A very good company for learners. I currently work here and I have learned a lot here. It is basically a third party consultancy company which hires you for their Client Companies like Publicis Sapient and Genpect. So work culture depends on the other companies not AWC Software. It is good for freshers or learners who want to learn new technologies and whoever is ready for change frequently. If youre flexible and eager to learn new technology and want to work on different platforms then it is the best company for you.The company need to be specific about the hiring that for which profile theyre hiring so that Employees can stick with the company and for those who dont love changes frequently. Hrs are very helpful and professional, they take very good care of Employees but they need to be agile and should have the information about the deployment and trainings undergoing for the Employees.Overall a very good company.

Great for learning

They really dont know how to take interview and on which technology. Recently i was interviewed with this company. I was told that they hiring for hybrid app developer but they asked the question on Android native rather than on ionic. They asked questions which are having no relevance with technologies. They are asking the difference which doesnt exists. I will recommend not to give interview to such company. I totally time waste.

HR Team is always there for any kind of help anytime. We always work for Clients onsite. Sometimes we get to work offshor too. Please dont go for interview like that company. I came for interview . after that interview I meet Hr ( mamta verma). she said u are Select. then after she discuss about my salary. then after receptionist said u can leave for today .hr team will contact you . but i didnt got call form hr team .then tommrow I call Hr ( mamta Verma) she didnt receive my call & mail but i dont get any response from hr team. really too much bad experience 😔🤙

Please dont go for the interview. Totally time wasted. I was go for the interview. And taken three rounds. Hr said that hr team will connect you on Monday. On Monday Mr. Varun said that you are selected but you profile is on hold. so after the discussion with manager we will called you.

And somewhat he forgot.. So please my request u to if u post ur job vacancy in social site then u have to behave Good Mr HR Sameer.. U have no rites to behave like that way ..

First i have given interview on 15th December and i got call from HR Nibha saying that we got positive feedback and we are releasing offer letter.And she pressure me to take early release from my current Company.Earlier last day in current company was 28th December but now due to Nibha i have changed this to 21st December.Today on 20th morning she called and said you will another round of technical interview and now they said feedback is not good and we are not hiring you.This is Very bad behavior and making me loss of One week Salary.
