Even extra tea is also chargeable during breakfast. Wi fi is also chargeable.😆 They have a rule book where they written that wi-fi is also chargeable. My mistake was that I have paid for 2 days otherwise I will change after one day. And I have taken the executive room but that was below standard level.Worst Experience... I would suggest not to visit here.

The hotel location is great, it is close to market and not far from metro station. The rooms are tidy and spacious, plus the staff is really decent and helpful. During my stay, twice I forgot money, first in my room and second at reception. Both the time Sudhir ji (receptionist) called me and informed for the same and asked me to collect whenever convenient for me. I got to interact with Sudhir ji and nitin ji, both are genuine at their end. Ultimately, front end and back end staff are really doing well.

Why stay was excellent? It was because all in all staff are very soft and very good, especially as I take group almost every alternative months, the check ins will be very smooth and easy, and very important thing I have to inform is that, when one of my client remembered her gold chain of 80gms which she had left under the pillow when we were almost half the way to mathura, immediately I called Mr Jeethendra at reception and he called within 2min saying chain was traced and it is in his hands, later the next moment Mr Surender sir really helped by arranging his car with Driver Mr Ohm and by afternoon it was handed over to the client by afternoon.Thanks a lot to all of you

Situated in the heart of Karol bagh amidst the bustle of the markets is this quaint hotel. Although they have smaller rooms, they are equipped with decent amenities such as well furnished rooms and bathrooms and pretty fast wifi. They also have a small restaurant in the fourth floor with surprisingly tasty food and a delicious all carte menu. Though it wouldve been better for the elevator to go all the way to the 4th floor where the restaurant is.

I had booked an executive room and they bundled me up into a premier room. since I had stayed in a premium room days ago, I could make out this lapse. I was checking in with my wife at 12 at night. so thought it better not to get into any arguments. its better not to get into arguments at 12 at night for obvious reasons! the accessories of the washroom were defective. I had to stay for a night, so I thought its better to check out. so overall it is a good hotel but this particular experience did not go down well with me. so doing my part to alert you guys to book this hotel only if rest of the options have been exhausted. I personally would look for other options rather than book here again. .

It was great experience at this hotel. We stayed for a day and from the receptionist to service everyone was polite and courteous which is most important thing . The room was very clean and so was the washroom. The decor was too good . Free Wifi and other small things added to comfort. Though I would say the complimentary breakfast didnt have a wide spread but still it was good and we enjoyed it. The politeness and hospitality by the hotel was exemplary to me. Its situated in a safe area close to busy and popular Karol Bagh and Gaffar Market . I will recommend it for everyone especially for families and couples as there were foreigners, families ,couples. To me it can be categorized as a 4 star hotel.Room Tip: All Rooms are quieter though prefer away from lift.

Arriving in New Delhi after a long and hot journey by train we were advised to go to Karol Bagh because of the many good hotels in that area. Our riksha man appeared not to know. In the corner of our eyes we noticed Hotel Florence. Tired as we were we went in and the 4 of us got two double rooms for Rps 4000 per night, including breakfast. The rooms were big and clean, something we were not used to during the last weeks. Good working airco and no noise from the very busy streets coming in. A really fine place to get some rest and good sleep. The restaurant on the 4th floor serves a simple but good dinner (there are not many restaurants in this area). Breakfast is excellent. Friendly staff and personel. Yet some suggestions: check the drains at the showers, clean the taps from watermarks (let them shine!, also the tap next to the toilet) and do not forget to clean the not easy accesible corners on the outside of the shower floor. It makes staying a little bit more satisfying!

The property is much better than many other three star property in this area, nicely done, decent rooms but what sets them apart is the service. There are cheap THREE STAR HOTELS out there that they dont need to serve the customer because they are offering low price. But at Florence staff goes out of the way to make your stay happy whether it’s at the doorman or the reception on the wait staff at the restaurant.Room Tip: rooms are comfortable and nice view. other very cleaniness.

I stayed at the Hotel Florence as part of a tour package. Ideally Id prefer a hotel closer to Karol Bagh metro station (the Florences sister hotel, the Florence Inn, is very well placed for this). That said, the Hotel Florence was a good operation with pleasant and efficient staff. My bedroom, while comfortable and well furnished, lacked a window with a street view. This was a pity: increased lighting would have made the room more cheerful. The bathroom, on the other hand, had been refurbished recently and was excellent. Lunch in the hotels dining room was pleasant as was the breakfast. The hotels wifi worked well.

Excellent hote for the price. Very neat and clean rooms. Rooms are very big with mini fridge and digital safety locker and other basic amenities. Walkable distance to Karol Bagh market and metro station.

This is a budget hotel. Great to use if all you have to do is tour the city and use the rooms to shower and sleep. Thats it.Pros: Bathrooms were clean.They let us check in early, which was so helpful. Location is good.Cons: Sofa had a stain and the manager tried to blame it as water.Beds are cleanishTowels were greyThey didnt restock our toiletries and when we called to ask why they didnt restock- they said take it tomorrow morning. We were dirty and came back after a full day of sight-seeing and this situation was not ideal.

Decent place. Certainly Value for money. Clean, spacious rooms.They are upfront about what they offer and what not.Parking could be a little of a problem if you have ur own vehicle. Easy access to metro.

We stayed there for one night on our return journey from Nainital. Location is very good, it took only 25 minutes to reach airport. India Gate, Presidents house all in very close proximity. The room & bathroom was excellent. Choices of food and quality excellent. The hotel staffs were very much cooperative.

Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. there was a mixup by the tour company with the hotel booking (there is a florence hotel and hotel florence) and they sorted it out for us with no issues or stress. front desk staff also assisted us when our food wasn’t delivered by menulog. he called the restaurant and his menulog contact and managed to get our food for us!thank you!!!

Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was clean and well maintained. It is a small hotel in a good location. Only 30 minutes from the airport and close Connaught place. We had a private driver to take us to Agra, was very good, but make sure you know what is included as we had a private tour guide that the driver decide to give to us without ask. On the hotel no one new about that. Also our drive stop in a shop that I am sure wasnt the one the hotel recommended. The restaurant is small as someone already said but the food is good, we had dinner there twice. The staff could be a little more friendly, the person who did our check in was very friendly but he didnt actually work at the hotel (work on the other florence hotel), no smiles in the restaurant. Would go back there if in Delhi.

I stayed in this hotel with my family; it is nicely located near the famous Karol bagh market we were received with a very warm welcome in the hotel. Our room was situated on the 3rd floor and was both neat & spacious. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread, the service was great. overall, a memorable stay and I would love to stay in this hotel again when I visit Delhi.

They have to be told to get the towels.The complimentary water bottles are not available..instead paid Aqua is kept prominently with a small non-complimentary tag and ₹100 price.Also payable water bottles are kept in fridge.Many snacks, juices and chocolates are available but all these are payableAs they cater to foreign guests too they have a more friendly services for them.Not a best place to stay

Clean, modern room in a not so good looking neighbourhood. Could not go outside on my own and it was noisy. They do skimp on water unless you buy the one on offer and carry your own tissue - it comes in measured doses. Lots of hot water, kettle for tea in the room and breakfast is included.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. You cannot beat the location in new delhi. Right in the heart of shops and stalls open late at night for anything you need. The rooms are a little worn down, but the staff, breakfast and location all make up for it.

Great rooms but the rest of the hotel is a bit jaded. AC in rooms, some intermittent and relatively slow WiFi - though it has its moments. Location is good for some of the manic markets of New Delhi though you 10 minutes from the subway. The full range of options for drivers is waiting on the street though.

The room is spacious and very clean. They provide only half a litre bottled water per day.

I had a cheerful night at Hotel Florence. In the heart of the closely congested old market with lots of stuffs. Well crafted granite flooring and wall cladding of course no access to natural light thru a window.

It was pathetic, the guy at the reception had no ethical values whatsoever trying to be over smart in front of a **** who was sitting near the reception. what happened was during the second day of my stay as I came from outside along with my friend he very rudely stopped me saying u are being fined rs.** for dirtying the blanket with pan masala and whole of the bathroom as well..I admitted my mistake of unintentionally having a few spit due to coughing in the blanket. but ri8 then I said how can u say that whole bathroom has been spoiled, he tried to show me the pic of the dustbin area , I said m still waiting for ur evidence of the whole bathroom being spoiled to which again that idiot said I dnt want to argue with u, as if , I was having such low standard of arguing with him.. just sharing this incident that how ur privacy is being neglected by the hotel staff as well as if u had any problem u cud hav come up to my room and shared it with me instead of trying to show ur rude behaviour infront of other guests...I have had to pay the **rs just to shut that ugly guy up. very unhappy with this unhappy experience and behavior, without ur permission ur room is being looks upon in ur absence no privacy. worst hotel experience of my life......
