I lived here almost 2 years. I’ve lived in quite a few different complexes in a few different states and this tops them all! The amenities are all really nice. The pool vibes are like being in paradise! The gym is always clean and in great condition. The customer service was consistently top notch. Chase and Jay were always willing to go above and beyond to resolve any concerns or issue I had. The location is great for getting around the city easily so this is an ideal place for someone new Phoenix. Check it out for yourself!

Went to visit a friend in AZ and the property was beautiful. The studio apartment was spacious and the layout was nice. I loved all the different amenities in the complex. The style of the apartment complex is definitely fitting for a crowd in the 20s-30s. The office staff was very friendly and responsive to any request that my friend asked for. If I lived in the Phoenix Area, I would totally check out this place to live!

I am moving from Denver and am in a huge time crunch, I showed up to the Broadstone Osborne without an appointment- it was raining cats and dogs and Jay at the front desk was awesome, he helped answer all my questions and actually sent a follow up email.. which didnt happen at any of the other 20 apartments I looked at today. This place is stunning. I am excited to live here.

Best amenities such as pool, gym and clubhouse. Very responsive maintenance staff and easy move out process. Great location in midtown Phoenix. Energy efficient appliances. Best gas stoves for apartment dwelling.Downside to living here were loud and inconsiderate neighbors, very thin walls and God forbid if you live in an apartment unit under tenants above. You will hear every sounds from side to side, upper and lower. A bit too pricey for the small spaces, and also can’t really utilize the patio space, not private at all. The parking garage smells like urine since people with pets would walk their dogs there all the time.Thank you,

Lived here now over a year! Went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 Bedroom. Amenities Galore! Largest Jacuzzi ever! Close to Mi Patio, Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Jamba Juice & Peter Piper Pizza.

Really disappointed with the managment and administration at this complex. We left town Friday and my key fob would not work to allow me into my assigned parking spot. There was no parking in guest parking spots and nothing near the building so I parked in the vacant lot across the street that I was informed could be used as gust parking as we had to leave and there were no other options. When we arrived back home my car had been towed and Broadstone Osborn will do nothing to help me with the expense for something that they are at fault for. For the amount I pay my assigned parking should be available to me and if it had been I could have avoided a costly tow and this whole situation. Our AC also went out twice in the middle of the night last week which makes it impossible to sleep in the Phoenix heat. Would not recommend moving into the complex for anyone looking for a new home.

Best studio apartments I have ever seen. The layout is so well planned that it almost resembles a one bedroom apartment. Pet friendly. Parking garage is a big benefit. Beautiful resort style pool and patio area. The best gym I have ever seen in an apartment complex. Entire place is super clean and friendly neighbors and management!

Oh my gosh went to visit a friend saw his new place absolutely stunning seems to be a little young crowd I can tell the parents are paying for all of these people ran LOL but not the last two places stunning they get five stars for their amazing swimming pool looks like a five-star Resort beautiful Luxury Apartments

This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived. Though I went through some issues with the noise in the common area before, the management team helped me solve the problem and provided the best solutions. Also, no additional charges bs like other apartments did. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

I moved from Houston and this apartment complex definitely met all my big city needs. The front desk customer service is beyond amazing. They have amazing moving in specials and/or try to get you best deal possible. All the amenities are always clean and my dog is excited to use their dog park every day!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you want a quiet and comfortable home, then this complex is not for you. The walls are paper thin and there is absolutely no padding between floors. You can hear every foot step the people above you take. You can hear when they flush the toilet, when they turn on the faucets, when their alarms go off in the mornings and the management does nothing to help. With how expensive the rent is, rent somewhere else!

I toured this property a few weeks ago, looking for a nice luxury apartment in the Phoenix area. This location seems perfect for me and I was really excited! The leasing agent, I think her name was Ally, or Ellie? Brought me to see their one bedroom options. I really loved the layouts they offered, and she helped me out with some of the financing stuff. I was curious to see what their larger 3 bedroom apartments looks like, and she showed me just for fun. Overall it was a really pleasant experience!

Ellie was a great help when I was checking out these apartments. Went on a quick tour with her and she was very helpful with anything I had questions about. Beautiful apartments and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new home

This place is over priced for what you get. Its nothing more than your average apartment with a huge mark-up. Before you waste your time, your going to have to pay a community electric and gas fee, so you will pay extra on top of your own utilities. They have locked us out of the clubhouse, and put restrictions on the pool and gym, promised to have an online booking system which will probably never happen and yet we are still being charged the full amount while they have sat back and washed there hands of any responsibility. Numerous violet incidence have happened her including a firearm going off and someone getting beaten so badley they had to be taken to the hospital. Bikes have been stolen as well. They have cameras everywhere but be aware in your lease they will not take responsibility for anything. If the cameras are not working they will not do anything. The lease is iron clad to protect them and benefit them only. I cant wait to move out of here, this is not anything speacial just a huge disappointment.

Went apartment hunting today loved everything about this place put in an application today(fingers crossed it gets excepted) either way Brandon was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was a nice guy. If you are looking, pop in to see the amazing complex and to meet Brandon the man needs a raise. You got yourself a keeper Broadstone! If all your staff are as amazing as he was I can’t wait to move in.

Finally had a chance to get a tour of the Broadstone Osborn with Ellie W. If I wasnt in love before with the property I am now. Everything is fresh and modern. Move in ready. Ellie hit my tour home and made me feel as if I was her only client.

Moving to downtown Phoenix from Tempe and have been touring communities in the area these last few weeks. Took a tour of Broadstone Osborn yesterday and I had to leave a review!!! I took a tour with Brandon and the hospitality I felt during my tour was worth commenting on! Every question I had was answered. Also the community is stunning and the amenities are definitely a selling point. That pool! There was art from my favorite local artists in the community room which blew my mind! Great location as well being so close to Central Rd. The community checked all the boxes and Ill be submitting my application soon. I suggest touring ASAP!

Absolutely gorgeous apartments! I can not wait to live here. My lease isn’t up yet but Brandon has made me very comfortable and I am absolutely sold. I’ve had previous experience with apartment staff saying they will follow up and never do, so he made a plan with me to make sure this doesn’t happen! These next few months will be hard waiting lol

This place is beautiful! It’s just like the pictures show. We stayed here for 6 nights in a furnished apartment for vacation. The office staff was really nice, specially the charismatic sales associate Ellis. She went out of her way to try to help us get an extra fob since the corporate apartment company Wander Jaunt was not allowing us to have another fob (only one fob for 4 people). We knew that it was not something for her to solve but she was very diligent and sweet, she has high customer service standards. The service guys and the cleaning lady are amazing, they do a great job maintaining the property in excellent condition. The amenities like the pool area, the gym, the game room/club room are gorgeous, full of stuff for residents to do and enjoy.

This is the best leasing team we have ever met, the apt is brand new when we moved in and they were couple of problems like internet and noise compliant, but the leasing team helps us a lot, they transfer us to another unit immediately and act really professional.

My experience was horrible. I was discriminated against by the manager there named Leah Smith Patin.I was misinformed on numeral occasions about my application status, I was demanded to provide information other applicants was not required too. And later told my application was denied without a valid reason. I truly believe I will seek legal advice regarding my experience. After a specific email AND verbal verification with Leah regarding the address to mail my refund, she still sent it to INCORRECT ADDRESS. I DO NOT recommend this property. DISCRIMINATION NEEDS TO STOP!
