Absolutely LOVE the team here! They have such great energy and are always so welcoming and friendly. The property is awesome and has such cool history with it being an old Benz dealership, and I love how they kept so much of that incorporated into their design and personality of the property. The amenities are so nice and gym here is amazing-- I was shocked at how much unique cool equipment they have. Super rare in an apartment building. One thing I really love is how much parking is available, since it was a dealership before. There is never a shortage of spaces for anyone, which is so convenient.I highly recommend this place for sure!

Just took possession of my new apartment home at Parc Midtown, and I can not begin to express how pleased I am! I turned in 3 items for repair/adjustment and within 36 hours itโ€™s done! With personalized communication every step of the way, special instructions to precall and post call followed to the letter. From maintenance to the office staff Iโ€™ve had nothing but a positive interaction! I just want to say thank you for getting my holiday season off to a GREAT start! I know I will be happy here for a long time to come!Of course there are always going to be minor inconveniences such as a long walk to parking, only one entry/exit to the VERY secure parking. Outside the gates is a little sketchy neighborhood wise, but as common sense dictates... use the buddy system and youโ€™re always fine! But this is nothing compared to the happiness I feel every moment Iโ€™m here! The heated pool is always sparkling, furniture always neat and tidy. The jacuzzi is kept to the upmost of high quality as well as the WONDERFUL fire pit to relax as you dry off in the chilly night air. The gas bbq grills are clean and powerful! Thereโ€™s been up to 6 people out at the pool area at my very early bedtime and I hear not a peep! Soundproofing is great! The halls have a little echo and loud rollers on luggage or carts can be heard inside slightly but thereโ€™s so little foot traffic thatโ€™s not even a concern!Overall, I would highly recommend if youโ€™re looking for peace and happiness in a very new quality apartment home, give the staff at Parc Midtown a call!*** 5/26/2021 **** The pool area is so noisy after the office closes if youโ€™re anywhere near it thereโ€™s no chance in the world you can keep your windows open to enjoy the fresh air!So for the past 5 months Iโ€™ve been in communication with the assistant manager informing of my desperate need to downsize since my roommate decided not to move in. Their policy is that you have to wait your six months before you can transfer or downsize regardless of your situation, so I waited till my 4.5 month mark then found the perfect unit! Three times this has happened! Theyโ€™re all kinds of friendly when youโ€™re talking to them, but... theyโ€™ll do NOTHING TO HELP!Upon my initial move to the property they did a courtesy hold for 3 weeks! Theyโ€™d rather I default than try to help! I will not give them the pleasure! They ONLY care about filling all the units no matter how trashy the prospect. The maintenance guys are awesome! The conciergeโ€˜s trash guy is awesome! UPS FedEx and USPS suck you know what here but the office staff thatโ€™s a completely different story. Iโ€™ve contacted them within a day or so of 3 different units 3 different times coming available since they do nothing to tell me... and instead of having me come in to secure the unit, they donโ€™t even bother to reply to my inquiry in a timely manor. By the time they reply theyโ€™ve already rented that unit! And... if youโ€™re lucky, you might get them by phone, but the only guaranteed way to talk with someone is to go to the office. But wait... thereโ€™s nothing they can do according to them, they are there to show apartments and tell you to use the website!Long story short.. To hell with this place! Iโ€™ll stay until my lease is up but I am getting the f**k out!

Deserves ZERO stars. The management at this complex is horrible! My roommate and I were applying for an apartment and we were not treated well at all. They would be kind one minute and the next I was spoken to by a woman so rude she left me in tears. They arbitrarily decided not to give us back our refundable deposit for the apartment and when we try to contact the โ€œmanagement companyโ€phone number we were given there is no answer. Applicants beware, this place gives off terrible scam vibes. Just say no! There are way better places in Phoenix to live!!

On 08/27 at 2:30am I along with others witnessed the most horrific domestic dispute in the parking area of this property. As you can see from the photos the vehicle is still damaged and improperly parked, so Iโ€™d assume the belligerent tenant still resides here. I have a little girl, and Iโ€™m relocating in December. Until management can invest in what matters like, 24-hr surveillance cameras, security patrol, a host of other amenities to justify rent prices, and actually listen to their tenants ..DO NOT MOVE HERE, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Save your money and live elsewhere! When I moved in, this property was managed by a different company that was great- any issues were addressed right away, the employees were very friendly and welcoming, and the property was safe. Unfortunately they left and the management company that came in leaves MUCH to be desired. From the very beginning the transition was extremely sloppy. They had issues with all of the key entry devices so every tenant had to have theirs reconfigured- while this was being done they left the property completely unsecured- pedestrian gates, building entry points, and back stairwells were left unlocked or propped open during the day and at night. At a property located in a high transient area. With no additional security measures. After the key device issue was resolved, they still did not secure the property and people who did not live at the complex were coming on site and using the facilities in the middle of the night. Security remains an issue as on multiple occasions the last few months, gates have either been broken or left propped open- no surprise then that people have had their cars broken into or that people dumpster dive. The previous security company had a visible presence on site and could be seen at different times of the night walking around; the security company that this management company has brought on is never seen and its debatable whether or not they even respond to calls.During COVID, this management also lied about the safety measures they said they were implementing. They said they were doing a number of things for the safety of residents but then actually did nothing outside of shut down the pool and gym when it was ordered. When they got called out on not following the policies THEY said they said they were supposedly going to put into place, they were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Which is basically the type of service you can expect to get from them daily. Dont be fooled by their attempts to be community oriented by having things like scavenger hunts- they have the worse customer service I have come across from a management company in a long time.Bottom line for the rent they charge, there are nicer properties with better staff and service. Dog feces on the ground is a constant, more then half of the week, trash is strewn across the parking lot because there is only one trash dumpster for the entire property, and the walls are paper thin which isnt a problem unless its your jam to hear your neighbors alarm go off at 5 AM for two hours. Any buyers beware of the loft units- they are placed directly over the gym so you get the pleasure of listening to dumbbells being dropped all hours of the morning, afternoon and night (a little secret they dont let you in on)

If you would like your car stolen or broken into this is a great place for you.I wish I could give parc midtown a better review. I really do. The front staff has always been friendly, they keep the building reasonably clean, and I have no complaints with the actual accommodations. However, at the end of the day I think security of a living location is paramount and I have to give parc a 0/10 for that. There are no cameras other than in the main office building. The gate for the parking lot is largely for show. The only security you have here is the lock on your front apartment door.My apartment was broken into, some of my possessions were taken, and my car was stolen. I wish I could say it was just bad luck. However I have two friends who live at parc who also had their cars vandalized and their belongings taken from their cars. This is a pattern at parc. The reason I give Parc a one star review is because of this repetitive car theft/vandalization. I canโ€™t say with 100% certainty what parc has done to manage this. However, there has not been any additional security added. Additionally, they do not inform their residents when such events take place.I think in the future if parc makes changes to their security it would be a fine place to live.Iโ€™m writing this review to hopefully save someone the trouble of car theft! I wish you luck in your apartment shopping!

I loved living at the Parc Midtown, however, my move out experience was extremely unpleasant. My boyfriend and I were charged unreasonable fees such as carpet re-cleaning and apartment re-painting. As for the carpet cleaning, we used the company that was recommended by the complex. After speaking with Joy, she happily reimbursed us since the complex was the one who recommended them in the first place. On the other hand, we were charged $120 to repaint the apartment. Before moving out, my boyfriend and I spackled the holes we made in the wall from hanging our curtain rods, televisions, decor, etc. However, that wasnโ€™t good enough. We were basically told that they did us a favor by not making us pay the $320+ that they should have charged us in order to reprint the design on the wall. If you plan on actually living in your apartment I would NOT recommend the Parc Midtown.

I was reffered to this complex by an agent at VKP who confirmed the rental requirements before encouraging me to apply. I toured the property with Kanesha, a leasing agent with Parc Midtown, and I decided to apply. To complete the application process there is a nonnegotiable $250 deposit, $130 online application fee, and a $50 non refundable admin fee. Unfortunately I was denied and the leasing manager refuses to return the $250 deposit . Not once was I advised by Kanesha, this deposit was nonrefundable. If I had been given that piece of information I simply wouldnt have applied, especially because most complexes dont require a deposit UNTIL you have been APPROVED. In the midst of a worldwide pandemic that has effected us all. This establishment shows no integrity or mercy towards individuals who do not fit their qualifications. Im extremely disappointed in the LACK OF MORALS and surprised by the level of GREED possessed by those who run this luxury apartment complex.

Well, let me start by saying that moving here was a bad idea, simple as that.Secondly your security deposit which is suppose to be refunded as long as you return your apartment in great conditions it is not going to be refunded in full because supposedly they have a standard seventy five dollar fee for carpet cleaning, something that they did not specify when I signed the lease. Also is well known that after living in an apartment complex for over a year the landlord is suppose to cover that for normal wear and tear. by the way the carpet in my apartment was impeccable, they even stated that on paper. They do not make sense at all.Thirdly these apartments get flooded, with a little rain the parking lot becomes a pool; Therefore, you can not even get out of your car. A lot of the people that live here right now smoke and the smell is too strong you can even smell it if your patio door and window are close. Not cigarettes though.I had to move twice within this apartment complex in one year because the manager did not let me terminate my lease after my apartment got flooded not once but twice.See pictures for proof. The whole ordeal was a complete nightmare. I am so happy to be out of that place. Now that you have replied, let me tell you that I did ask YOU to terminate the lease and YOU said that was not going to be possible. Also let me remind you that moving to a different apartment cost money, so it did not help that you gave me another unit with NO ADDITIONAL FEE. That is the least you could do. This is another way to justify your incompetence and lack of empathy just for the economic benefit of the company that you work for Xenia.I also wish you the best.P.S. be better!Kindly, A V

Update: WARNING!! Dont be fooled by all the recent positve reviews. On July 10th 2020, the property management team sent out an email to all current renters. The flyer attached to the email stated you must write a *positive* review of the property along with some other things to be entered into a raffle. They offered the winner a basket with wine and other items along with a $75 gift card for carpet cleaning. This was a desperate attempt to combat all the *true* negative reviews that came about when the new management team took over. Save yourself the aggravation and literally go anywhere else!It was a nice place when I moved a year ago and the apartment itself is nice, but the new management company just doesnt care for the property as well as Graystar did. They also never return calls when there is an issue. Some tenants are obnoxious and loud and everything echos. Sketchy people are always hanging around in the hallways, stairwells and the parking lot. I dont feel safe here especially at night. The facility is lovely and well maintained. Earns a one star from me after talking with property management. My daughter is a resident and currently hospitalized, unable to relay to family members any of her financial information or for us to access. I was told there would be no accommodation for late fees or eviction. Rent is overdue on the 4th, but since a holiday, residences had till today. Manager attempted to relay that would be a special accommodation for her alone if paid by end of day, not late charge. Then affirmed it was universal. Wow. Told if they did any other accommodation for her, they would have to do that for everyone. Again, wow. They would need to provide courtesy for all residents not able to communicate , hospitalized due to injury or sickness? How awful for management. So, unless paid she will be evicted about July 12th. Not even a blink of I hope she is alright or will be, like talking to a robot, trained very well.

Parc Midtown is a really nice complex for the price. Overall it is more Premium (think Acura, Infiniti, Lexus), not Luxury (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche). I.E. (No Backsplashes, Electronic Locks, Tile Showers, Double Fridge, Gas Stove, Front load/Glass W/D etc). However, it does have wood flooring, Modern Cabinetry and appliances, Granite, Stainless Steel High Ceilings, Nice hardware finishes, elevators, Energy Efficient, Modern look. Management and Maintenance is helpful and quick; and like any other complex offers covered assigned parking, business center, expansive clubhouse, BBQ pits Zen Garden, Pool, Valet Trash, Online Maintenance/Rent, Dog Park/Wash, Resident Events, lush landscaping etc. Tips for luxury: Nest Thermostats, Add screens to cardio equipment (or more TVs),Gym: Add on-demand yoga/biking space {Pelotons/Echelons} Add Barbell weights/Jungle Gym Set, maybe turf, and Graphics for the gym; white and gray is bland. The pool could make use of cabanas/TVS and maybe a fountain but otherwise nice, maybe a rooftop or Parking lounge. Parking is close enough but some spots are further than others, plenty of guest parking up top and optional on street parking. The clubhouse is nice and has movie area, kitchen/servery, lounge space, art, etc. Parc is great and just needs small touches that could make them spectacular. Most places that allow dogs is bound to smell, but thats okay and no its not going to be picked up right away. Communication is quick and there is no price gouging; everyone is given notice days/weeks in advance. The area is safe off of 3rd Ave, like anytime down/midtown area there is going to be homeless. None I have seen in the community. Residents are mostly Young Urban Professionals and New families. Definitely More younger vibe. Close to cool shops on 7th Ave, Central Ave, and Camelback.

I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about Parc Midtown. When our old apartment flooded and we had the incredible stress of having to find a new place immediately, we were recommended to check out Parc. From the minute we walked into the leasing office, it felt like home. The entire leasing staff (Camary, Kingsley, Nichole and Xenia) were by far the most genuine, helpful and kind leasing staff weโ€™ve ever encountered. The maintenance team at Parc is also extremely nice and attentive. They all even worked with us to have our chosen floor plan ready for move in a day earlier than we originally anticipated (which was only two days since viewing the property!)Speaking of our floor plan, Parc Midtown by far as the most unique floor plan options in the greater Phoenix area. My husband and I have toured nearly every property around over the last few years, and were so delighted to find the gem that is Parc Midtown. They offer a variety of great studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, but they ALSO offer super unique, all concrete New York style lofts in their renovated 1930s Mercedes dealership. Yes, itโ€™s as incredible as it sounds. Everything at Parc is so well made, and is decked out with higher end appliances, countertops, and other amenities than you will find anywhere else.To round out an already great community, they host crazy fun events (like their most recent Halloween party) and they have beautiful pool and a gym filled with all the equipment youโ€™ll ever need. The location is perfect and right by everything - thereโ€™s easy access to restaurants, shopping, downtown nightlife, and freeways. Parking is also plentiful and has never been an issue. Everything at Parc is very secure with pass point protected entrances and gates.I could go on and on about how lovely it is here, but instead of reading more reviews just do yourself a favor and tour Parc Midtown. What can I say about Parc Midtown thats not already obvious upon visiting the property? Well I suppose I could talk about the fantastic location and its proximity to a bevy of major freeways and the downtown area. Or maybe I should touch-on the main office/clubhouse/fitness center residing within what used to be a high-end Mercedes-Benz dealership and is now a historic landmark. Instead, I think Ill write about the beautiful apartments, floor plans and community amenities that Parc Midtown has to offer. Saying that the apartments have updated and modern materials would be an understatement. Stainless steel GE appliances, granite countertops, laminate hardwood flooring, large bathroom(s) with huge mirror(s) and great lighting, more than ample storage throughout, walk-in bedroom closet(s), perfect shower water pressure (albeit subjective, but worth mentioning nonetheless); the list goes on and on. Since this is a newly built community, everything is brand new...EVERYTHING! I dont know about you, but I thoroughly enjoy knowing that Im the first one to ever live in my apartment, but I digress. The pool area is gorgeous with various places to sit and relax, lay out and lounge, or just chill near the gas fire pit with a few friends on a beautiful Arizona evening. Theres a courtyard area that offers a peaceful serenity, unless youd like to turn up the excitement level and enjoy a game of over-sized Jenga with friends; all supplied by Parc Midtown...except the friends, those youll have to bring on your own.Location, surroundings and amenities aside, what really made an impression with me, is the staff. Nichole, Xenia, Kingsley and Camary make up the management and leasing staff here at Parc Midtown, and what a staff they are! Everyone is always so willing and available to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have. -Theyre not too hard on the eyes either. Hahha! In my time here at P. Midtown, Ive enjoyed and actually looked forward to coming home every single day, and Im sure youll feel the same. Contact any of the Parc Midtown staff and come be my neighbor. Drinks on me. Cheers!
