As a government office this is also irresponsible branch of post office. Staff is very slow to work and not well managed.

Post Office keeping my ATM card for the last 21 days. On checking at google, it is delivered at post office on 13.05.2021. Same situation, I also faced earlier also.

Not the best one but they definitely delay your posts. I myself live in Madangir and sometimes i had to check my parcels and wait for more time.It is understandable that it is a govt body and everythings on paper but that shouldnt be an excuse by anyone if youre given with one job.

Today i going to the post office related to query of my marksheet sent by ignou date 17.03.2020 and the bag open in the post post office 19.03.2020 the employees are saying to me that they were bin the last 6month old speed post now the any of post previou six months not available in the post office. The one of the employee of post office saying to me you can go to the police station make a complaint you have lost your documents some where. See it is a govt office, old people work here, you need patience to get work done, and this office does it works, things are slow and offline. I am attaching a picture of mobile numbers of all postmans which can help you to contact them.

Third class service .. public dealing counter should have fast person. If you want to send one speed post you will have to wait for 45 minutes at least and always they gives you excuse like server is not working, net is not working. If you want to withdraw some amount its all depand upon the mood of the person who is on the cash counter. If he is not in mood to give you money he will denied we have no cash even if they have.
