcony, only if you live in the first floor. Other than that loved it :)- Rating: 5.0 stars
San Valiente is home to some of the coolest people Ive met. Ive made some great friends and get to experience many different cultures. The grounds that anyone can see are kept polished and pretty. Theres a gym with multiple different areas to utilize so I dont get bored. Tons of sidewalk paths if I ever decide I want to take a stroll and a couple playgrounds where my kiddo can play. Parking isnt the best, but it could be much much worse and Ive been there as well. Pools are kept mostly clean, unless you come in behind a party. No ones fault but the party people that disrespect their home. On the not so bright side, the back of the complex doesnt get nearly as much love as the front and my car has been broken into twice without so much as a hi how are ya even though Ive talked to several people. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Just want to give a BIG shout out to the maintenance team. Since moving in back in January they have been very accommodating.Got help with replacing my washer from John today, he came in on a day that they usually dont work (due to my working hours) and helped me get it replaced. He is incredibly friendly and the washer is working GREAT!!! :) Thank you John and all the San Valiente Team.
Excelent place to live. Big complex with lots of amenities. The apartments are spacious. Security is always patrolling the complex. Whenever you need something the employees are nice and ready to tend your needs.- Rating: 5.0 stars

Diana has been so great at helping us with rent flexibility during this stressful time. She has amazing customer service and is extremely kind, caring and personable. She truly wants to help and doesn’t have any judgement towards our struggles but rather wants to help work with us to pay our bills and keep a roof over our head. I highly recommend you ask for her if you need anything.
Awesome experience! The front office were very helpful, and guided us through the whole process. Veleeta was a wonderful person and never got frustrated with all my questions being a first time renter. She is super responsive and has had direct, easy-to-follow instruction on anything that I may have needed throughout. Super happy with my experience so far and I cant wait to get moved in!
I just extended my stay here for 12 more months. This will be my 3rd year. That should be proof of how much I love living here! The entire staff from management to maintenance go above and beyond. They are part of a family and make you feel like you are in that family. The apartments are homes and the property is beautiful. I love walking my dogs this time of year with the winter grass growing flowers in bloom and the breeze blowing through the tall trees. Pure peace.
Entry and Exit from San - Disappointing experience from 4 years of LivingI moved to San on June 2017, during that time House was not clean, windows broken and I have personally cleaned the Patio (it was Mark Taylor management during that time). Management changed and made lot of changes like valet trash, call back maintenance experience by the current Management which is good.However, when I moved last month with complete cleaning by me and our family members, they said they need Professional cleaning receipt (Which was not part of the agreement) and the house was much cleaner when compared with moved in 2017. Finally they charged on the cleaning services stating that is the minimum they are charging for every one.There is of no use when they provide checklist when you are moving to the apartment, you can put it in trash as they will charge irrespective of how they provide the apartment to you. Apart from that we enjoyed living for 4 years.My bad Entry and Exit (after putting the effort of cleaning we got charged + I have done the cleaning after moving in) made me to write this review, so New tenant and existing tenant who are going to move, please be careful and discuss everything before you move (not sure if that helps though) especially on the cleaning and other charges

I really have commend Diana here at San Valiente for her action to any concern I have. Whenever I express concern she is always on top of it! It’s always taking care of. Her personally makes it easy talk to and knowing she listens to me. San Valiente has really brought ease to me durning this pandemic by just checking in to see how I’m doing and just to say hi. The office staff has greatly improved in the year that we have been here. We were affected greatly by the pandemic and they have been understanding and awesome with assisting us. Even with the office being closed to the public we are able to still contact them and get prompt responses to our issues. I gave it 4 stars because I still believe it is overpriced but we enjoy staying here so we extended our lease.
This place look nice but dont let that fool you. I am a current renter and it takes forever to get things fixed when needed. They must be short staffed and dont appear to have the best organization. My shower broke in my bedroom and took them 2 weeks to come fix, after I called and asked to have my rent reduced for the inconvience. We now have had a bug infestation in the unit and had them come spray but it didnt work and actually got worse. My toliet is now leaking and leaving puddles of water on my floor, possibly going to leave water damage if not fix in a timely manner. This place need to really clean the apartemtns before having new people move in. We even had to have the vents for the dryer cleaned out when first moved in, but we were getting a freshly remobled apartment. Proceed with cation.
Maintenance team came out when I thought I saw basically a tarantula and freaked out becuase I had never seen a bug in here before. A bunch of them showed up within 20minutes of me calling the office. They made sure they found out all for it to be a water bug that they killed and disposed of for me. Super embarrassed for making a fuss but really grateful that they came super quick and handled it regardless.
I had the best experience here! They had a great deal when I moved into San Valiente that I couldn’t resist. They keep everything clean, gates that work, they have security guards who actually say hi to you, the pool areas are kept clean. I had very few maintenance requests but when I did, they ALWAYS responded immediately. I also had an emergency request at 10pm at night and JOHN from maintenance came and assisted within 20 mins, he is AMAZING. He will walk around the complex and make it feel like home by talking to you and neighbors. During the pandemic, I was affected and they helped me and understood my situation. This management team is customer service focused. This is the only apartment complex I lived in with 0 complaints. I would recommend San Valiente to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.
I had the pleasure of beings assisted by Robert Bernadette. I had a flat tire and he was very happy and eager to go get an air compressor and air it up for me. Robert was friendly, very personable and kind as well. Really saved the day for me as I did not have to risk driving up the the station in the condition. Thank you so much again Robert! 3 times in past couple weeks different vehicles have parked in the spot I pay for. They do not enforce assigned parking like they said they would. Charge ridiculous late fees before late fee is even due. Do not even attempt to contact you before charging you extra fees.To follow up: they have changed accounts over numerous times. As someone who travels a bit they expect you to make your travel arrangements to go pay rent in person unlike every other company who does everything online. Most INCONVENIENT community I have ever lived at. Definitely cant wait to move out.Again, this month they have sent me a bill stating one amount due and are now overcharging me on my bill when it actually comes time to pay. I wish I kept screenshots of all the other times. But, previous months I paid for late fees (when I wasnt late), I paid twice for my utilities, I have paid for double the insurance, and now I will be watching every bill like a hawk.
I am very pleased with the direction that San Valiente Apartments is heading. Ive been living here for almost 3 years now and I have seen this place go from worst to first once the current management (Greystar) took it over. The current staff has made much needed improvements in fixing the security gates that were always broke by installing all new gates, the premise lighting situation has been fixed. It would be so dark and felt unsafe, but the installation of bright lighting on the sides of the buildings makes it easier to see everything at night. Im 100% satisfied with how things have changed for the better and would refer these apartments to anyone that I know or come in contact with thats looking for a new residence. Keep up the great work San Valiente!!!
My 5 star review is not for San Valiente. Its for Perry. Our #1 security guard. If he wasnt on site in multiple situations, some of us tenants would be, or could be harmed. I moved in a year ago. Have had two stockers so far. One was beyond terrifying. San Valiente did nothing. Perry approached the stocker and single handedly stopped this guy. Not going into detail here. Im a single mom. Last thing I needed was craziness. This is my home. After so many incidents, I stopped going outside my apartment aside from going to my car to drive to work. I appreciate everything Perry with Blue Steel Security helped with. I have a safer home because he cared enough to stop a man from harming me. Thank God for his help.

Hello good morning everyone if anybody’s missing a puppy which is like a brindle color brown and black very beautiful girli have found her while I was walking my puppy. She is currently at my place . Gave her water and toys .. u can reach me in her or call from office.
We are current residents at San Valiente. Where do we even start. In a recent email from the facility our pool hours have been changed. “ As of 5/1/2021 pools will only be open during business hours to ensure that community policies are enforced. We will reevaluate in the near future and apologize for any inconvenience.”Why this bothers us...there are constantly homeless people walking around our gated area, they don’t see this as an issue but pool hours are. Not to mention we had a full crime scene investigation crew here, and from what we have heard was a resident died of a drug overdose. There are lots of dangerous drugs on property. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
The maintenance department has taken care of all my needs. Which havent been much, thank you Joseph for your prompt help.......I take my hat off to Andrea who helped me with my new lease and put me into a comfortable apartment. Her professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your help.

My son accidentally threw his new small basketball on our car port & I was able to catch John on our way out to the store & ask if he could possibly get it down for us. I want to give thanks to the San Valiente team. Not just the office management but, the maintenance staff. They work hard and are doing things as quickly as they can and are very friendly as well. A shout out to John, Joesph and Antonio! For just being awesome. John & Jamie worked diligently to fix our air conditioning issue. Wash machine was leaking water (on a Sunday morning) called the office & Antonio was at the door within 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the washing machine, he also helped clean up the mess!
This is a great community! I feel safe and very comfortable living here.

I have been living here at San Valiente for almost two years. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, which are few and very far between, they have a great app that I open on my iPhone and fill out a maintenance request and submit it. Within a 48 hours I get a knock at my door. Today Joseph came by to fix an issue with my A/C unit. He was very professional, fixed the issue and explained what is was, all this while my small dog bark insistently. My dog doesn’t like people he doesn’t know in his home. 🤷🏻♀️ Bonus... Joseph left a bag of microwave popcorn! How did he know I was craving popcorn? Now that’s excellent customer service. 👍 I love living here, great office staff and a truly awesome maintenance staff! If you’re looking, you should consider here. Your home is what you make it, and here you can make it paradise!

Veleeta is an awesome person. She was instrumental in getting me an apartment after I had to leave another complex because of a fire that displaced several residents including myself. I could not get another unit immediately so I had to stay in a Hotel for 1 month. I did get some help from my insurance since it was not my fault but it was still hard. I was unsure of the security situation but she assured me that plans were in place to improve it. Everything happened as she said- amazing. Our maintenance experience weve had so far was beyond wonderful thanks to Antonio. He had to fix the sink, dishwasher and our washer. On top of that he cleaned the nasty dishwasher for me using bleach so I wouldnt have to do it myself, Which was so sweet and I appreciated that so much! Service was absolutely amazing! His Very friendly & gets the job done fast and right . Thank you Antonio for your incredible service .

Joseph & Robert are such a huge help when it comes to maintenance. I had problems with my washer for quiet awhile but they ordered me a new one & installed it so quick & easy under 10 mins without a mess! Plus they are very friendly & respectful. I also like that they don’t have a problem with putting on shoe covers either so thank you Joseph & Robert!

I just recently renewed my lease at San Valiente for a second year and I have to honestly say it is because of Veleeta. Others have mentioned her in reviews because of good reason. Veleeta is not only, courteous and professional, she knows how to make things happen for the residents. I had a maintenance issue that had not been addressed in several months but once I reached out to Veleeta, the issue was fixed immediately. She is an amazing property manager and knows and does her job very well!! Thank you, Veleeta!!!

The Staff are super friendly, the washer and dryer needed replacing and the maintenance supervisor John was respectful, friendly and efficient! If any other maintenance is needed I will certainly call him again!
I came for an apartment tour and was assisted by the wonderful Veleeta and she had a fun personality and was very personable and made me feel comfortable during the pandemic. Safely measures were in place and it was very clean. Veleeta provided me with all the pricing details and all the great amenities that you offer. I would highly recommend speaking with her when you visit! She deserves some recognition!
Antonio one of the maintenance guys was super helpful when our AC went out! He made sure we were 100% “in the loop” and reassured us that everything was going to be okay and we’ll get it fixed ASAP! He brought in a portable AC unit for us because the third party AC company took FOREVER to come and Antonio even let us borrow a few fans from his own home!! What a great guy!!

My family and I have lived at San Valiente for 5 years and we have seen many management companies come and go with no changes. Now that Greystar is managing the apartments we are starting to see good changes. The staff has changed so many times but Robert has been here the longest and he’s great, such a nice guy who offers to carry my trash every time he’s seen me walking to the trash bin. Big thanks for helping our place look so clean, we have two beautiful pools and play grounds for our kids to play. We love this place!
The only issue I have ever had has been with maintenance. Over the year of living here it has improved a lot, especially with having Joseph, Adan and now Jose. If it wasnt for those 3 maintenance would still be horrible. Dont let them go. They are a huge asset to the community.

I have been living at San Valiente apartments for a year now, and every time we need maintenance to come, Joseph is there to save the day! He makes sure everything is handled professionally. He will talk us through situations in why it occurred and keep a nice conversation going. He is very thoughtful and puts his residents before himself. Like on one occasion, I was walking my two dogs and another dog off its leash without its owner came and would not leave me or my dogs alone. Joseph asked if I needed help, and ran all the way from the pool deck to help me. He then took my dogs and walked them all the way back to my apartment so I could find the owner to the other dog. I feel blessed to have the help from Joseph on this property. He is a wonderful human being! Thank you Joseph for putting us before yourself! We really appreciate you!
Jasmine, Lead Service Technician did an amazing job fixing all my lights in just such period of time. No Ashe also cleaned all around areas and there was no mess. So far I enjoy living in this apartments.
