Tech Mahindra is a dream company to work for. The campus is very big and nice. No work pressure and work is planned and allocated. The cab facility for pickup and drop. A nice big cafeteria and parties are always there. I recommend to join. One should join the company and follow their dream.

Location: outskirts in Noida. Located in NSEZ area. Google maps takes the entry from gate 1 but the guards do not let u enter from there but from the gate on the main road, which is a pain.Office: old building and decent cafeteria. Certainly requires renovation.

A lively place to work. Far off from the city traffic but with plenty to go around. Have been working here for 11+ years and particularly in this building for 7. It has a nice aura and employees are nice (can’t say the same about all the employers though 😝).Lots of activities to do in the company premise like badminton, basket ball, table tennis, foosball, etc. The company has its own gym and rest area and large enough cafe to seat roughly 250 employees and to top it all they have a great support staff that works round the clock to make everyone’s time at work pleasurable and comfortable. To top it all it’s close to local sector market which offers variety of street foods and restaurants for team parties.

Superb Office to work for. But as the SEZ is a secure area so if you are just planning to visit here you would need a reason(ID Card, Offer Letter). Very calm and quite place. The rooftop is absolutely awesome. The meals in the Canteen is average though.

Hi, Can anyone please let me know if I can work in Noida office for 2 weeks ?My base location is Chennai and I have to be in Noida for just 2weeks for personal work. Just wanted to work from Noida office if allowed. We dont have customer ODC there in Noida.

Situated in noida phase 2. Connectivity is not that good. Better to drive ur own vehicle or book cabs. Its a Development center.

Least employee satisfaction. Not much to learn. Freshers starting there carrier from here face a lot of problem while switching. And for the employees with band U4 and higher, the increment is negligible.

Not good MNC for employeesas compared to other, senior managers main focus on cost cutting not to generate revenue for company. For example, TechM not giving cup for drink water in company, employee using their own bottel for that.

This company located at nesz boundary which is place between bangel and Suraj pur, currently nearest active metro station is Noida city centre which is 25-30 away if you use shared auto which you find from main road they charged you 15 rs only if you use metro than this is the most convenient and cheapest way to reach their

Tech mahindra is a nice place to work. I feel work life balance here. Sometimes you may be disappointed with company administration otherwise things are good here.

Best office of Tech Mahindra in Noida, Location is a away from the city but Shuttle service of the company makes things easy. Infrastructure is world class. Cafeteria is grand.. lot of politics in these kind of companies though.

TechMahindra has 4 plots in NSEZ and this one is no.58. Office is very good and offer options to eat but not more. You can also visit canteens and shops outside offuce in NSEZ and they have very delicious food and quick bites. If you are in night shift then do not depend much because most of the canteen options will be shutdown and only one option will be there for you also you cant go outside after 2:30 am. You are at your own or you have good communication with canteen guy then it will help you. Also you cannot go outside NSEZ for anything they are far.

My office is there and 2-3 good restaurants are there within NSEZ business park. Its loosing 2 points from me as they charge 10/- Rs. to enter NSEZ that is valid for whole day. If you have established a business park you can store details of vehicles entering into area but charging them is something I dont understand.

Campus is great.I like the architecture, small but having all facilities from cafeteria to multiple panitry, playing area, clean wasrums.The thing i like the most is the greenary in campus, hundreds of plants , indoor nursery provides enough oxygen to refresh.No auditorium place though.
