Honestly- the best apartment i’ve lived in. Management is super cool and friendly. Haven’t had a single issue since my girlfriend and I moved in mid may. Pretty quiet place too. Everything always looks well kept and clean.

Awesome location in Arcadia. I love the team in the office, they are friendly and cheerful.

Awesome location, the apartments are huge, large patios/balconies. I wanted to give 4.5 only because you will not get a huge pool or work out room. But, because everything else is so great I had to give it a 5. Youre in the heart of Arcadia, across from the High School. Some units have wood burning fireplaces. Ive been here just over a year and I renewed. The apartments go super fast so if you like it do not hesitate. I really like it here.

Parking lot...only ONE space. If you have two or three bedrooms in your apt. you are out of luck on the weekend. Beside that its quiet and nice. Another thing, the gym its small and the pool as well. Great maintenance guy he does a great job fixing quickly any problem. The good thing about Inglishside its the area and that its quiet.

Very beautiful quiet place. Open kitchen space, double door for privacy from kids, while working from home. Large restrooms I love it , thanks to Sydnia and Sky who worked so hard ,your awesome keep working hard for everyone ,while treating everyone equally 🙌🏾🥰 great place great people!

Love living here! I have been at Ingleside for almost 8 months and I have not had one bad experience with the leasing office. They have been nothing but helpful and informative (I’m new to Phoenix). The community is beautiful, the pool is always clean and everyone is friendly. Any time I’ve had an issue our maintence crew has take care of it quickly which I appreciate.The things I wish could be improved would be parking. Parking can be a bit hectic, I wish we had the ability to rent additional carports. Also, some of the light switches in the bedrooms don’t work so you have to pull the string from the actual fan/light and that can be a pain especially for people with you get kids that can’t reach.

Have friends that reside here very all efficiency apartment butthe rent doesnt break the bank

Pretty nice apartment, recently remodeled 1BR. I enjoyed living here until the rent jumped up $200 at the end of my lease. Im surprised it wasnt more expensive to begin with considering the area though.The primary issue I had here was that the insulation in #339 seemed almost non-existent. Being on the 3rd floor in the far southwest apartment was brutal on my power bill, even keeping the AC at 85 degrees

I have lived at Ingleside for the past two years and have enjoyed living here. The office staff and maintenance has always been nice and accommodating. I would like to have more gym equiptment, but you cant beat the apartment location.

The front office has history of being rude. Not just to me but other tenants.

The staff member we met Cherry was very accommodating and wasnt only interested in selling the property but in helping us find our best fit. Very sweet and genuine!

Super cute interiors and fantastic location!

To expensive for a place with a shallow pool and black mold in the bathrooms. They took out the cabinets with mold and never rebuilt it, leaving an open hole in the bathroom for the remainder of our lease.

Horrible - HORRIBLE management. Racist, scammy bad bad people.
