Nagarro Company has worst process of assigning projects to new joiner in their company.They donot care for the talent for which the candidate is hire for. On Covid time they had done more firing later they make fool employee by salary deduction. once all done they use this money to launch their IPO.They say we have no money so we are firing people. on the another hand they are doing online music conference by hiring music celebraties.

Worse selection process.interview process are same for all fresher or experience upto 15years.I suggest to candidate if you are weak or not interest in amplitude or written test then dont time waste in this company for interview process. amplitude test is very difficult and less time limit.

Awesome place to work. Noida office is very nice. The building and green areas are great around. Close to metro.

Its just a bkwaas company, no respect for employee + interviewee. The language they use is pathetic. Technologies wise also are on cheaper side. So a big thumbs down

Nagarro is the known name for a tech company. This office is situated in a less crowded neighbourhood, which is nice. Not the ultra modern kind of architecture, but feels good inside.Best part is the accessibility to the office by public and personal transport.

Good work life balance

Nagarros new branch is opened recently and step by step all the facilities are being added. Good for NCR people to work on any location of their choice.

Nagarro office is now in Noida .Its walking distance from Noida sector 62 metro. Its adjacent to Sopra steria. Office is getting in shape. Soon its gonna make big presence in Noida too. So Developers join the best IT company in town and be the part of league to create the difference and unleash your potential.

Interview process is too poor, they gather the candidate croud and provide 50 quiz in 12 minutes including intro.They can do it from home too, its just wasted of time.
