Moved to Cortland Biltmore 3 months ago. I absolutely love living here. Centrally located in the valley, near great restaurants and plenty of shopping/social activities. The community here is astounding. Everyone that I have met from the on-premises dog park to the on-premises bar has been wonderful. I have never lived at a place that has such a great sense of community. On top of that, this is the most attentive and well managed staff that I have seen at an apartment complex. Very professional, courteous and great to work with. I have recommended this place to several of my friends, and I do the same for anyone reading the reviews. Excellent place to call home.

I recently toured this community and was completely blown away. To say this community is stunning is an under statement, its absolute perfection! The staff, especially Emily, were more than welcoming and made me feel at home. I cannot wait to call Cortland Biltmore, Home.

Management is the absolute best! And the concierge and bar in our lobby truly makes it feel like we live at a resort. We also love our neighbors and being able to meet new people at all the events the team puts on for us.

As a former bartender of the residency I can say without a doubt that it is one of the most amazing places to live and enjoy your time. The accommodations, staff, and residents living there are fantastic. I enjoyed my months that I was there working and miss that environment so much!

The ambiance, and attention to detail is second to none. If you are looking for luxury meets lifestyle, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend Biltmore.

Love, love, love The Angela! The apartment unit is beautiful, with very nice finishes, high ceilings, top notch appliances (Including integrated Sonos speakers) and awesome views. The space on the unit is very well thought out, no wasted space. The amenities are awesome, many different options of things to use/do; spacious and well kept! The staff is so great, they are very responsive and willing to assist in anything. The move in/application process was a breeze. The community feels very safe and welcoming! Details are everything in this place, from the apartment unit, common spaces, elevators and hallways! Love it!

Five STARS is not enough to show how happy I am with Cortland Biltmore! More specifically, I love the Management team at the complex. I was already scheduled to move then COVID19 came and everything was shutting down to the point where I considered not moving in at all. Thanks to Mariel and her team members -shout out to Mariel, Emily, Robert and Michael- made the transition fun, funny at times and basically made me feel at home that I moved in anyway. These humans are the cherries on top of the beautiful, peaceful, safe, centrally located place I now call home.

The most beautiful place I’ve ever moved into!! not to mention the bar we have in the lobby that’s open Wednesday- Saturday and walking distance to the Biltmore i definitely don’t see myself moving anytime soon!

My wife and I moved into The Angela a little over a month and a half ago and we cannot say better things about it. The finishes and architecture is incredible. The property management staff (Mariel, Emily, Michael, Brittany, etc.) have been nothing short of friendly, helpful, and encouraging during this whole process. Many times, my wife and I will just go to the front desk to chat. The pool is beautiful and easily accessible and the dog park within the apartment complex just shows that The Angela seeks to go above and beyond in all areas. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to move into the area.

I recently toured The Angela and had a very pleasant experience viewing the community with Emily, one of their team members. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the community features inside and out, along with local dining and businesses in the neighborhood. The community is brand new and is spot on with where I want to be in the Biltmore area. I would highly recommend stopping by if youre looking to live in this part of Phoenix.

I haven’t even moved in yet, and I’m excited to post about my experience. I went in to tour the community, and I showed up just minutes before closing. However, that didn’t stop Michael from showing me the floor plan I was interested in. He had great energy, a pleasant personality, and was very helpful in answering questions. I ended up going back the next day to view a different floor plan that He recommended and saw as a better fit, and Michael was there to help me and even went out of his way to show me multiple units. He is extremely personable, and I’m so happy that he has made this future move one to look forward to. Michael is definitely a “go above and beyond” kind of guy, and he has honestly gone out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I’m looking forward to moving day! Thanks Michael! 5* service for sure!!!

The staff and facility are exceptional. Pet owners are a bit inconsiderate but, I enjoy living here.

From the first time I toured The Angela through the move-in process and beyond, I’ve been consistently impressed and satisfied with the level of care and customer service I’ve received. Where to begin? First and foremost, the staff is unparalleled. Mariel, Emily, Michael and Brittany are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They helped us select the perfect unit with showings and photos. Through the Angelas thoughtful layout and design, weve found we have much more usable space now than we did in our previous residence which had more square footage! If youre considering a move to the Camelback Corridor, look no further than this brand new property.

Having been in our new home for a few weeks, all I can say is WOW! Besides the amazing staff who go above and beyond, our home is gorgeous! We especially love the sense of community that The Angela provides. We have enjoyed meeting our new neighbors at social events, as well as just hanging at the bar. We definitely made the right choice.

From the perfect location, to the high end design/finishes, to the outstanding staff and community, The Angela is without question the most impressive apartment home in the area. I visited the property yesterday to take a look at the 1 & 2 bedroom properties and worked with Tiana during the visit. Tiana did such an amazing job with the tour from breaking down pricing, apartment amenities, any questions that I had about floor plans. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and definitely think you have a huge asset with her apart of the company. Tiana thank you so much again.

I have never done a google review for anyone but I had to as the staff at The Angela has been nothing short of amazing. I came in needing a place within 24 hrs due to a hectic situation and they went above and beyond to get it done, I was all set up and moved in the next day. Additionally, they are always eager and willing to help in any way they can. I can not say enough about the team regarding their professionalism and work ethic. I am a happy resident!

Recently moved in to The Angela, and we are really loving it so far. The designer has created a very nice feel to the entire property and it really makes for a great living experience. The process to gain a new home at The Angela was flawless and simple. Mariel is a pleasure to work with. Now......just cant wait for the place to open!Heres an update from my review a year ago (the single paragraph just above.)And..........a year later, I renewed my lease. The Angela (aka Cortland Biltmore) is even better than new. All has been great here not the least of which is the apartment itself , everything about it and the operations of the property.Consistency especially when positive is always a food thing. Mariel and Emily continue in that leadership role for Cortland a year later - great!Having lived in a few nice properties around the valley this one stands out above the rest. The management takes a genuine interest in making your life here smooth - they care. I understand in any business the goal is to drive profitable revenue, but why not also mix in resident satisfaction at the same time? Thats what sets this place apart. Keep up the good work Mariel and team; Robert and team; keep it sparkling Jackie. I miss Victor. That guy was one of a kind for keeping everything meticulously sparkling. Hopefully Cortland will find a close resemblance soon. Evan and his mixer/shaker skills are a great part of the community here - as he has been here for over a year as well running The Legacy lounge like clockwork.The only few things remaining to take this place way over the top are:* The pool and patio area is great. The fountains, landscaping, and picnic patio areas are great, but, its an obvious that the chaise lounges are missing something. Your slide off them and they look nude. They need cushions!* Back to the notion of a sparkling clean property and very well maintained - which it is, I cant wait until they make the garage floors sparkling as well, as the power-washing of the garage floors is upcoming (hopefully very soon).If anyone desires apartment life and is looking, look no further than Cortland Biltmore. Youll need to look no where else!Peace.

The Angela staff is exceptional. They have been very help-full from the day I took a tour to signing a lease here. I highly recommend this property and hold there staff to high regard, as I have been very pleased with how they have treated me as a tenant.

Moving from Texas to Arizona has been a stressful process, but Mariel and The Angela have been the least of my worries! I am only moving into my apartment on Monday.I have had the apartment since 12/1/2019 but had to wait for my goods to arrive from abroad.I love the views from my windows....of the palm tree tops and of the mountains.I love the flooring and the bathrooms are well appointed.Best of all is my beautiful stainless steel kitchen sink.it is HUGE and cleans up so well.The dishwasher is amazing and ever so quiet.Love the staff at the front desk.So,so kind and helpful.....Kindest regards,Miranda

From our very first meeting, when Emily showed us The Angela and its amenities, she was pleasant, professional, and completely committed to being helpful. After we leased an apartment, we also had some special requirements and Emily handled all of them with good cheer and kindness. Her follow-up on details is impeccable and she is never anything less than pleasant.Lets face it: most of us approach business transactions hoping for the best but expecting the worst. The flight is overbooked. The hotel will have lost our reservation. A restaurant server will be indifferent or unskilled. A retail clerk at a returns desk will say, You want to do what?! Harvard professor Shoshana Zuboff calls this the transaction crisis, her term for that uneasy feeling we get in our stomach, fearing whatever we ask or whatever we need, things wont go well.There is no transaction crisis with Emily Mueller. My husband and I left Minnesota and were one of the first to move into The Angela! We have been here 3 months now and love it! Definitely exceeded our expectations on so many levels! The views of Camelback mountain and Piestewa Peak from our balcony are incredible! Gorgeous interior finishes! The entire staff is over the top Amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The property is immaculate -- everywhere you go it is spotless! We walk to our many favorite restaurants and shop at the Biltmore Fashion Mall across the street, often. We enjoy having our car stall in the garage ramp on the SAME floor as our apartment - we are on the 5th floor. So convenient! The building is quiet, has great security, and the residents are terrific! Highly recommend you check it out!!

On Dec 24, when my house sold , I ventured over to The Angela, determined to find a new place to live. I met with Michael Rohn and told him of my predicament. He showed me the model and only two first floor ( a necessity for me ) apartments available. When asked , he recommended the one with the most light and I took his suggestion.However, when I followed up , desperate to nail something down,It was Christmas Day, and no one was available to answer my calls.As soon as the holiday closure ended, I received a return call from all my frantic messages. Mariel Addisonwas eager to help follow up with my selection. I pre-leased my apartment while they were in the construction phase and couldnt be happier with my leasing experience. I had actually put a hold on another apartment in downtown PHX, but after talking to Mariel and seeing some pre-leasing photos of my apartment I was sold!I moved in in early December and The Angela is everything and more I would expect in a new home. The location is perfect, the amenities are solid, and the apartment has more of a custom home finish than anything Ive seen in Arizona( and I did alot of searching)!To be honest I was so in love with the apartment and location I would have moved in under any circumstance, but the experience I had with the staff at The Angela is worth noting, and in my opinion is what makes them a one of a kind business and establishment.Mariel, Emily,Michael, and Brittany are some of the most genuine people Ive met, and go above and beyond in making the resident experience smooth and seamless. And, the bartender Evan is prettty awesome too !! Honestly I cannot say enough about the staff at The Angela. Everyone from construction,maitenance and beyond is very respectful and takes pride in the community.I am so happy I leased here and would recomend it to anyone looking in the Biltmore area.
