I was in club factory chat process. While joining they told me that salary will be credited within the period of 12-15 but I never received it before 17. I served a notice period of 30 days they accepted it but after 10 days, I was asked to resign on immediate basis. It was really one of the worst experience in a company. During Lockdown, club factory process was closed as India banned some Chinese app. I called some of my friends and the told that they did not receive the salary for last month.

It is time wasting company, poor management, account manager is 3rd class person who actually dont know, what he said, HUMAN RESOURCE is also speaks in Hindi. TIME WASTING COMPANY , POOR MANAGMENT

I have worked full time for approximately 3 years in Sales department. This company has been involved in many criminal activities and never fullfill their promises. They cheat indirectly their customers and employees. Unfortunately I had to go for criminal case against them on 29/06/2019 because they asked my car keys as a security to get some overdue amount to be cleared and when I came back to office to collect my car keys, the car got misplaced by them (I have FIR copy and acknowledgement receipt how my car was found under their custody).Be aware if you are in any relationship in terms of financials with them. There are lots of other good IT/Data center/BPO company available with better offering, no sense of dealing with criminals.

They not give salary on the time and management also not good ,cab facilities is also not good.

Total time waste.

Admin and CEO are criminals. My car was misplaced by them and got recovered by police and now they have hold my salary and other payments. Never ever join this company.
